Natura Cancun Resort

We had a fabulous vacation at Natura Cancun Resort with our family. Part of what made our trip so great was our fabulous waiter we had every morning for breakfast at the World Cafe, Gabriel Ocana Castillo. He was so friendly and greeted us with a big smile every morning. He was very attentive and got us anything we needed. He was very personable and we enjoyed getting to know him. Dreams Natura is very lucky to have such a great employee!

While the beauty of this resort gives an amazing first impression, the staff is what makes that impression last. From the moment you arrive, you encounter friendly staff at every turn. Check in was smooth. We got to the resort a little early, but one of our rooms was ready so we we didn’t have to wait. Unfortunately I don’t remember names, but the pool staff was top notch. My father got sun burnt the second day of our trip and wasn’t able to go on an excursion with the rest of us. A staff member noticed him and remembered that he had been with us the day before. He mentioned my husband by name and brought cool towels with aloe for my father’s legs. He and another staff member set up his lounge chairs and umbrella and took care of him all day. We tipped almost every time someone waited on us, but it wasn’t much. They were very appreciative and attentive every time we were there. The food was good. Our favorites were Portofino, Bluewater Grill, and Cocoa Cafe. Drinks are good too. Some seem watered down, but all tasted good. We even asked for some that they didn’t know, and they were more than willing to look at the drink recipe and make it. Staff members work very hard to make the beach usable, but the seaweed is just too much to get over some days. We were able to get in the ocean one day during our 6 day trip. The sand and activities areas are always neat and clean though. Our favorite part of the resort was the lobby where you could always enjoy a coffee or drink while soaking up the constant breeze and sounds of the fountains. This was our first time to Mexico, and if we ever come back, we will certainly be staying here again.

This was a great destination for a friends trip. Everyone was super friendly and polite and the service was amazing. The resort is just a short drive from the airport. The rooms are super clean and stocked full of drinks and water. The entertainment was super fun, including the beach and water volleyball, slides, zip line, soccer, and evening events. The drinks were especially delightful and when we asked Alejandro for a surprise drink, he knew just what we wanted and it tasted wonderful every time. We enjoyed Nicole our outdoor waitress who always came and checked on us. We loved how enthusiastic the entertainment employees were. We especially wanted to thank Benny, Edgar, Jonathan, Daniela, and Ivan for a wonderful time. They all remembered our names and made sure we were having a fun time. They are all so friendly and wonderful people. The food there was great with the variety of options. The waiters and waitress did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. There is a lot of seaweed on this side, but the resort worked 24/7 to clean it up to make sure it was beautiful and clean for us. Due to covid precautions, there were some restaurants that were not open certain times and it was tricky to figure out what was open when. Covid testing was really easy and having a shuttle to and from the airport was a nice touch.

I visited Natura Cancun Resort on May 4th-12th. It was an amazing experience. The amenities were great. Food was ok. The real reason I will return is the passion of their employees. Specifically,Jonathan Fransico was the most amazing host and always encouraged us to get in and have some fun. Jonathan was always attentive to our needs as guests and made sure we had a great time. Jonathan helped me learned some basic spanish, gave me tips to play better volleyball, and I had never played cornhole before. Jonathan was always smiling and making sure my friends and I were happy. I will definitely return to Natura Cancun Resort and will be telling others about my amazing time there all Thanks to the amazing spirit and work if Jonathan. Beautiful property with an excellent staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe. I would highly recommend considering this resort for your next trip.
