We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"A pleasant stay at the white mountains"
We had a great time at the Fox Ridge when we were there for a short visit at the white mountains. Staff is very friendly and did help us with any question we had. The first surprise was an upgrade and so we had a room with plenty of space for the three of us and even a separated area for our daughter (15). Room was clean and nicely furnished. The Hotel itself is located not directly at the main street which makes it quiet and the view is directly into trees and to the mountains (great view). Breakfast was tasty. We did not use the pool and so I will not include a rating into this review. Conclusion ... our next visit at the white mountains will include a stay at the Fox Ridge.
"I will return !"
We were thrilled by the well kept grounds and we were so lucky to be there at the fall, when the colours of the trees become a rainbow of fantastic colours which lent itself to a vista of pure natural beauty. The hotel did not take away any of this wonderful feeling. Of course, the location is fabulous and should not be missed as a vacation place to be put on your bucket list. The staff were excellent. Polite, pleasant and efficient. we felt that they wanted to make our stay as nice an experience as possible. The room was well laid out, clean and comfortable. The breakfast , which was included in the price was more than adequatewith a varied and filling menu The dining room staff went out of their way to provide my wife , who is lactose intolerant with special water based porridge. THANK YOU ! We also spent a lovely few hours in the evening at the indoor pool and jacusi...Great ! I am planning to return to this area and I see no reason to look for another hotel . I will be ther again.
"Beautifully landscaped grounds!"
The grounds were just beautiful, all decorated for the fall season. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Good place for children, has a child safe play area away from the road. Free breakfast was fair. I am not a big fan of scrambled eggs/sausage and bacon but there were healthy choices such as Special K, fruit and yogurt. Parts of the hotel were dated but still well kept. Indoor pool area was large and very clean. The hotel is located at the top of a hill and away from the Route 16 traffic. Hotel closed for the winter Oct 27th and will reopen in the spring. Would stay again!
"Great Hotel, Just what you need in every category"
The Hotel was as clean as they get, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities if you have kids. The complimentary breakfast was above average and very close to a restaurant. Also we got a great price, so what else do you need.
"Nice Motel Booked two nights stayed 3"
The staff at the motel were very friendly, made you feel welcome, The room was clean and comfortable, we had booked for two nights but stayed for 3, they have a breakfast buffet that was better then a continental breakfast , pool was nice. I would come back to this motel, The only thing that I notice was that it was starting to show it's age, they need to do some upgrades
"Amazing hotel & resort. Loved it!"
Large grounds, lots of activities, best breakfast buffet around included and away from the main road so very peaceful. Indoor & outdoor pool, mini putt, tennis court and something we didn't get to try called disc golf. The playground for kids looked amazing. Large grounds for kids to enjoy themselves. Just a wonderful place. The hotel decor may be a bit dated but everything is very clean and has a feeling of 4 star class about it. The cooks really know how to cook breakfast which is what makes the buffet extraordinary. Homemade mini carrot muffins were to die for, the scrambled eggs always cooked perfectly(not runny like most hotels or dry biscuits), great tasting bacon and perfect pancakes. It was a great way to start every day and the staff from check in to breakfast and beyond were so kind & helpful. We were only there 2 nights so we didn't get to enjoy all the facilities but a family could easily spend a week here with ease. The games room has 1 billiards table and 1 air hockey table($1 and 75 cents respectively) with some pay to play old school arcade games too. I can't say enough about what a wonderful feeling it was to stay at the Fox Ridge Resort. We've been to North Conway and the area 6 times in the past 4 years and this hotel tops our list of places to stay. That includes trumping one bed & breakfast. My wife & I were here as a couple this time but we'll return with the whole family without a doubt. The hiking in Crawford Notch & Conway is spectacular and offers beginner to advanced trails.
"Pleasant Overnight Stay"
Stayed for one night during a Travelsphere coach holiday and after the hustle and bustle of Boston, a pleasant quiet relaxing stay. We were one of two coach groups staying there that night and about the maximum the hotel can cope with. However agreement was reached to have supper after the first group had finished and all went well. Breakfast was basic but good and MOST IMPORTANT and surprisingly COMPLIMENTARY! We were told bears sometimes come out of the woods onto the lawns early in the morning, but we saw none. We probably didn't get up earlier enough! Overall a relaxing hotel with a nice atmosphere.
"Nice motel"
Stayed at the fox ridge hotel for one night as part of a tour of the USA and Canada our room was very comfortable and clean. There is an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, so every season is covered. We were all given a complimentary breakfast which was most welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was in the white mountains.
"Overnight stay."
Lovely resort in a beautiful part of the country. Views from our room were amazing. Staff were very friendly. Walking into town didn't take too long. Service at dinner time was slow but the meal was good. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.
"Beautiful retreat amongst beautiful scenery"
Visited NH in September and stayed at Fox Ridge Resort for 2 nights. Right from the start the experience was amazing. Extremely friendly staff, good breakfast spread (incl in package), scenic and ideally located property. The hotel property is beautiful and provides a great retreat from the hustle & bustle. Almost everything about this place is spot on. The only down side is the rooms and hallways are dated. They were clean; but the exterior of the property is slightly let down by the interiors of the rooms and the interiors. Everything else rocked including the recommendations given by the front desk about places to dine.
"Beautiful setting"
The vista from this resort is beautiful. It is well situated for day trips throughout the area as you take in the beauty of New England. The grounds are impeccable. It is walking distance to nice restaurants but secluded enough to feel like you are truly on vacation.
"Lovely room and setting. Average food."
The hotel itself was really nice. The room was very spacious, with an upstairs section for additional family members if required. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were pleasant enough, but the evening meal was distinctly average, with the food tepid at best. it was surprising that an establishment which must be used to dealing with lots of people did not know to warm the plates before serving. On a more positive note, the lady in charge of breakfast the following morning made a special effort to make me some gluten-free pancakes, which was greatly appreciated.
"super helpful staff treat guests like family!"
we just returned from a getaway weekend to the White Mountains, made the Fox Ridge Resort our home base for the weekend. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The public areas are all well maintained and our guest room, while a little dated in terms of paint and fixtures, was clean and well kept. Beautiful mountain view from the little patio in front of our room and the resort was a great location for viewing this weekend's Lunar Eclipse. Free, substantial breakfast. Only suggestion I would make for the resort is to improve the quality of the towels in the room, which are on the rough/scratchy side.
"Affordable accommodation"
Average motel accommodation with slightly tired rooms. The staff make up for any deficiencies, they are friendly and willing to please. Would stay here again if in the area. No restaurant but there is a complimentary breakfast. Very nice property. Thanks to the Manager for recommending Delaney's and also the Tuscan Ravioli on the menu, I doubt I will taste such good ravioli again unless I return to Conway!
"Ok resort affordable"
I love the resort ! The staff is very nice and helpful. It's not a 5 starts or new so think accordantly. It had lot of activities for the kids and was clean but it's a little out dated. The good thing is that you can use the pool and grounds of the red jacket resort also and we used their water park so that Was a plus. Breakfast included but not very good just regular American kind of Buffett. I would def go back again it just very affordable for a quick visit.
"Great Value"
We stayed at the Fox Ridge Resort over Labor Day weekend 2015. The resort was a great base for exploring the White Mountains and a Mount Washington climb. The indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, disc golf course, wagon rides and campfire made it a great place for family fun. All amenities and common areas were clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but more than adequate and clean. Full breakfast (not continental) was included. For under $150 a night I found this resort to be a great value, and we will be back!
"Very comfortable, would return."
Decided to book a hotel in North Conway after our day hike. Was looking around quite a bit, the Fox Ridge Resort did not disappoint. The hotel grounds and exterior are very well maintained and clean feeling. Staff are friendly, our room was a double queen with a mountain view. The view of the mountains were great - none with the fog the next day unfortunately. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had an upstairs section with 2 more twins, another TV, and a dresser. There was only the 2 of us but it could have fit 6 people. We didn't go to either pools, but they looked very welcoming. We hit breakfast around 10, at which the buffet was a lot less impressive than I'm sure it was at 7:30. I would return to this hotel, and recommend it to others who want a little more than the basics without a large price jump.
"Return visit"
We returned to Fox RIdge again this summer because (a) we had a wonderful experience last summer, and (b) the staff here is exceptional. We had an equally enjoyable experience this year. As others mentioned, the decor is a bit dated and probably could use an update, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and there are many activities for kids, including mini-golf, disc golf, shuffleboard, horse-drawn carriage rides, and marshmallow roasting in an outdoor fire pit. The highlight for my son was the indoor waterpark, Kahuna Laguna, at the sister hotel down the street. He was able to hop on the free shuttle at Fox Ridge and ride to and from the water park whenever he wanted to, freeing up our car for the rest of the adults to go elsewhere. The shuttle driver Dan deserves a shout-out for taking my son to the park and back multiple times the same day, always with patience, a smile and friendly conversation. He gets an A+ in my book. The hot breakfast buffet was great, but we missed seeing our favorite server Dawn this year, whom we loved from our visit last summer. A suggestion for the breakfast would be to change it up a bit from day to day (perhaps muffins one day, danish or donuts the next, for example). Overall, though the breakfast was another highlight. I think I mentioned this last year, but I will say it again: the superb staff is the primary reason we keep coming back.

"Awesome time at Fort Ridge"
My family and I recently visited North Conway we had a great time.We stayed at the Fox Ridge hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the indoor water park. The staff and service were amazing.Especially the house keepers Christina and Ada they made our rooms spotless and supplied our every need always asking if we were ok with their beautiful smiles and professionalism. They made every morning joyful. We will definitely recommend Fox Ridge to Family and friends.
"Nice hotel and amenities, but GREAT staff!"
My wife and I brought our grandson here last year and had a great time, so we came back again this year. Our daughter also joined us for the last few days we stayed. Just like last year, the extra amenities helped to make our vacation fun. We enjoyed both pools (indoor and outdoor,) the DJ pool party, the horse-drawn carriage ride on Saturday, and the breakfast buffet every morning, as well as other activities. They also offer discounted tickets for Kahuna Laguna (half price - we saved $20/person!) There were a few downers, though. The free mini golf setup is only 9 holes and is VERY basic - no loops, windmills or other fancy gizmos to navigate, so it's pretty boring for anyone older than four. They have marshmellow roasts each night but don't provide graham crackers or chocolate to make S'Mores, which would have been a nice touch. The crafts were advertised on the same board with the free activities but cost $12/craft project, which we didn't find out until our grandson had already chosen one to do. The breakfast buffet is good, but they kept running out of food items 30 minutes before the end of the buffet. They refilled the items if requested, but only if asked and once they did not refill because they were completely out. The reason we returned again this year, though, is the service. Last year we met several wonderful staff members who really tried to make our stay special. This year, two people in particular (our housekeepers) made us feel like family! Christina Ch and Ada Teodorescu (both from Romainia) were so sweet! They connected instantly with our grandson and they made every day special for us! We returned each day to a room that was not only spotlessly clean but had little surprises, like a swan or an elephant made from towels! They both took time from their cleaning duties to play for a few minutes each day with our grandson. That kind of service is worth more than any money could buy, and it is the main reason we will return again next year!
"Very Nice Hotel and Atmosphere"
Did a two night trip to Williamsburg for a birthday celebration and visit to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens. Picked this hotel because of he deal being offered on Booking.com. Well, we had a wonderful time, this hotel is only a few miles from Busch Gardens and it is nice and quiet and the room was very comfortable. It was not very crowded which we found to be a plus. We will definitely stay here on future trips to the area. Highly recommend this hotel.
