We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Palace View Heights"
We stayed 1 week in a 1 bedroom condo at Palace View Heights, this is the newest condo/timeshare on the Palace View property. This was a Interval International exchange. The building is on a new road just north of the main resort entrance, first of 5 proposed buildings. The living room/dining area is very spacious with ceramic tile floors and a large area rug by the queen size pull out hide a bed couch. Large flat screen tv with dvd player compliment the room. The hutch by the hallway was handy as a catch all when we came in. The kitchen has a large stainless steel fridge with ice maker(handy) and plenty of room to store your groceries. A matching stove and dishwasher make made cooking and cleaning very easy. The bathroom is very large with a nice 2 person whirlpool tub and a separate glass shower. Vanity could have been a little bigger. Nice touch is the washer/dryer in the kitchen closet and an ironing board in the bedroom. Bedroom is good size, flat screen tv and the king size bed is very comfortable. Since we were at the end of the building there are plenty of windows with shutter blinds. Wifi is free and the AC worked very well, good thing it was +90F everyday.
"Great rental"
The Palace View offers apartment style units with two large bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, a decent kitchen and a nice living room area. There is whirlpool tub in each bath. Nice. The appliances are low end, but serviceable. We stayed in the 800 building that had views of the wooded hills. There are 2 pools that are very well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Wifi was ok. You are provided a bit of coffee but you need to bring your own if you want it every morning. If we come back to Branson this would be where I would want to stay. The front desk area sells discount tickets to many shows and activities. Noise from the unit above was a problem. Ask for a unit on the top floor to reduce the noise.
"Very good place to stay close to the strip and the yelleo route!"
The rooms are always clean, we are close to everything we want to do, and they have great pools we do not need anything else! They have some ok deals on tickets and some fun things to do on site with and without the kids!
"Great Family Spot Spent 2 nights with 3 kids and had a great time."
Just south of the strip off 165 so you're close to attractions but can also slip in from the west on Animal Safari Rd to easily access Silver Dollar City and Branson West. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. 2 large pools with ball and vball nets setup. Each had a ping pong table poolside and they stay open until 10:00pm. We had a 2 unit combo which had plenty of room with 2 pullouts and large bathrooms. All kitchen essentials if you want to cook your own meals including gas grills by the pools.
"I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!"
If you want the ultimate family vacation then Palace View by Spinnaker is the place for you! The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. There are plenty of activities for the kids throughout the day or if you chose, just lie around the wonderful pool and enjoy the sunshine. The resort is extremely clean both inside and out. My hats off to the housekeeping staff as our unit was immaculate when we checked in. The 2 bedroom units are very spacious and our family had more than enough room for the week. This resort is ideally located in the heart of the theater district right off the main strip. John and his staff from Branson Premier Tickets is on site to help you plan your week and get you the best seats to the most popular shows. This is the second time we stayed here and are planning on coming back next year. If you are lucky enough to get a week here, you will not regret staying at Palace View. Best resort in Branson!
"Pleasantly Surprised!"
I've been to Branson many, many times (used to live quite close). Our home resort is in Branson, but this visit was via an II Accomodation Certificate, which could not be used at our home resort. So...after searching, I found this resort. We had a 1 bedroom condo. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Location is great and quiet, but you are still close to everything. I would certainly stay here again should the need arise. I did have lots of WIFI issues with being "dropped", but it wasn't a problem - just annoying. The walls are also thin, so you will hear kids and footsteps - but it didn't ruin anything for me.
"Happy to be new owners!"
We bought a one-bedroom condo thinking it will be big enough for my husband and I after the kids have stopped coming on vacation with us. Well it turns out, they love Branson too, so they are happy to sleep on the sofa bed and come with us again next year! It's a great location. We walked to one of the shows and the winery. We often had the entire pool to ourselves (or mostly ourselves!). We partook in a lot of the resort planned activities such as the BBQ, the bingo (where my son won a ticket to the Dixie Stampede!), and the Ride the Ducks tour among other on-site activities. I'm not sure it's possible to be bored in Branson. I imagine it can be a different experience every time. My only complaint is no fault of the resort. We have been to Branson twice now --- once in July and once in August and the heat (for me) is just unbearable. We have kids in high school so we are forced to take our vacations at Spring Break, summer or Christmas. I think our next visit will be a Christmas one.
"Loved! Loved! Loved!!"
We booked a 2 bedroom villa. I thought we were just renting a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. NOOOO!!!! This was two rooms with an adjoining door. Each room had a bedroom, bathroom, couch that made out to a bed and each had their own kitchen. (One was a smaller version) I couldn't get over the amount of space. We could have easily been good with just one of these rooms with how big they are but for the price, why not 2???? Our bathroom had a jet tub and it made the weekend so much better!! I really can't say enough about this hotel and we are seriously planning a vacation to Branson this summer just so we can stay here again!
"Family trip over new years"
We stayed at the Spinnaker from Dec 30th until Jan 3rd and had a good time. Let me start by saying this is the beginning of LOW season in Branson. At this time of year the outdoor facilities of the resort are closed as are parts of town and some of the shows. It is off the strip but a short drive to almost anywhere you would want to be along the 'Yellow route'. The condo was a large three bedroom that had everything we could want. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and did their best to entertain with numerous activities and even a New Years celebration. The downsides were few, many things closed in the winter. All in all a good resort.
"Nice Accommodations with Very Friendly Staff"
Stayed at Palace View by Spinnaker for a few days over New Years Eve. We had a one bedroom with nice wooded view in building 100. Bed was very comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing we really wished was better was that the indoor pool area was cool and the water in the pool was cold so we did not feel like we wanted to use the pool and then be shivering afterword
"Very Good Accomodations"
Palace View is located a little ways off 76 Highway. We stayed here on an exchange from our home resort. Very clean, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, fairly comfy beds, nice balcony with a view of the lights from 76 Highway. Even though we would prefer to stay at our home resort, I would recommend Palace View for anyone on a timeshare exchange or someone who doesn't have a timeshare. Friendly employees. Only thing I didn't like was when we checked in, they still wanted us to hear their timeshare presentation even though are Marriott owners and were there on an exchange. This is a gated property. If you need internet, you might want to choose another place as we had several issues connecting to and staying connected to the internet.
"Very nice place to stay.....and Clean!"
Just got back from several days here. Condo is clean and had everything I needed. If I return to Branson I wouldn't want to stay any where else! Only a small amount of noise from other floors, had a problem with a shower door.... came straight there and repaired it. Couldn't ask for better service than that!
"Just spent a very nice week here"
We just spend a week in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the newest building. We stayed in building #22 at Palace View Heights. The unit was very nice & large. Both of the bathrooms were large, especially the one in the 2nd bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice & fully stocked. There is also a washer & dryer. Parking was no problem. We had very little trouble with the internet. There a couple of times that we got knocked off, but they were few & far between. I had read on some of the reviews to request a top floor because you could hear the people above you. We were on the 1st floor, but I did not hear anything untill while we were loading the car to leave. Also we were not rushed to vacate the apartment. That has been mentioned in some reviews One other thing that is nice about the resort is the location. It is not that far from the strip. There was also a pretty view at night of the lights on the strip & of Branson. We had no complaints at all. It is a very nice resort. I would like to return.
"First trip to Branson"
We found the property to be one of the best we have stayed at. The location was close to the action and the information we received from the staff was very helpful. We had read of challenges with the wifi but didn't experience that at all..in fact I didn't drop even once with great speed. We will stay here again on our next trip.
"Great Vacation"
Just returned from a week's stay at Palace View South. We were in Building 9, third floor, which offered a wonderful balcony view of the surrounding trees at the peak of their color. We had a three bedroom unit, which consists of a one-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit. This worked perfectly for us, as we had friends visit part of the week, and they stayed in the one-bedroom unit. We all had our private space, but were right next to each other to share cocktails and meals. Have stayed at Palace View several times before, and always enjoy the pools, hot tub, and steam room. They had several activities planned during the week, but we did not participate. Perfect location - off the Branson strip but still close proximity to all the action. Appreciate the convenience of purchasing show tickets at the resort. Will definitely stay here again.
"Great place to stay"
The condo was spacious and comfortable. I called 2 weeks before our trip and requested the top floor, because of other reviews. Also asked to be close to the pool area. We received everything we requested.
"A gem in Branson."
My husband and I just spent 5 nights here. We were in the 500 building, which is just across the street from the club house where there are two swimming pools. One inside and one outside. The outside pool was well landscaped with a nice array of plants, hot tub, grills, and shuffle board. The staff was one of the friendliest and helpful of any place I have stayed. There were plenty of activities, such as afternoon ice cream Sunday's and root beer floors (large helpings) for only $1., water aerobics, duck tours and BBQ buffet dinner w/ entertainment. Best of all it was close to everything, but very secluded and quiet. Only had one compleat. The TV's are very old. It didn't bother me because I din't watch it on vacation, but my husband was not happy with it. They did say that they are in the process of replacing them.
"Nice visit"
We enjoyed our week at Palace View, which is very conveniently located both to the shows and to Table Rock Lake, where we walked every morning. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub, which felt wonderful after a day of having fun, though we didn't take in any of the other activities on site. the unit was clean, well appointed, well equipped and very comfortable, even though it was on the bottom floor, which made it a little dark. The bed was very comfortable, very important for us. the grounds were immaculate and pretty. the staff was friendly and very responsive. We had a very minor problem - broken alarm clock - which was remedied immediately.
