We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Awesom staff and beds!!"
LOVED this hotel, would definitely stay again. Staff was very polite professional and accommodating. the beds are divine, hard to get out of them in the am that was the only draw back LOL, The rooms in the main tower have showers the ones by the pool have tubs so choose whats more important to have a balcony by the pool or a new shower
"Great Stay"
The hotel had just been remodeled. "It's Beautiful" The decor is simple yet bright and modern. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant had GREAT food with a great buffet in the bed of a display truck inside the retaurant. It is conveniantly located walking distance from Downtown Disney. What a "Delight" My family and I went to visit the parks, the hotel offered a shuttle to the parks. GREAT service, GREAT Hotel!!!

"Beautiful and the Best"
The hotel is Beautiful and I consider it the Best. The location is perfect and we were able to go anywhere we needed to via bus. The staff were extremely helpful and answered any question I had. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great Christmas vacation. We thank Mousesavers for their recommendation.
"Staff, location, and great quality!"
My wife and I have stayed twice now at The B Orlando. We aren't snobs but are very picky about where we stay. The B exceeded our expectations. We did encounter a minor problem but the staff handled it professionally and promptly. In fact, they went out of their way to fix the issue and to ensure we had an awesome stay. We cannot believe how friendly the staff members are and the amount of pride they take in the facility. Everything is clean and crisp. The restaurant (American Q) is unbelievably good. We ate the breakfast buffet and were very impressed. Kudos on a great hotel in a perfect location on Hotel Plaza Blvd. We will be back for many more visits.
"My kind of hotel, modern decor, great service"
We stayed here one night and wished we could have stayed for more. This was apparently a recently renovated hotel, they did a nice job and turned into a super modern place with nice decor. Everything was sleek but still comfortable. The rooms, while on the smaller side were still comfy, bright and appealing.Huge TV, sofa, comfy beds, nice bath. We also had a nice view of the pool. Pros:See above, also one of the Disney partner hotels so it was close to Downtown Disney and the parks, very convenient. -Staff all across the board were very attentive and friendly, i plan to write a letter to the manager as I though all were great. -The restaurant was great too, huge and tasty portions, not your run of the mill hotel restaurant -Nice decor but not tacky, nothing felt cheap Cons:Not sure I can think of any, we had one problem with the AC but the maintenance guy came within minutes and fixed it. Only wished we could have stayed more.
"Nice Hotel with lots of additional fees"
We booked the hotel for a 4night stay based on the Tripadvisor reviews. The hotel has been refurbished and looks really good... The employees are really friendly and you feel welcome. The rooms are really nice and we had a great view, they are clean as well and we loved the beds. Coffee and tea are available all day long at the groundfloor. The hotel has a big parking lot and you can go for self parking or vallet though we think they are both very expensive. Initially the price looks very competitive; but you have to add the resort fee, taxes and parking fee to calculate the total of your bill. Luckely we ar carefully checking our bills as the hotel added 20 dollars for a breakfast we never had. The reception staff was so frienly to remove it without any further discussion. As a conclusion we would go back to this hotel as the location and the hotel itself is very good. But if you decide to stay there add all taxes and fees to your price to avoid any surprise at check out!
"B resort"
Our one night stay was perfect. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would recommend this hotel any day. Our check in and check out was fast and no problems. Everything about this hotel on the website was true
"Best Resort in Disney Area"
Just returned from our annual Christmas trip to Disney World. We in the past have always stayed at one of the Disney owned resorts but this time decoded to check out the B Resort and wow were we happy with our decision. For starters the room rates and the proximity to Downtown Disney are great. I would say the rooms are definately a very good size and very clean and modern. Also the staff could not be more friendlier and accommodating. And if you have the time I would highly recommend the on site restaurant, American Q. It's like a Brazilian steakhouse service with all sorts of delicious smoked meats. Overall this was a great stay and is now our favorite place to stay when we visit Disney, and as annual pass holders we do come down quite a bit.

"Brand new, large room and bath, great staff..."
The B Resort is a complete renovation and the results are fantastic....each room is very large with a giant bath that has a jacuzzi bath tub and a glassed in shower. Lots of white marble all over and every detail has been attended to. Beautiful lobby, hallways and grounds. Check out the pool area and lanai....they have spared no expense to make this a first class hotel ! The staff is very good and experienced. Large armoire has room for lots of hang ups and drawer space. Cooler to keep things cold and in room safe. Our room was ready even though we arrived early. Highly recommend this hotel as it is close to Downtown Disney as well as the Cornerstone shopping area.
"We will be back!"
From the minute we arrived everyone was so helpful! They took up our bags, and even scheduled a car service to pick us up the next morning for our early breakfast reservations! It's clean, spacious, and close to Downtown Disney. Transportation to parks is hit or miss depending on time of day but that's not the hotels fault. It's either empty or packed. Thankfully they're not the last stop. We would definitely stay again.
"Wonderful Discovery"
We stayed at the B for 5 nights and now have a new favorite hotel near Downtown Disney! The hotel renovation has created a sleek and modern look that is bright and clean. The employees were cheerful and genuinely seemed to be enjoying their jobs. In the lobby they kept containerx of ice water, both plain and with slices of citrus fruits, and sometimes their delicious peppermint hot chocolate. Our room was clean and roomy, well lighted and with a great view of Downtown Disney. There wasn't a tub in our generous bathroom, but there was a roomy glass shower with a slate floor. There was a minifridge, a selection of snacks for $5 each, bottles of water and a safe. We were very comfortable there.
"It's a good choice for what you pay"
Stayed at the B resort for 4 nights last week. It's a nice property, very modern. Apparently , the problems they were having with the a/ c , they have been addressing it. We got a nice upgrade upon check in , to a tower room on the 15th floor with 2 beds and a little sofa bed. We did not have any problems with the a/c while we were there. Totally love the bathroom. People at the reception are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable . The onsite restaurant has a bar with pretty good drinks. Parking is extra at $16.00 per night or valet at $21.00 and resort fee is another $20.00 per nite. The extras add up pretty quickly, so beware. Overall, it was a nice stay, but probably will not stay here again just because mattress is too firm for my taste and after a full day at those parks, I need a good night sleep.
"Very nice"
We got in after one in the morning after a long day of traveling, were greeted by Dave at the front desk. What a character, made us feel welcome and even got a laugh out of us. The room was B-eautiful, did not like not having a dresser with drawers just cubbies. The AC was noisy and did not cool very well. The next day we stopped at the concierge desk and I think it was Kim we talked to. She was very nice and very helpful, she made sure we knew how their shuttles ran and where the pickups were in the parks. Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay again.
"B is for superB"
We stayed for my sons bday and we had a great time! In room dining is the best! Definitely we r going back! I booked my reservation and then looked for the reviews and they were not promising I think the Hotel was great overall.
"B amazed"
Wow! This was a great hotel stay. This contemporary style hotel is new and fresh! After a long day at the park, we were welcomed back with fruit water, in their nice , bright, cool lobby. It felt like Miami and LA. The rooms were beautiful. We faced the parks, so we had a nightly view of the fireworks. The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered, they couldn't do enough. Even the room service staff went the extra mile , delivering our order fast and always with a smile. Eat at he restaurant, Q, it's contemporary American menu has something to please everyone, and their breakfast buffet served daily was delicious. If you are not staying in the parks, stay here. We heard multiple complaints about other hotels while we rode the B's shuttle to the parks, mostly that they were outdated, not the case here! Thanks for everything B resort, we were thoroughly impressed!
"Clean comfortable service with a staff that is eager to please."
We stayed for 3 nights for a family trip to Disney. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate. The entire staff went out if their way to make sure you were happy. Plus....Aveda products in the bath. We will stay there again!
"The B Resort and Spa are Magical"
The B Resort and Spa are Magical. I was very happy with this Resort and Spa. There were two minor hiccups and the Resort totally took care of everything in a quick and efficient manner. The Aveeda Spa is fantastic in and of itself. The mani Pedi's are just barely touching the surface of services they have here. I had my hair cut, my daughter had her hair cut and colored as well. I then got a facial as my daughter got a massage. Well worth pampering yourself. The small ala carte shop The Pickup had a wide variety of snacks on the go. The American Q, has a nice bar but they have a very limited lunch and dinner menu. Without imagination or variety. That's the only place I think this entire Resort could be changed is the lunch and dinner menu at American Q. Breakfast is good. Having stayed here I will have to say I will not be trying anywhere else I love The B Resort and Spa
"Great place to stay in Disney"
My husband and in laws have stayed here a few times now when we go to Disney. It's right by Downtown Disney. Really clean, people are nice, and great for the price. Has a BBQ restaurant attached too which is really yummy. Highly recommend this hotel for your Disney experience, if you can't afford one of the Disney Resorts.
"Excellent Experience"
I booked this hotel through a Mousesavers Hot Deal for a Disney trip with a friend. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel. Quite sleek, modern look. Nice furnishings. Excellent beds and linens. Very clean rooms and public spaces, and the service was very fine. The only issue I had was somewhat unreliable internet. It was fine once connected, but each day, it was on ordeal to get an IP address from their router. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to friends.
"Awesome hotel"
Classy hotel and its great for couples with its clean look. Staff are really nice and "american q" rest-rant and bar is is really tasty. The pulled pork sandwich is the nicest I have ever had. Had a great view of the fireworks. There are some amazing deals to be had.
