    The best value for your family! These interior corridor non-smoking villas offer private bedroom and living areas. All villas have 585 sq feet of space with 2 double beds in the master bedroom, plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Amenities include full size kitchen with two burner stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, glassware, silverware, pot and pans, two Televisions with deluxe cable channels, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair dryer, and two in-room telephones. Our One Bedroom Villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

    "ALWAYS A PLEASURE"
    Whenever our family visits Orlando we stay at The Palms Hotel and Villas! Clean, free breakfast, free wi fi. We always travel with our dogs and they are always accepted. There is a place to walk our dogs on property. If you don"t feel like eating out there is a grill at the pool with all the utensils.

    I loved how close we were to the theme parks, only 15 minutes away and then the fact that they gave complementary breakfast and had transportation to and from the parks is great! The staff and service was splendid, I have no major complaints what so ever.
    "Basic hotel, great location, nice breakfast, very good deal as a whole"
    Ok, so if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. The hotel is basic, our room was clean and very convenient with full kitchen. They say they offer continental breakfast and sometimes that only means coffee and toast of you are lucky right? Well, I was pleasantly surprised, good variety, eggs, sausagge, fruit, cereal, toast, bagel, muffins, 3 kids of juices and great pastries. They have shuttles to parks but we like to get to the park when they open, so we did not use them. Pool is a very good size, though we did not use. Parking was great. Sometimes you have to park so far from your room that is inconvenient right? Well, we parked literally in front of our room everyday. Location is perfect if you are going to the Disney parks. We would probably repeat it when we go back.

    0This hotel is great .The pool i like it.The rooms are very good and the breakfast is great.The only problem is the transfer to the DISNEY PARKS, TAKE YOUR OWN CAR BEcause to going back to the hotel there are LIke 300 people to get only two buses.The parks are very close to this hotel.

    We enjoy staying at the Palms Hotel and Villas when traveling into town. We stay whenever we travel to the area. The property is close located near Disney World only 5 minutes. Although the rooms are a little dated, the property is very clean and the staff was excellent and will help you with whatever you need. A free hot breakfast buffet is included with the stay that help saves a few extra dollars. The property did offer complimentary shuttle service to the parks. I would suggest the hotel if you are looking for extra space it has a kitchen, living room and bedroom and if you are looking for something relaxing but only minutes from the parks. There was a gift shop on site that sold snacks and essentials. It was great having that at the property. The pool area was very relaxing and great to cool off in the evening.

    We had a 2 bedroom unit for 10 days ...2 grandparents, 2 adults and 3 grandkids....able to have lots of privacy..everything we needed,,, clean, quiet, and relaxing. Great breakfast, wonderful staff. The whole place was well maintained..We were very happy with our selection.....best of all 5 min. To DW...
    "Nice location near Disney World"
    The complex is very convenient to Disney World - less than 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. The location is quiet and at the end of Parkway off US 192. We rented 2 1BR units, with kitchenettes and sitting areas with 1 bath in each unit. The location does charge a resort fee of about $20 per night per unit - fee includes a hot breakfast for each member of the party, ground transportation to area attractions, and wifi, but is not able to be waived. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the staff was friendly and attentive to needs.

    This place was just simply awesome! They comfortably accommodated myself and 32 family members! Clean, friendly, courteous, and not expensive. The pool is very clean and safe. The service was impeccable. The food was great and delivery from surrounding restaurants was fast and fresh.
    "Very satisfied"
    If you are looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel just "to hang your hat" while you visit the theme parks, this place is very nice. We had a living room combined with a kitchenette and kitchen table and chairs. Double doors separated the bedroom which had a king size bed. And the bathroom had two separate areas for shower and toilet and then the vanity area. Coffee pot with coffee in the room, fairly well stocked kitchen utensils. Breakfast is included with the price of the room...two hot items and a variety of toasts, bagels, cereals, and fresh tropical fruit and of course coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool there also. We were very comfortable for the two nights we were there. If I had to say something negative, it would be that the furnishings look a little outdated or "tired". But that's a small negative. We would go there again.

    As a first time Groupon user, I had a very pleasant experience. Our accommodations at the Palms Hotel and Resort were very much to our liking. The room was very clean and furnishings were comfortable. We had plenty of room and were conveniently located to get around to all the attractions in the area. We felt safe on the grounds and had no problems. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool, as the weather did not cooperate. I would definitely return here and also recommend the Palms to my friends.

    My family & I always stay at The Palms Hotel & Villas when visiting the Disney/Orlando area. We have 2 dogs that we travel with and have stayed at some REALLY CRAPY places because we travel with our dogs. But this place is CLEAN, SPACIOUS, UPDATED & IT FEELS LIKE HOME. There is even a BBQ area by the pool. The prices are ALWAYS reasonable and the FULL breakfast is GREAT! There is no other place I would recommend to stay if you are visiting the Disney/Orlando area.

    "Groupon Voucher used for family trip"
    First time using Groupon Voucher for a trip, had no problems, the room was very clean, the grounds well kept and clean. The Continental Breakfast was very good and plenty of goodies to choose from. I have read bad reviews at this place but I'm sorry we had a great time staying here with no problems They have a shuttle bus to but we choose to drive because we wanted to stay later at parks... Great big pools and very nice size hot tub was an extra nice perk !!! When you can smell the chemicals that tells you they keep it well cleaned I must say if we get to come back down this is where we will be staying !!!

    Our family stayed here for 4 nights and were very pleased. We had paid $55 a night on groupon (with taxes and resort fee about $75 a night). We liked the fact that it was a small property, hot breakfast, very warm pool and convenient location. Very good value for the nominal price we paid compared to other similar properties (like westgate) in the area we have stayed at in the past. Also check out celebration fl across the road, it's only 5 min away and has a very quaint downtown area if you are looking for a break from all the tourist stuff.
    "Great place close to Disney."
    Went on a trip with my mom, sister, and nieces. We went to Disney for a couple days and a couple days at Universal. The hotel was very clean. Service was good and was able to get a 7 night stay for a little over $500 with a Groupon. They do have an area where they try to push a timeshare program, but once I said no they let it go. Lots of parking. Nice pool area was good for the kids and adults. Completely non smoking except for one area separate from everywhere else. Breakfast was so so, but free and included sausage and eggs.
    "As close to Disney as you can get."
    Just stayed for 6 nights at a reasonable rate through groupon. Was very nice to have the kitchen and extra living space with sofa bed you miss out on with standard hotel rooms. Pool was very warm and breakfast was much better than most standard hotel continental breakfast. Bagels, waffles, French toast, muffins, eggs, sausage, etc. Great location. We did not use shuttle service but is offered. Only way to stay closer to disney is to stay uch "nicer" hotels in the area but not with the extra amenities and low price.
    "Good Hotel near Disney"
    The hotel is near Disney, ESPN and other attractions near 192 the main hub to Disney. The Villas are a little dated however it was mentioned they are going through a major renovation of updating the rooms. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and always there to answer any questions. Even though the rooms were a little dated it is great way to save money using the kitchen area for snacks and drinks. The property was quiet which was nice and had a fitness center, bbq grills and basketball courts. They provided a Hot Breakfast in the morning which was nice and helped save money. It was more than adequate and a great start to the day. I would suggest this property for groups and families looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price near the attractions.

    Came here with family and friends, the hotel definitely needs upgrading, which I think they are in the process of doing. Did not see any bugs and the pool and hot tub were clean and working. The staff was great, they were accommodating and friendly. They served free breakfast which was pretty good. Pleasant environment and I would recommend this place as it is budget friendly.

In an odd way our suite reminded me of home - in need of some updating and repair and that was OK by me. I have recommended this gem to many travelers already and I will definitely stay here again when in the Orlando area!

The kitchenette afforded us the opportunity to bring in food for cooking or warming. This was a huge money saver! The cleaners even washed our dishes for us! In an odd way our suite reminded me of home - in need of some updating and repair and that was OK by me. I have recommended this gem to many travelers already and I will definitely stay here again when in the Orlando area!
    "Birthday Surprise"
    I brought my daughter and her friends here for her 6 year old birthday. These girls enjoyed every moment of this hotel, the area was amazing, everything we needed was right in driving distance .... If we had a problem the hotel staff answered with in seconds and was at the room door within seconds
    "Very good for its price!"
    The staff at check-in was very friendly, and they were able to give us a room before check-in time. They sold discounted park tickets in the lobby for people who had not already purchased them. The hotel has multiple buildings, and security watches your car overnight. Our suite room was very old however, and was probably last updated before the year 2000. The door to the bathroom needed to be slammed in order to shut, and the shower could also use some updating. The bed was absolutely spectacular though; and we enjoyed the extra space which wasn't much, but it did feel cozy. The free hot breakfast was delicious and had many options; though some items are not hot and there are only two toasters available for use, and arriving later does make it difficult to navigate due to all the people. Eating before 8 is something I would recommend.
