Went as a promotional trip. Very impressed with apartment, immaculate and spacious. Loved the fact they went to the effort of providing water, milk, juice, bread etc along with a bottle of wine on arrival. Spacious terrace with great view. Main pool was closed but the small one was open so just used that. Quite close to small shopping centre. Was so impressed, have bought a timeshare with clc and can't wait to go back. This is the 1st resort in a long time that I can't complain about. Close to Siam Park, (definately well worth the visit) and a taxi to Las Americas was 9 euro. Fab mexican restaurant in the precinct

    "Bargain break in the sunshine"
    Hi have just returned from a week in this resort,I stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with my wife and two grown up daughters. I was invited to stay by CLC to sample the type of holidays they can provide, only catch was had to attend a 2hr presentation on their products(timeshare) The rooms we're great,we hired a car so location was not a problem. The pool and all other areas were very good.tried the food in various restaraunts in town, mixed results, then went to thakerys on the complex great food huge portions,recommended.we paid 99 for the room and had a voucher for 50 to spend in the resort, The presentation was a lot longer than 2 hrs but interesting we decided that we weren't interested in a holiday club,at the moment others may be,but if not stick to your decision and hear them out!you will be left alone afterwards! All in all a bargain break thanks to CLC.
    "Very clean and nice."
    I stayed here with my family in January and can say that it is very nice, plenty of activities for the kids and a very nice big pool. We are on a bit of a hill about 10 minute walk to the seafront, however a taxi back is less than 4. The rooms and communal areas are kept very clean and nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff. I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

    Visited here with friends. Place is unreal. Everything is immaculate, rooms are beautiful loved it. Hope to return one day very soon.... Brilliant for all types. Families. Couples. Friends. Really lovely experience and would more than recommend
    "Nice facilities"
    We booked this through Groupon as a cheap break away on the basis that we spent a morning looking at their membership scheme. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately when we went they were renovating the main pool but noise was kept to a minimum and they offered a free bus transfer to their other hotel. Other than that we had a good time.

    Went to this hotel for a week in December 2014, for a promotion holiday for club la costa time share. Lovely hotel for a free holiday if you can put up with a day of someone trying to sell you timeshare! Rooms are fantastic with a lovely kitchen with everything you need. Huge balcony with sunbeds and table and chairs. We spent the mornings by the pool and afternoons on the balcony which was lovely as we went for a quiet winter break. We walked into resort every evening for something to eat. There is lots to choose from including burger king and mc donalds. We found a lovely restarant we ate in which done a 3 course meal for 8 euros and a pint of larger 1 euro. All in all lovely relaxing cheap holiday.

    Just to recap after our three weeks stay at the Paradise. The staff at the Club Paradise are truely amazing, I have a walking disability, so I emailed some weeks before our arrival date, on checking in, we were given a newly refurbished appartment the first one on the left from reception , a disabled parking space was made available for us for entire three weeks, which was in a convienient area outside our appartment, I would like to give our thanks for the hard working house keepers, who keep the appartments emaculate, average time each visit was 40 minutes , sheets changed every other visit, and pure white towels, floors washed, everything was a routine , attention to detail was amazing. I have just one criticism , and it's nothing to do the the day to day staff, we are club members, and are happy with our points system, the sales department knew that, even though I personally told Emma, we would not invest more money, or change to fractions , after receiving three phone calls, we agreed to allow a sales person to come to our department, Emma had stated, it was for our best interest, because the sales department had worked out a way to lower our yearly maintenance, Emma sent Dave, what a mistake, do not entertain either of these two people, that is all I can say, apart from, not a nice experience, Emma is in customer service department, Dave is in sales . Apart from that awful experience, everything was great, the reception staff are helpful and friendly, they cannot do enough, and as already stated , the housekeeper are all hard workers , second to none.thank you Club la costa paradise staff for making are three weeks stay comfortable and pleasurable .
    "A Holiday of Family Fun"
    Having spent Christmas and New Year at CLC Paradise with the family, this resort has plenty going on for all ages. The children are looked after exceedingly well with the superb staff in the Mini Club.Obviously this gives the adults plenty of time to relax or enjoy the compulsory holiday activities. With a couple of bars and restaurants on site you do not need to travel far but with the Tenerife Taxi service being so reasonable this is not a problem from the location which is above the main resort of Adeje. There are a couple of great swimming pools which even at this time of the year were bearable!

    Our second visit to this resort and just as happy this time as last. Still as clean, friendly and safe. Staff are helpful, great facilities, just luxury. A great atmosphere this Christmas. Will be back again!

    Great stay. Amazing view and service. Thank you to all reception staff who were sooo helpful and friendly!!!!!!! Breakfast was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Our room was spacious. We will definitely come back again!!!!!!!!!
    "Excellent Resort Amenities"
    Just back from an enjoyable week at Paradise Club. Excellent apartment including English TV both Janices and Zakary's restaurant provided excellent food and the staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was the walk back up the hill down to Fanabe. Would happily stay there again.

    As members of C L C hotels and resorts .It was not are first choice but when we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and were very happy with our apartment .the layout was good clean and every thing was the same as with all the CLC resorts .All the staff were very pleasant .The food was good and the entertainment was great .The resort was not far from Las America and a pleasant walk down hill . For people that are not so fit the taxis don't cost much back up the hill .

    Great apartment! Very friendly staff. Everything is within easy reach, but you need to like walking to make the most of the local area. The flat is very well organised and contains everything you need (appart from wifi) but apparently they are looking into installing it throughout. Highly recommend

    We have just arrived back from paradise.... Lovely place to stay... Although the weather was a bit iffy we still enjoyed ourselves... The staff were brilliant especially Diamely....what a star .... Can't wait to return ....
    "Wonderful Holiday Resort"
    This is a wonderful place suitable for all ages. The rooms have amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is never usually too busy, which makes it comfortable to be there with your family. There's a mini supermarket on site for all your last minute essentials. Also the reception staff are extremely helpful;they tell you about the different attractions that you want to go to and how to get there. However, it was hard to find authentic Spanish foods e.g. Tapas. The food was tailored to "Brits abroad" e.g. egg and chips. Finally it was unseasonably cold at the time of year That I visited .

    Great staff, amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera with amazing sunsets Lovely apartment with washing machine and terrace. Good location ---but,, if you want a beach holiday stay in Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas! Janice's is terrible - a real greasy spoon which takes up too much room. I would like to see a gym developed here as the bar has been derelict for about 4 years now. Thats the only improvement I would make otherwise, it's a perfect location
    "Lovely holiday experience!"
    Having stayed at Club la Costa before I was happy to go back this Summer for two weeks. Having already had a lovely stay here I was even more delighted to have one of the refurbished rooms this time around. Everything I could have wanted was provided in our one bedroom apartment and even had a washing machine which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard, the fridge didn't even look like it had ever been used. The apartment was a very good size for my two daughters and I and the balcony was a great size with table and chairs, two sun beds and still plenty of room for the children to play. All staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I was originally given an apartment far from the main pool on arrival but when I asked if I could have one a lot closer I was given one right by it which was perfect for my two kids and I. Free wi-fi was available at the restaurant/bar, even late at night you can sit close by and use it and by the pool. My eldest daughter spent time at the kids club and had a great time, she made a couple of friends and the Team Marina staff were great. I would definitely stay here with or without the children. Great location and a very relaxing holiday.
    "Good in all respects"
    The complex is only 15 minutes walk from the beach, and far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. It is in the Torviscas area, north of Playa Las Americas. The pool area is fantastic; the views are terrific, with La Gomera visible from the pool area on a clear day. All in all, a really nice place, quiet and with good food in the restaurants. The Zacary's restaurant is excellent, with some good evening entertainment and close to the pool. Janice's, next door is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. WiFi is available, but only in the pool area/restaurant area. A nice restful place to relax and unwind.

    Had a brill week. Apartment was top notch. Pool is fantastic. Is at the top of a steep hill but easy to walk down and then get a cheap taxi back. Great supermarket on site and prices are very cheap. Janice's restaurant is great if you want to eat on site great food and very reasonably priced. Very relaxed so no need to get dressed up if you faint want to.

    Been coming for 9 years as have a tineshare here. If you want superb views of the ocean, La Gomera and the mountains in a quiet area - this is it ..its on a hill... But, as someone who has arthritis, and a bit out of condition - i find the walk up and down the hill, really good exercise and come back fitter and healthier. Most of the apartments have been refurbed to a high standard. Most guests are friendly.. though, people coming out on sibsidised inspection trips tend to clog things up. All in all..a great resort and great staff.

    Have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Paradise Club. Ist week was a Promotional stay, on arrival we were pleasantly surprised to have a 2 bed apartment (rather than 1 expecting). Spacious, clean & welcome pack including a bottle of wine. Our rep for the presentation was Sean King, he's a great guy, did not put us under any undue pressure and although not for us, the experience was far better than expected given some of previous reviews, thank you. Our 2nd week was a rental & the move from 1 apartment to another was exceptional. We were able to stay in 1st apartment until 2nd was ready & porter moved everything including contents of fridge. Special thanks to Fatima on reception for her prompt & courteous assistance. We are seasoned self catering travellers and these rooms are much more spacious than we normally experience and majority of balcony's are huge. We had a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the 2nd apartment. Only disappointment was the pillows - far to hard. Sam's pantry has all essentials for self catering, including fresh bread daily. We ate at Zachary's a couple of times, food & service good although you may pay slightly more than eating in town. Good variety of activities daily for both kids & adults, with friendly spirited staff (these are not over powering as you may find with a package holiday). Anyone that has researched the resort before booking will be aware this property sits quite high up a hill. This is a peaceful setting with the option of a short walk into town which takes about 15 minutes & there are cheap, regular taxis to and from, if the walk is not desirable (5 euros). There are some great restaurants in both Puerto Colon & Fanabe. Overall we (2 adults, 16 & 14 year old sons) had a great relaxing holiday and would have no problem recommending.
    "A place in the sun!"
    Myself and two friends stayed here on a promotional holiday for a week in early June. The location was, as anticipated, up quite a steep hill - but that applies to many places in Tenerife! It took us about 15mins to walk downhill to the beach area and 5Euros for a taxi back. The two bedroomed apartment we were allocated was on the 6th level and had great views from the very large balcony which was equipped with sun beds, table and chairs. Although it was just above where the refurbishing of a poolside bar was taking place, as we spent most days away from the apartment we were not unduly disturbed by the work. The apartment was in need of refurbishing but having seen one which has been done I can certainly say there was a world of difference between the two and look forward to being allocated one of these on my next visit! Although the on-site restaurant was good there is a lack of alternatives without going into Adeje, however if you want to eat in the apartment the on-site supermarket was well stocked.

    We stayed here from 21 February 2014 - It really is a very special place. Rooms are fantastic with massive balconies and fantastic views. Pool area and Bars were clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. We will definately be back. Keep up the Good Work.
    "Lovely holiday"
    We stayed here for 2 weeks and we were not let down. On arrival the receptionist was very good told us all we needed to know anfor any worries to just go down or ring down to ask any questions. Rooms clean, tidy, cleaners are seriously good. The pool was lovely. Nice and relaxing. We had a meal at Zacharys and it was lovely. Lovely balcony was not expecting that. The toaster keeped tripping the electric so you may want to check that in H 307. Comfy beds. Lovely towels. Are you aloud inflatables in the pool or not the man lifeguard guard did not allow them but the women did not give a care. Emma a team marina was definitely AMAZING she should Deffo get a job the kids loved her. What's the point in paying 12 cents for our phone bill that is so pointless. Overall a great hotel!
    "Love this place!!"
    We are due to go back in August and can't wait. Stayed here every year for the last 5 and we have never been disappointed. Yes it sits on a hill but even though we have a disabled guy in our party this has never posed a problem. We have always found it easy to book and have always been lucky with availability. For those who say they have problems booking then you are obviously leaving it too late! We have booked well in advance and also last minute and have always been accommodated. This year we were on the waiting list for an extra apartment and they have even managed that. We usually request certain rooms and have always managed to get them so the staff do try to please. Reception staff cannot do enough for you and always have a smile on their faces. The apartments are really clean, spacious and well equipped.
    "Lovely place , setting"
    Love it here , it's so warm and welcoming , I have been 8 times and think it's amazing I never want to leave , you don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want because it has got everything you need and more . Although we do usually go onto the beach or shopping just for a different scene and something else to do , the staff are always very nice and there is a kids club for parents who want to relax a little.
