We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't be happier. I had been comparing prices at area hotels and chose this one based on reviews and price. The weather was going to be nice so wanted an outdoor pool option along with an indoor pool for my kids. This hotel was close to everything and we even walked to Kroger to pick up a few things. Everyone working was very friendly. The front desk lady even remembered my daughter's name. The lady that was in the breakfast room was very pleasant and worked hard to make sure everything was always stocked. The hotel is VERY clean and smells clean too. I will definitely be back.

"Affordable and clean"
The rooms are very affordable and clean!! The location is great!! We stayed in June and August and were pleased both times. We planned to stay again during Christmas, but our trip was canceled due to a family illness.

"Get away"
We took a couple days to get away after the Christmas rush. Stayed here for our first time. Very clean, staff was nice, amenities were good and rates really fair. It also has a great location near the "island". We will use again and recommend.
"Good hotel"
Stayed during week of thanksgiving. Like this hotel because it is off the parkway. Hotels on parkway pickup traffic noise at night. It has a good location. You are in walking distance of movie theater and a number of places to eat. Rooms are larger than other hotels we have stayed in. The balcony is also a nice feature. They have a fairly good breakfast.
"Great views from balcony"
We have stayed here three different times, and enjoy the views of the Smokey's from the balcony. The rooms are a nice size. The only problem I encountered was the bed was rather hard this time.The breakfast bar is run by very friendly staff, and always kept filled up during the morning. This motel is within walking distance to a few restaurants. Kroger's is just across the side street, which was great to pick up food from the deli for a lite quick dinner. There is a movie theater also within walking distance.
"Great vacation spot"
Had the 2 room suite, which was great for 3 people. Very affordable and comes with a lot of free things, including delicious free breakfast. Perfect distance from the Pigeon Forge strip and Gatlinburg strip. Also you have your own balcony with a great view, and the staff was extremely friendly.

This 2nd time we have here.it is very clean quite and convenient to every thing. Very low price for everything you get.extra large rooms and good breakfast, even on site laundry.indoor and outdoor pool
"Great Hotel"
Stayed here this past weekend with my family. We had been staying at a horrible hotel and couldn't take it anymore because of the conditions but Park Grove Inn rented us a room last minute and even allowed us to check in early (11:00 am). We were so grateful that they allowed us to do this because it meant getting out of the dump we were at sooner. Park Grove Inn is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and appreciative of your business. I will definitely be staying here again and also telling my friends going to the Smokies about this wonderful place.
"Nothing but nice things to say"
Room is clean and the bed is wonderful. Nice tv with plenty of channels. Breakfast is included and is equal to most other hotels offerings. They even had pumpkin spice waffles if you are into that! I guess the pumpkin spice is seasonal. Check in was great also. We will return whenever we are in the area.

Stayed at Park Grove Inn. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Went to Country Tonite show. Very good and reasonably priced. My grandson's favorite place to hang out is Rockin Raceway..Nathan always makes our time there more fun.

I have stayed here several times over the years. The location is excellent . It is a close the restaurants and u can even walk to them. The location to the Dollywood is very easy to get too. They give seniors discounts which helps with the price. I love the breakfast very good.
"Great for the price"
We booked this hotel to see the 2017 Eclipse and got a great price on the room. Don't expect luxury at the prices they charge, but for the price it was a great value. I think all of the rooms have balconies which is nice because its a pretty area. The bathroom seemed a little "old" and could use an update, but once again you're getting the room for cheap. If you're looking to save some money, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

After having a horrible experience at another hotel, came to this one. Hotel is looks clean, smells clean. Hotel attendant was super friendly, gave us a great rate since it was almost midnight when we checked in. Has all the perks of a luxury hotel at very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back again and I will tell all my friends too.

I have been to Park Grove Inn many times with family but this time a friend and I came up and did some shopping and relaxing. She thoroughly enjoyed herself and it was a very relaxing trip. We will definitely be back!

We have spent a night or 2 here at least 5 times this year. Every visit we have been greeted kindly to a clean hotel. The staff is great. The pools are well maintained. This hotel is in a great location.

Excellent place to stay... For short-term or extended stay! EVERYTHING was great! Excellent Dining Room with Great Breakfast Food, two pools for the entire Family, a Training Room for the Family work out (Tred Mill, Climber, Hand Weights....). The Hostess (Alicia H.) was exceptional! Could not ask for a better place! "Loved It!"
"Weekend trip"
Very clean and nice. Pools were nice and heated inside and out. Rates were good and close to a lot of attractions! Would stay here again if ever back in that area. Traffic was bad but they have trolleys that will take you from one end of town to the other.

A nice place to stay for a short trip. Happy to be able to get a room as we are neighbors of pigeon forge and sometimes securing a room at a reasonable price can be hard. We have stayed here several times and have had a good time!

Really like the Park Grove inn. The indoor pool and hot tub is a must to go in. The parking lot is big and it is so easy to get in and out for all that you want to do. Places to eat and grocery store within walking distance. Breakfast is a great way to start the day !
"Great price for a great room!!"
Our room was a great price for a 3 night stay in a room with a kitchenette! The indoor hot tube was out of order when we arrived, but was quickly fixed! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by! We are already planning our next visit!

Just stayed one night as we traveled through. It was a very clean hotel. The staff was so friendly. Nice free breakfast served and the hours were to 10am which is better than the 9:30am we're use to. The indoor pool was open until 2am. My son loved that.
"Best for less"
Park Grove Inn is close to most attractions, very near to Mel's Diner (great food and atmosphere), next to Kroger and very inexpensive during weekdays. We drive over to Patriot's Park for free parking and use the Dollywood Shuttle (50 cents per person one way). Drops off at the entrance and picks up every 15-20 minutes. Been a customer of Park Grove every since someone, like myself, tipped me off as to what a clean, comfortable, and convenient place it is to stay.
