We had a blast and from check-in until we left the staff was very helpful and friendly. Madeline was the best. I called in with questions ahead of time and she was great. While we were there I called the front desk and Madeline was there to help at every turn she has a nice and cheery voice and makes Disney feel like Disney. The rooms were spacious and the housekeeping staff kept them very clean. The hotel had a safe homey feeling. The kids had lots of activities. The location was perfect, I would recommend this hotel to friends and other family members. We will be back.

    "Great Place to Stay!"
    We were here for the Florida Anime Experience and I have to say this was one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed in. The room was very clean, the staff incredibly nice. If the con is back here next year we will be staying.
    "Good hotel"
    I have just stayed in this hotel for five days in total, first as a group of four and then I stayed on for a further two days on my own and it has generally been a very nice stay. Both rooms I stayed in were huge, very clean and well maintained. They were cleaned each day apart from one day when I used my "do not disturb sign" - I woke to find a note in my door acknowledging I did not want to be disturbed and stating that if I needed anything to get in touch with reception. I had to call maintenance to replace the batteries in my in room safe, this was resolved very quickly. The free wifi was good throughout the resort. There are coin operated laundry facilities and a microwave available which I found very handy on a couple of occasions. There is a well stocked small store on site too for any essentials. The restaurant was ok and I ate breakfast there a couple of times, I tried dinner once but there was very limited vegetarian option so did not bother again, there are lots of restaurants nearby so this was not a problem. There is also a pizza place on site, however I did not try it as it always smelled rather greasy as I walked past. The bar area was nice but you did occasionally get a smell of greasy food as you were sat there too. All staff I same across were very friendly, especially the reception staff who were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The free shuttle to the parks was very useful, it would perhaps be handy to put extra services on for some of the parks - ie 2 busses each way at staggered times so that people can return late afternoon rather than have to stay til late at night - this would possibly help reduce how packed the busses get sometimes too. I liked this hotel and would happily stay again provided I was nowhere near the conference centre.

    We stayed in four different hotel rooms during this vacation. We found the Parkway Inn by Radison to be the cleanest and most comfortable. Because of my arthritis I found it very difficult and painful to sleep at night. The bed in your room was very comfortable and I got two great nights sleep.
    "Pleasant Stay in Orlando"
    We had an enjoyable stay at this resort. It is ideally located to many of the tourist sites in the Orlando area. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and our one bedroom was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pools and amenities at the resort. There were plenty of name-brand restaurants in the area and the local Publix grocery store was convenient for snacks, etc. I would recommend this resort to families with young children and others who wish to visit the Disney resorts.
    "Good value very close to Disney"
    The beds were comfortable. Not enough towels for 3 people, but we made due. i didn't bother calling for more as the reviews I read said it was hard to get them to deliver towels. The batteries went low in the safe. We went to the front desk and asked for batteries for the safe. She said we had to call them from the room and be present when maintenance arrived. My husband called the front desk and said we need maintenance to install new batteries in our safe. I was pleased that maintenance showed up within 5 minutes, however he had no batteries on him because the front desk didn't tell him about it! So, he had to leave and return. That was foolish on the part of the front desk not to fully communicate our needs. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. It was very warm in the restaurant, however. We used the hot tub on the second morning. I was glad it wasn't too hot as some hot tubs can be boiling hot. Used the game room, gift shop (fully stocked with everything you could ever need) and exercise room. All fine.

    We use this hotel every year for the past 10 years as a group gathering of GWRRA . This year we met Mia she's a guest relatons and she went above and beyond to make this year special. Her talents include face painting and entertainment,my Miami chapter group and I are more then greateful for her services. The Miami wings is looking forward to next year gathering.
    "Nice Visit but too short."
    Stayed here for 2 nights in March. Room was spotless,bed lovely and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big,clean & bright with plenty of fluffy white towels. Atmosphere around the hotel was lovely & lively with a great buzz. Staff were very helpful particular the Manager in the self service restaurant. She went out of her way to find something for us to eat as the food on offer (included in hotel package) could only be described as disgusting. We had to decline & go out and find restaurants to eat in. This was the only downside of this hotel.
    "Phenomenal employees...."
    The hotel was close to our venue and very easy to get to. The hotel was far away enough that there were no traffic nightmares. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The value of the room was outstanding. Far most impressive were the employees of the hotel. Everyone involved saw to it that we were completely satisfied with our entire stay. The best experience was with Loryna (sp?)... she was sweet and sincere, and treated us like a member of the family.

    Great place to stay if on business or pleasure. Great place to also take a family too. I would stay here again. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was conveniently located with lots to do in the area.

    Spent several evenings with Dennis at the bar he took care of all 200 of our customers and everybody bragged about him for days and days the drinks were perfect the meals are great and we didn't have to wait on anything

    I stayed here for this spring break with my children and spent great this hotel. Very clean room and hotel environment, very good location. Near this hotel, there exist a lots of places to visit. Will visit again.

    "AMAZING SERVICE"
    Our experience was great !! Skeptical at first because of the reviews, we took our chance. Amazing fast efficient professional and helpful service by Elsie and Marcel. Though not a Marriott, this Park Inn is very clean from lobby, corridors and room. The pool is great-- heated and huge.--lovely at night (that is, if you are not at Disney world toruring.) (I really don't understand other people's complaints.) The hotel is very central and has lots of restaurants, bargain shops, entertainment, pharmacy and supermarket.
    "Park Inn at Kissimee FL ,very nice !!!!"
    I was given a package deal thru a tour and spent 4 days and three nites here. First this package included breakfast ,lunch and Dinner.I was pleasantly surprised at how GREAT the food was the Breakfast buffet had two types of scrambled eggs ,two kinds of hash browns sausage and bacon plus there was two kinds of pancakes and fresh waffles, oat meal and grit too. There was also a nice selection of fruits. The coffee was nice and fresh just the right strength( not too bitter/acidic) Now the room very pretty nice I had large room with 2 double beds a nice writing desk and easy to use small safe for valuables. I used the Iron provided and it worked very well. The beds were very comfortable with four large pillows on each bed. The A/C worked sooo well I had to raise the temperature since it got quite cold. The shower worked great very good water pressure and water temp was nice hot. Only complaint is a small one, sounds did seem to travel a bit too easy thru the walls ,so if you had neighbors who were a little noisy you might need some ear plugs. All staff were nice and went out of their way to help. The free "Wifi" provided a very weak signal up the fourth floor south wing. But worked great down in the lobby area. Now traffic in the area can be maddening since your so close to Disney World. Allow LOTS of extra time to any trips you make because most traffic lights average 3-5 minutes each. Some day the local city planners will finally put all traffic signals on timers to speed up traffic and solve the horrible congestion.

    Danny Mattern and Ty Cruz are the best behind the bar! They made me feel like I was hot home at my neighborhood bar. I suggest checking them out while your stay at the Park Inn. Probably the best hospitality I best received since my stay at orlando.
    "before the Bahama's stay"
    7th floor north building very nice. soft beds and pillows. out the window you see all disney. the room had flat screen tv, 2 big beds, dresser and a mini fridge, coffee maker and a lil mini round tub within shower.the only thing that was irritating was 2 of the 3 elevators were down and the whole building worked on one elevator. locked buildings for your safety. big pool, refreshing fresh fruit water available at front lobby, a restaurant with large buffet.breakfast lunch and dinner served nothing like a big star food place just normal everyday cafe food in different themes for lunch and dinners.they had rental car available through the lobby kiosk, a gift store too. Everyone was polite and helpful

    As a family of 5 going to Disney for 3 days, we were trying to stay somewhere that wouldn't break the bank! We loved Park Inn! The queen beds and garden tub were a huge hit! We will be back in a couple months to stay there again!
    "A Magical Family Reunion"
    Our stay for a week was impeccable. Of course we didn't come to stay at the Resort but to enjoy our stay at Walt Disney World with family. But on the plus side it was joy to come back to our room after a hard day at play to a clean refreshing room with beds made and fresh linen. Taking a shower was like a massage in itself. Water temperature was great and the water pressure was invigorating. I was pleased with everyone at the front desk they were very polite and attentive and even assisted us with directions when we got lost. Also they were able to provide us with a room on the same floor to be with family from another state. We ate at the Hotel Restaurant once just for convenience sake. We actually preferred Golden Corral down the road. Yes, maybe the Park Inn wasn't the perfect place and the resort fee is a little over the top, the pool on the South side was leafy, and the WiFi was a bit frustrating, maintenance needs to be done and a exhaust fan for the bathroom should be considered but all in all everything was done as it should be. So in my opinion if your looking for perfection pay the price and stay somewhere else. But this was on budget and a great clean place to stay.

    Pool and rooms very good and clean. Not too much friendly stuff and they didn't lend US connector we needed to buy in the shop. Positive - I was recognised as Gold member, so I received a small refreshment gift.
    "I liked it!"
    I stayed in the Park Inn Resort for 5 days, and 4 night, with my wife. We had been on a 12 day vacation that started in Orlando, Florida first than to Daytona Beach for a few days, and back to Orlando. The Park Inn Resort was a recommendation for a friend, and it was as advertised, clean, and friendly. Full of fun. I even received a fake tattoo, from Mia, who was in the lobby during our stay. Big rooms, with tub, and shower. Because of bad weather, only 70 degrees. we didn't hang at the pool so much, but no worries there are enough activities too keep everyone busy.

    Booked a package through Sunwing vacations that included airfare, this hotel for 3 nights plus a car rental with unlimited mileage. Check in was smooth, when we entered our room we were very pleased. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom had a huge tub and good quality toiletries. We were in a standard room. We pretty much just slept here. Every day we went out exploring the city and surrounding areas so we didn't have much contact with staff but everyone seemed friendly. One of the two smallish pools was closed for maintenance during our stay. We only used the other pool once and it was way to warm like a bath tub! Overall we had a fantastic vacation and would stay here again
    "Decided to give it a 2nd chance"
    I stayed here last year and was not very happy. This year for Valentine's due to every hotel being booked we decided to stay here again. I was very impressed and very satisfied. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice. I really liked the complimentary water with cucumbers was tasty. The room was excellent and very clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and do plan on returning again.

    I had an amazing time at the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly and informative. very family friendly, I was very secure in letting my kids go to Pizza Hut or the conference without me having to constantly text them to see where they were at. The gym had exactly what you need for upper and lower body workouts. The room was so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave. Over all it was worth it staying there instead of driving an hour back and forth for the event. Great weekend getaway.

I liked this hotel and would happily stay again provided I was nowhere near the conference centre.

We were thrilled that we got a great deal on the room at Trivago.com. We paid only $43 a night plus tax ($10 resort fee was added later) Wi-fi was slow, but worked. The elevators were fine in the South Tower were we stayed. The in-room refrigerator was very noisy, so we unplugged it during the 2nd night.

    The staff at the Park Inn are amazing. As a group of 300 high school students and their chaperones on a field trip from the Mid-Atlantic, we needed a hotel that could accommodate such a large group. From the Director of Sales & Marketing to the men and women serving us breakfast, the staff was accommodating, helpful and cheerful the entire time. As the trip coordinator, I made many different special requests during our stay--each time, the staffperson quickly found a solution with a smile on his/her face as if it was no problem at all. The beds are very comfortable. While the hotel is a bit older, the staff more than makes up for it with GREAT service!!

    Stayed here for two days while in Orlando with the family. Very nice place rooms where clean, food was good, and lots to do. Well pleased with the stay. Check in a little tricky but checking out was easy. No surprises.

    "Turned out to be Quite Good"
    This was our 2nd trip to Orlando within last 6 months. Last time I stayed at Radisson Celebrations resort Orlando but somehow that was very expensive this time. Now coming to review: 1. The rooms was clean. Atleast I had read quite bad reviews here on Trip Advisor so was not very sure on what to expect but it turned out to be good, infact better than my expectations. We have asked for a Microwave & after 2 reminders, we got one in our room. So in general Happy about the room. 2. Location: Very good & very near to magic Kingdom. Also they have shuttle services for Universal also. Only thing which I didn't like is that is the shuttle timings as they usually start a bit late in the day & I wud prefer to be first among the guests entering the park :). 3. Price: I got for some 100+ $ on an avg for each nite. They also charge 20$ extra as resort fees or something. This is a norm in Orlando I guess. 4. There were some good Grocery markets as well as restaurants nearby. even they have an inhouse Pizza express. So very convenient. Overall: Not really exceptional but still not as bad as I had made an opinion beforehand. Turned out to be rather pleasant. I would recommend it if someone wants to stay in a budget hotel.
