We've stayed at Park Tower Inn twice this year already (March and July) and a 3rd trip is already reserved. (They do offer a discount for return customers, except on Sat nights. You have to call and ask for this discount). Very basic, clean hotel. Good water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water. Staff is friendly. Pool (we only visited the indoor) and hot tub are well maintained and good temperatures. There is a small game room on the first floor where we played some air hockey. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It's an older place that's been well maintained. It's affordable, close to most of the Pigeon Forge activities and a great choice if you want to spend your money on fun and food instead of a room (but don't want to stay on a dive). Oh and did I mention...best pillows I've slept on in a very long time!

"Weekend getaway"
The hotel was a good stay for a family, fold out couch was not good, firm mattresses, decent breakfast(waffles,pancake, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits & gravy, etc.), lovey pool area and staff. Would stay again.

"Great"
Great 4 day stay !! Great size rooms and balconies ! Hotel staff is very friendly and the whole hotel is very clean and smells fresh!! Large pool room , only complaint was the lazy river wasn't that warm but didn't stop us from jumping in , but the Jacuzzi was !! Love that you didn't have to walk outside to get out or in the pool ( especially with kids ) . Overall great stay and loved the location off the parkway very convienant to everything !!

The room was clean and we did not have any trouble. Good parking lot, plenty of parking spaces. Good location to get to the other place located in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our weekend getaway. I would stay again.

We always come here to stay to ring in the New Year, and we always enjoy our stay! Great pool, hot tub and lazy river, and really good free, hot breakfast. Looking forward to many more family visits to this place in the future!
"Nice play to stay"
We went for Christmas, it was cold and snowy, and the teenagers, boy and girl, enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river. My husband and teenage son enjoyed the pool table in the game room. It was very nice.
"Nice motel with a great pool and lazy river"
Great motel for families. The arcade, lazy river and indoor pool is a huge hit. The breakfast area has a great variety. They could use more seating in the breakfast area, but its well stocked and clean. The suite rooms are spacious and clean. Very budget friendly!

My husband & I stayed here this past weekend. Our family travels to Pigeon Forge several times a year. We have tried a few other places, but always come back to this hotel. The rates are good, and the place is very clean. Staff has always been friendly! We love the breakfast, and the location is close to most everything. My only complaint is that sometimes there are no rooms available, and I have to stay elsewhere.

"Wedding trip"
My granddaughter was getting married so we reserved 2 rooms. I had to change the reservations 3 times and they were always helpful. When I had a wreck and had to stay another night they were very nice and gave me the same rate...The last night there we smelled gas in the hall, but they explained the situation and assured us it was under control. We had no problems and all went well! The children loved the lazy river and we loved the hot tub! Jets need to be straightend out. Breakfast is great!
"Adore this place!"
I've stayed here many times and I've never been disappointed! Always clean! Always a friendly staff! The indoor pool is amazing along with the indoor hot tub AND lazy river! There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub. Everything g is easily accessible. Handicap would have no issues entering either in my personal opinion (I have handicap family members whom had no troubles) the hotel is conveniently located in a great spot and affordable. I will most defiantly return. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially someone with a family staying for vacation! This is one of our favorite places to stay!

Just stayed here again on July 31, it is nothing fancy but always clean and great staff. We go to Pigeon Forge at least 2 or more times a year and always stay at the park tower inn. And it is off the main street so it is not as noisy.

We left another awful hotel & relocated to Park Tower Inn on the advice of a friend who goes there every year. It was very clean, nice and quiet. Will definitely consider return to Park Tower Inn when we return next year.

"Nice place."
Had a great stay. Rooms and hotel are clean. Staff is very and helpful. Had a fun time in the pool, hot tub and lazy river. The inside water area is open till 2:00am in the summer. Getting a room with a kitchenette is a good way yo save some money because you can eat in. They do offer a free continental breakfast in the morning. Have a balcony on the end you can watch the fireworks from Dollywood...nice evening treat.
"Great get-away!!"
My grandson and I stayed at the Park Tower Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN July 1st thru 4th. We had a great time! They are centerally located, about half way in either direction either to Gatlinburg or to Sevierville, TN. The desk clerks were friendly and attentive. Accommodations were moderately priced. We'd never seen an indoor wavepool before but it was wonderful. There was a pool and hot tub indoors and outdoors as well. We didn't experience breakfast because we were generally in the pool until it closed at 2a.m. and slept in. Yes, 2 a.m. When we got back from the activities of the day, it was nice to still be able to go for a swim. Park Tower has a lot of activities near it, both across and down the street. On site there is a game room, laundry facilities, and health club. The beds were comfortable. There was a dining area, a microwave and fridge in the room. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. We will definitely recommend and stay there again!!

Me and my extended family have stayed here at least 10 times in the past year when we use our Dollywood passes. Big rooms. clean. Can walk to the Island. We love it. indoor pool area has lazy river, hot btub and pool. open late. family centered.
"Love it"
We love this hotel. We have stayed there for several years now and fell in love right from the start. The indoor pool is one of the main things we like. There's an option for outdoor swimming too. Breakfast is delicious. Our son has come to expect his waffles. The rooms and hotel in general is clean. It's in a great location. It's close to everything but not on top of the noises.
