"Great place to be!!"
We're just come back from our one week holiday! I have to say Tenerife is fantastic place to be!! Parque Santiago III is lovely hotel staff was very kind, cleaning was up to stand, I have picky boy is very hard to be prese but he loved the kids pool he never wanted to come out of the pool even for lunch! Really good located hotel , We'll go back there again for sure.
"tasteful Holiday resort"
Parque Santiago III and IV have been visited by me and my husband several times.
The houses are beautifully situated around various pools, one heated saltwaterpool at each hotel in addition to the "usual" .
Parque Santiago IV is situated by the beach between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, and the promenade stretches kilometres both ways. The gardens are very nice too
"october half term"
we stayed her as a family of 3, we booked a studio at a good price. reception staff were curt, unfriendly and dismissive no welcome at all just keys and brief directions. the studio was tiny and very old fashioned. The balcony overlooked the main street but wasn't affected by noise, we immediately asked for an upgrade and were willing to pay but was told no it was full. We got used to the studio and all in all it sufficed perfectly,
now the positives, we set up around the second pool which didn't allow inflatables, so that meant it was extremely quiet and relaxing, it was perfect for lying and soaking up the sun. The complex is in the perfect spot across the road from the lovely safari centre. We would recommend Harrys bar and both Indians, if you want something a little livelier .just past safari there is a strip with an abundance of cabaret bars.
Parque Santiago bars an caf are a little on the expensive side and be really careful of the crooners caf,bar next door over 10 euros for a gin and tonic!!!
having said all this it looks lovely all lit up , its spotlessly clean and in a perfect location , I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
"Santia Go"
Just spent a week there 8 of us including two grandchildren & loved it, for the kids the water slides at resort was superb for them & hardly came off, 3 large pools & jacuzzi again couldn't fault, plenty of sunbeds to go round, studio's basic but had what you need & ceiling fan not everybody's cup of tea but fine with us, my daughter had two bedroom apartment & was massive very impressed, food & drinks bit expensive, breakfast eat what you like for 6 euro & young kids eat for free, if you want wi-fi forget signal poor unless you stand by reception, resort based firmly in lad Americas & plenty to do, beach right outside hotel but turn left & about 200meters lovely sandy beach, a must is a visit to Siam park water rides if you like that sort of thing, weather fantastic & love Tenerife & would return, negative reviews I read before I came baffle me, enjoy.
"Fantastic Amazing hotel"
Just back from what I can say is one of the most amazing Hotels I have stayed in. The staff are so friendly and Helpful and nothing is to much for them. We went there for my 30th Birthday and they had a bottle of champ with a happy birthday letter which I thought was amazing.
On check in the receptionist was a lovely guy and helpful. We got room 2111 which is just an amazing room. Overlooks the beach and had two balcony which are so private and the place is so so clean and well looked after. Kitchen is well equipped and is one of the best facilities in a kitchen is self-catering I have had.
The pool area is fantastic and again so so clean. Seen it been clean every morning before people use it. Lovely and relaxing area as kids have there own area. plenty of chair and umbrella plus it gets the sun all day. Bar service good and happy hour too. Gym is lovely nice and small but has what you need.
Loads shops, bars and Restaurants and you wouldn't need to leave the resort for anything.
I would highly recommend for family, friends and solo holiday :)
"fantastic stay"
I stayed in this hotel with my husband and 9 years old daughter. It was amazing! I loved the room - it was very spacious, and balcony with sunbeds amazing! Cleaning every day, and the girls was very nice and friendly all the time.
Great pool area. I was little bit worried, that the pools are salt water, but there was not any problems with it. My daughter loved children playground and spent some time there every day. For me was important, that there was person looking after safety all the time. And he did his job great!
Location perfect, everything just short walk away. Place, where stops all the buses for excursions just few minutes walk.
I did not try restaurants and cafes in complex because of prices, but they looked nice. Especially I would love to spend time in the evenings in cafe near the elevators - live music was nice, and seemed very entertaining.
"Very good self catering accommodation"
Parque Santiago was a very good self catering accommodation, basic furniture but spotlessly clean. Cleaners attended daily, clean towels daily. Beware any one with mobility problems as lots of steps and inclines for most accommodation so request beforehand if need ground floor rooms.
Everything needed was close to accommodation, shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, rooms had plenty of space for our family only downfall was no air conditioning in any of rooms and was very hot in August and box fans that were hired we're really inadequate.
"Parque Santiago Three.....a little piece of HEAVEN! :-)"
We have just returned from a ten day holiday, staying at Parque Santiago Three.
We had booked a one bedroom apartment which had a gallery bedroom for us & a sofa bed in our living area for our two boys (aged eight & seven). Upon arrival the lady at reception was really friendly & told us we had been upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. :-)
Our apartment was BEAUTIFUL, well equipped and incredibly spacious. Tge balcony was enormous & bathed in sunshine all day. We had maid service everyday, they were all very polite & friendly..... the apartment was always spotless & linen changed regularly.
The whole complex was BEAUTIFUL & clean with so much to do. Our boys LOVED the splash park on site and spent some time here every day. There is so much to do nearby.......beautiful walks, beautiful beaches, crazy golf across the road and a well stocked supermarket opposite the appartments.
The hotel staff were always polite, friendly as and helpful. We used the facilities at Parque Santiago Four regularly and these were all fantastic too.
The night life was fantastic with street artists, singers, wonderful restaurants all within walking distance.
This was our first abroad holiday since our honeymoon eleven years ago so I had done a lot of research and read reviews before we booked. We booked with onthebeach.com
We had such a WONDERFUL holiday that we have already booked to go back next August.......this time for two weeks! We cannot wait! :-)
This time we have booked a two bedroom apartment through alpharooms. com and will be out there to celebrate our little boys eighth birthday and our 12 year anniversary! :-) So excited already! :-) THANK YOU Parque Santiago for a truly AMAZING holiday!! :-)
"Prague Santiago 111"
Stayed in the Prague Santiago 111 in August this year 2014 , myself and two boys 16 and 15 . took few days to find our way round. The hotel supermarket was expensive but there was lots to see the weather was fab . i had requested pool view room which didt get on arrival but they said they would change us on the Tuesday but saying that I loved the room 3034 looking out the front and ended up staying there. There was no stairs to climb or anything was great having drink on the balcony looking out , also there was lovely Chinese under us that we could get take way now and then for 14. The beach was lovely just couple mins away . I would recommend the jet ski Ferrari seems expensive but was great it was only going into the second week i really enjoyed as i had found my way around by then. only thing very short staff always queuing if needed assistance with anything but yes did have lovely time hoping to book it for next year again
"Brilliant"
Just got back from santigo 3 and I must say we had an amazing time. Me my partner and daughter after reading all these reviews we was worried about booking it bit once we got there it was amazing and not half as bad as people made it out to be. The kids pool is amazing my daughter loved it and it was very safe. The big pool was sea salt we didn't like that very much and there's no entertainment that's abut gutting but overall we had an amazing time and would defo go back :-)
"Great family holiday"
We stayed in Parque Santiago 2 in july and we had room 153 on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The apartment was on 2 floors with spacious living area kitchenette and downstairs toilet and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool with chairs and table. Upstairs there the bathroom and 2 bedrooms with another terrace in the mast bedroom this with 4 loungers.
The apartment was privately rented and it had every amenity which was helpful. We have previously stayed in Parque Santiago 1 & 2 before but this particular apartment i would recommend.
We was there with friends as well on a family holiday and they stayed in Parque Santiago 3, so some days we used to sit around there pool, the pros for there pool was you didn't have to pay for the loungers but the drinks are well overpriced, however you had to pay for the loungers and parasol in Parque Santiago 2, the loungers were 2.50 euro and 1.50 for parasol but there food and drink were miles cheaper and the food at the pool bar was really tasty. Overall we would choose Parque Santiago 2 pool area as it is much quieter and you don't have to fight for sun loungers and not packed in like sardines as was the case on PS3.
The location of PS2 is excellent with plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities close buy, we would not hesitate to stay here again and will be doing in the near future.
thanks for a great holiday.
"Perfect Hotel"
just returned from the above and all i can say if wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful location. staff at bar underneath reception so nice. nothing was a bother for them. cleaning everyday. only downfall was there was 52 steps to apartment even though we asked for low floor.... not for the faint hearted, certainly not for anyone with mobility issues.
"Excellent place for Families with Kids"
We went June 3rd - had selfcaterering, one week. Perfect location- quiet becourse we paid for garden view. Its In the mittel of everything - very good shopping possiblities and the Beach Next door. We are comming back.
"Parque Santiago II"
Having tripped all over Tenerife in previous years I will now not stay anywhere else, These apartments are central enough to feel part of the action but also quite and relaxing when you want it that way! The grounds of the block are kept 5*, never any rubbish left about!pool is spotless and not to overpowering with salt or chlorine like you get in some of the Tenerife hotels. I have no problem at all recommending these apartments to anyone!
"Parque Santiago III - Money well spent."
i have just got back from staying 10 nights in the studio apartment in Parque Santiago.
The resort was lovely and clean with such friendly staff. rooms were cleaned every morning with fresh white towels.
The location of the resort was amazing, everything you needed at your finger tip. a super market just opposite to get all the essentials
I will 100% be going back hopefully next year.
"Lovely apartment close to surfers beach."
Really nice clean and spacious apartment. Lovely white fluffy towels and large flat screen tv with English channels. Water, milk, sachets of tea, Sugar and coffee were a welcome surprise on arrival after a long flight. Close to beautiful surfers beach and about 15 mins walk along the prom to beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. Close to nice restaurants - would recommend highly Garibaldi (excellent food and great piano player) and El Cedro (very reasonable and friendly with an extensive menu). Apartment is a duplex - stairs inside are quite steep and so would not recommend for elderly people or families with small children but we found it was excellent for us. Although we didn't use it as we love the beach, the pool and gardens looked really nice and well kept. We did however have breakfast at the poolside bar one morning which was good and pretty reasonable. We booked via Karen at Holidays4u.org. Would recommend and hope to return one day soon.
"Fantastic!"
I have just come back from a girly long weekend and it was fantastic. The pool was amazing and right on the sea with the beach a very short walk away. A number of shops and restaurants right on your door step.
We stayed in 2 studios and were very comfortable, we took our own hairdryers but found everything else we needed and if it wasn't there - it was available to hire.
The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely go back with my 2 young children and look forward to staying in Santiago again
"50th holiday"
Enjoyed the short break for my husbands 50th. Plenty of sunshine. The hotel was very central to all the shops and restaurants. The big pool was cold. Didn't find the heated pool until a couple of days into break
"Holiday"
Stayed for 10days 2years ago, great place, clean, near to everything ,shops, beach, etc.going back early summer.wonderful helpful, friendly staff .would recommend it for families, and all age groups,it is set in a beautiful area,no problem with noise, considering everything you could possibly wish for is right on your doorstep
"Lovely apartments"
We have just returned from Parque Santiago. We have visited here many times and it never lets us down. It is bang in the centre for shops , beach , bars and entertainment. The whole complex is spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful. The gardens are a delight. They even have weighing scales in reception for your cases . Don't worry about the steps they have lifts and escalators and strong men to help .You can always get a sunbed and umbrella.
"Great for families - good value"
Parque Santiago III was chosen for the superb children zone/pool and it was totally up to expectations. The room was cleaned every day, there is a sandy hasslefree beach just at the back as well as a great view of the sunset... We went with three boys and want to come again. The restaurants/bars were ok, wifi at the rooms doesnt work but who cares its a vacation... but free wifi in the lobby worked fine.
Everything is clean, spacy and well maintained.
I highly recommend.
"Great holiday"
Have just stayed at this resort for a week and it is a great location. We have stayed here about 8 times they have a great swimming pool which is heated in the winter and also a area for the children which has water slides and we find it good for the beaches they have great walks alone the coast and the staff are great. It has all that you need in the resort around it from food to the nightlife. We recommend the Parque Santiago 3 you will love it here.
