Just come back from an excellent week at pearly grey. Charlotte on reception was so accommodating and so were all the staff. Very friendly. Great evening entertainment and great location to walk to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The view from the edge bar over the rocks and the sea was just amazing - just like being on a cruise ship. Our apartment was very modern and spacious with all the kitchen bits you could possibly need. Would thoroughly recommend it and look forward to returning.

    We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    Super location, quiet and safe. Super ocean front location, spotlessly clean, good food on site, s helpful friendly staff, absolutely nothing to complain about. A weeks stay with good friends, look forward to many more visits.
    "Enjoyable Break"
    Spent a week using our Timeshare exchange and stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment which had been completely renovated to a high standard and cleaned virtually every day with fresh towels.Fantastic sea view from our room and lovely sunsets.All the staff are courteous and aim to make your stay enjoyable. We used it as a base to go to the beach at Playa san Juan most days which we know well and would recommend.
    "Simply wonderful!"
    We spent a blissful week in an ocean front suite. There were balconies outside both the bedroom and lounge so we woke up to a lovely view of the ocean and ate our meals outside. The sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks was wonderful. The suite was very spacious and I understand is shortly having a decor update although it was lovely as it was. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary applicances you would need. Both the onsite restaurants were good and we ate in both. The Edge on the Sun Terrace is modern with comfortable sofas and chairs where you can enjoy Tapas. The other restaurant attached to reception does special meal deals on different nights as well as live entertainment so it the best of both worlds. There are two terraces one set around the pool and another on an upper level both with wonderful views of the oceon. There were plenty of sunbeds. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We had a problem with one of the ceiling fans which was fixed very quickly by a maintenance worker. The room was cleaned daily. All in all an excellent stay. We would return without hesitation.
    "Catered well in restaurant with gluten free food and lovely accommodation"
    Contacted hotel in advance of arrival because I wanted to know if they could cater for me as I had just found out I could not eat meals containing gluten. Very helpful and lots of choice of gluten free dishes on menu. Accommodation was well laid out well, bright, contemporary and clean and our balcony overlooked mountains, street and sea, giving us morning and afternoon sun but with a terrific canopy which would could adjust when sun was too strong. Lovely additional outside lounge restaurant called "On the Edge" which overlooked the sea which felt 5 star. Lots of loungers with cushions and umbrellas around the pool although weather was really nice and warm, water was not heated and too cold in November to enjoy it properly. My husband and I went there for a nice quiet break and that's what we got. All the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
    "Fantastic Vacation"
    We just came back from a week's stay. We were two couples in two one-bedroom refurbished apartments, through a RCI timeshare. The apartments were wonderful. Everything we needed, nothing more. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were three grocery stores within view of the front door. The view from the balcony was an absolute dream, right on the edge of the ocean, which was one of the more difficult things to say goodbye to. It seems wierd, but one of things I loved was that the balcony had a folding drying rack to accomdate swimsuits and towels. It was as if everything was thought out perfectly. I can't say enough about the staff. All were very willing to help whenever we had a question. When we had a fan that made a clicking sound it was taken care of in a few hours. They even took the initiative to offer us a room after checkout the day we were leaving so that we could stay by the pool until it was time to leave for our flight. Great time and I hope to come back!

    Absolutely fabulous. My friend and I had a wonderfull holiday. I was lucky to get my time share exchange here for 1 week. The staff great, amenities super. Apartment to comfortable and well presented. I'd love to go again.
    "True Gem of the ocean"
    We stayed in a refurbished 1 bedroom apartment at this resort and it is really comfortable. The hotel has a lift to all upper floors, our room has a walk in shower, fridge/freezer and microwave and full oven & hob. Maid comes every day. There is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in all rooms except bathroom. There is also a canopy over the balcony to reduce the sun into the rooms. The balcony is where you can sit and watch the sun setting behind La Gomera Island from almost all the rooms. The onsite restaurants and bars are comfortable and provide for every taste. Evening entertainment on all but Friday is just right to end the day. Wifi was 5 for 7 days and was accessible from our room and all public areas of the hotel. The staff are excellent and the best in our 25 years travelling with RCI. Some lovely restaurants all within 5 minutes stroll from the hotel. This is a true gem.
    "Amazing views"
    Just returned from fantastic week away. Stayed in apartment 503 which was amazing! Stunning views and spotless apartment. Pools were lovely and again spotless. Don't normally bother with hotel entertainment but the evening shows were very good, especially comedy Elvis. Only complaint would be having to pay for wifi as I felt connections were very poor and really this should be included in a resort like this.

    We've just had 2 weeks there fantastic bar staff waiting staff chamber maids reception deserve a bonus as when were leaving some one had forgot there case when we got to the airport there was our lovely receptionist there with the guests case how's that for service your a credit to the hotel. The entertainment was brilliant. Well worth a visit.
    "Enjoyed Chillaxing at The Pearly Grey!"
    Just back from a lovely week, great sized apartment with extensive balcony, rooms fitted out to a high standard, only thing we missed was Air Con, so having windows open was a must but they did have ceiling fans. The PG undergoing room refurbishments which can at times be noisy if you are about the complex. Smashing Pool, friendly staff, we participated in the BBQ outing to the lovely wee restaurant up the hill from Las Americas , food was lovely and the traditional singers in the back ground were good too!! We had the Pearly Grey rep Tallis to keep us all entertained for the evening with his banter!! Resort does not have the buzz and nightlife of the bigger locations but that adds to its quaintness, plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. If you're looking for a quiet getaway this is ideal. The PG is located right on the coast line where you can enjoy hearing and seeing the waves on the rocks. Stunning views and sunsets out to sea. Limited walks but only 10-15 mins from Gigantes Adeje Los Christianos etc by car but had a regular wee bus service.

    Absolutely the best vacation I've ever had! The room was incredible. The staff was beyond accommodating...Steven even went out of his way to help my daughter find some friends. If you're looking to relax and enjoy some nice food and drinks and not deal with the craziness of Las americas then this is the place for you! We will definitely be coming back!
    "Great holiday"
    Just back from our family holiday , we had our first week in pearly grey and loved it . We stayed in room S4 ok we had absolutely no view and we were directly below the bowling green ... But we don't go on holiday too sit in .... The rooms were immaculate and cleaned regular to a high standard , we have kids who are 10 and 12 and found it easy to entertain them with the help of jack and terry Anne . Also we enjoyed several days and nights organised by Phil and phedelma who went out their way to accommodate our needs with one fussy boy ... After a thoroughly enjoyable week we were offered the chance to stay for our second week which was already booked in the busier resort of Los Christians at the beverly heights resort we now wish we had took that option up .. No looky looky men and no one trying too pull you into there bar. ... Loved it .
    "Top location with beautiful rooms!"
    We stayed at the Pearly Grey for 14 nights in a two bedroom apartment. We had a beautiful room, one of the best we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Our view was spectacular. Most rooms have fabulous views only about 15 rooms have no view. The hotel was spotless and cleaning staff were friendly and did a great clean every time. Actually all the staff were lovely! The restaurant serves good food home-made quality and prices are very reasonable! There is a beach nearby which is just ok. We are use to Greece's beaches and there can be no comparison. The kids club and entertainment looked nice, but we are not into that and neither are our kids so we didn't use it. Lots of supermarkets which sell everything except fresh fish, go for the Spanish ones as cheaper. The book exchange/borrowing was a bonus as I read 5 books! We were sad to leave. If we don't go back it's only because of the beaches in Tenerife, nothing to write home about! If we do go back it's because we loved the hotel.

    my family and I have been staying at Pearly Grey for years my daughter who is 10 absolutely loves it there is always loads for her to do day and night and adults are always well entertained to the staff are always friendly and very welcoming and the cleaners do an amazing job ..... no mater what age you are you will love this place

    Just returned from the Pearly Grey, excellent holiday, fantastic resort, quiet but very friendly. The staff in reception and restaurant both exceptional. In fact all staff from maintenance to domestic have a great pride in keeping the area splendid for the guests. The rooms on the sea front brillant as is are all the accommodation that is being renovated. Very little disturbance from upgrading works looking forward to seeing it completed. Looking forward to returning in September..why go anywhere else when everything you need is here
    "Only been twice now and love it!"
    I have just recently been out to the perly grey for the second time...i think its a fantastic place, i am young but i find there is plenty to do and all the staff were great by the end of my two weeks it felt like they were family! The BEST part was going into Jazzys Salon to get my beauty treatments done, i love it in there always so relaxed and chilly and come out happy with what i have had done! Jazzy is lovely always so happy and bubbly and everytime i walk in and come out there with a smile on my face! Just want to say thanks to everyone for making our stay amazing shame i had to go home!!!

    We arrived at Pearly Grey on 13th June for 1week, our 4th visit to this lovely resort. We were given our own apartment 404,which we had a lovely surprise to find it had been refurbished to a very high standard. It was lovely, very modern, but still had a homely feel. The reception staff were very welcoming on our arrival, Gemma, William, Jan and Charlotte who could not have been more helpful during our stay. The resort was immaculate as ever, and the views spectacular as always. We would like to mention Justine and her staff for all their help and a warm welcome to Jonathan, who was our new rep at the resort and also thank the restaurant staff. Well done and a big thank you to all those mentioned above for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will back again next year if not before.
    "Just the place to go to relax"
    We absolutely loved our stay at Pearly Grey as a family of 5. Great staff, very helpful and the 2 bedroom apartment we had was just amazing. Fully refurbished and had everything you could possibly need. So close to the pool, restaurant and on site laundrette . Lovely places to eat just a short distance from the hotel and supermarkets. Great on site eating too - they did a great Sunday lunch - :0)). Most definitely will be returning to Pearly Grey, hopefully very soon.
