Our stay was exceptional. Beds were comfortable. Room was neat and clean. Jacuzzi was a plus. Lindsey, at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again. Only problem we had was the Coke vending machines not working.

We have gone several times for our anniversary here and they have always worked to get us the same room. We love the hot tubs and the rooms are nice and clean. They have a wonderful view of the river and little fireplaces that are amazing and romantic. The breakfast is good and everyone has always been very nice and helpful.We love it!
"Perfect location."
Just stayed for 11 nights. We had a great room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the river. This is only a small hotel, but that added to the charm. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lyndsey on reception was great fun and really helpful with tips about the local area. The location is perfect and the hotel is within walking distance of the Tanger outlet mall, tourist welcome centre, the Titanic exhibition, Hatfield & McCoy dinner show, Wonderers, the Smoky Mountain Opry, numerous restaurants including IHOP, Wendy's, McDonald's, Red Lobster, Olive Garden. There is also a Walgreens nearby and numerous stops for the Tourist Trolley. It was our first visit to the area but will not be our last. Will definitely stay here again.
"Vacation"
We really enjoyed ourself the staff was very friendly and room service kept the rooms clean. And the hotel just has a great vibe. And if you like to fish they have a private river that you can fish in. We plan to go back next year.
"Pigeon River Inn Experience"
This was our 3rd stay at this Inn. Over the last 25 years of visiting the Pigeon Forge area, we have found this place to be very friendly, clean, beds are firm, hot water is hot, view from North balcony overlooks a relaxing Pigeon River stream. The staff is great, very familiar with advice on good restaurants, shows, and other area attractions. Access to this Inn is very easy, and access to all points is made easy because of the traffic light 2 blocks down. Prices are good, continental breakfast is not bad, but the dining area is small.

Clean rooms and great view. Excellent price. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We have stayed many times. Will stay again. Sharlie was very helpful. Nice breakfast bar in the morning. Beautiful outdoor pool.
"Excellent hotel and staff"
Rooms were well stocked for 3 adults. Clean and comfortable. I called the hotel to book the room and received a better rate than any of the web sites I looked at had. The woman I spoke with was very accommodating and friendly. It was a great start! Arriving at the hotel, the check in process was quick and easy. Chad was great, answered all of our questions and suggested some great places to dine. On check-out, a very important piece of medical equipment was left behind unknowingly. Chad immediately called my cell phone but he was breaking up and I couldn't hear him. I did not recognize the phone number, so the call was ignored. Chad was persistent and kept calling. Then he texted the information about the device left behind. God bless him for his persistence! Went back to the hotel and he was waiting for me at the front desk. Kudos and a huge thank you to Chad!
"Excellent place to stay"
Room was clean, area was peaceful and the staff was very friendly! Been coming to the mtns for years and this is our new go to place! Love the balconies that you can see the river a the rd! Although the pool area was closed I know my child would have loved it!

Wife and I stayed here a couple weeks back. The whole experience was great from the check in to the check out. Clean spacious room, covered parking, beautiful river flowing next to it. The front desk staff especially helpful. Bravo!
"Clean, Friendly, and Affordable"
We booked this room due to evacuation from SC because of hurricane Irma. Most places were already booked, and what was left was very expensive or seemed too cheap to be safe! But, I was frantic - I chose Pigeon River Inn, and I am so thankful! We arrived early-they let us check-in and had our room ready. We wanted to purchase tickets to events nearby-they helped us buy cheaper tickets through the internet. They advertised continental breakfast-they had eggs, biscuits, cereal, miffins, toast, multiple juices, and great coffee! Plus, close to all the family activities available and the beautiful Smokey Mountains! Also, right next to the Pigeon River-lovely!
"One night Stay"
Rooms were nice and clean. The staff on duty when we checked in were very friendly and helpful. The location was ok but we were there during a car show and would have preferred to be further down parkway so we could walk up and down looking at cars. All in all a good location though. Did not have breakfast there but room looked nice, sort of small, and menu looked really good.

I would highly recommend the Pigeon River Inn! Very friendly staff, very quiet and the most comfortable beds. Also included a nice little continental breakfast which was very good. The pool is clean and the perfect size for a family get away. This will be our hotel of choice when we visit again. Thank you to the friendly staff and quiet clean hotel environment. Staying with you was a pleasure.
"weekend get away"
We have stayed at many of the older hotels on the strip, This was the cleanest nicest best hotels for the price hands down. very quite, close to a lot of attractions. staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay there again.
"Great place"
My husband and I stayed for one night but we both thought the place was very nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. The only issues we both found was the bed pillows were not the greatest and the breakfast area could be a little bigger due to the design it was a bit cramped. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfy. Defiantly would stay again.

We experience very nice trip staying at Pigeon River Inn. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful The place was clean and continental breakfast was good. We will be visiting Pigeon Forge soon and we will stay there again.

This is a very nice place that is clean and affordable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is located beside the river which we enjoyed from the outdoor pool area. Great location bordering between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.
"Great hotel! Definitely get a room with a balcony"
Stayed in room 307 for 4 nights and it was the perfect room. The balcony had the perfect view of the river which had ducks, geese and a blue heron. I liked that the hotel was not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of everything. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I can see why they have such a great rating on trip advisor.
"Amazing time"
This was an amazing stay. Room with heart shaped jacuzzi and fireplace was awesome. Staff was top notch. We had a blast!!! Breakfast was delicious and hot. Beautiful view from our balcony. Close to all the great attractions.
