Beautiful all inclusive resort. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and everything was very clean. Bottled water was readily available everywhere you went on the resort. Easy access to the wonderful beach. Great swimming pools with swim up bars. Food was plentiful and delicious. Most staff could speech and understand English.

"very nice stay"
stayed i n this hotel one week from Feb 16 ,2017. If you like quiet relaxed vacation this place is for you. Both hotels are considered same property and you can use all the facilities and restaurants in either of them . Walking to the beach is about 5-6 minutes. You can take a shuttle if you don't like waking . Both properties are clean and well maintained . Food plentiful but average . Beach and sea is nice , the only bad thing is a lot of boats making noise and fumes during the day . The best time before 10 am. Staff is friendly . It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Victor - bartender . He is very professional , friendly and helpful . He makes the best cappuccino and espresso in both hotels . Mucho gracias amigo

Francisco welcomes you when you arrive. You know have a new friend. As you walk through the lobby, he is sure to say a few words. He makes you smile! Alexis at the swim up pool bar is also personable.

The beach is fantastico! The food is delicious! We're just halfway through. Landed here on Friday and leave Friday, and it's gonna be tough to leave. I may join the vacation club when I come back with my three children (I'm sure they will like it, too!)
"Love the service and the wifi was outstanding. Food was very good."
We had a room on the first floor facing the pool. Yes, there was an unbelievable mildew smell when we first checked in. Rather than complain, I just opened up the door and balcony door...and after 10 minutes the smell was blown out. Food was outstanding. Being able to use the a la carte for every dinner was great. But the buffet was really good also. The drinks were always good. And if you needed anything, room service would gladly provide it for you. WiFi was outstanding, had service everywhere, even on the beach. Entertainment was good and kept us entertained. Yes, they will hassle you to sit for a time share presentation. Just do it. We got $100 off an excursion and a priority card. The card got us access to a separate beach area and restaurant and bar. Took about 2 hours including breakfast.The walk to the other resort was 5 minutes. We would walk around the buildings, rather than walk through. 10 minutes tops to get to beach. Also carts are running to drive you which is a convenience if its raining or your just tired. I highly recommend this resort. If you get this place for a good price, take it. You will not be disappointed.
"Memorable stay"
I came down here with my boyfriend for a week and was very pleased with our choice of staying of resorts. Everyone is so nice. We spent most of our nights at the lobby bar drinking with Francisco. He's one of a kind and by far one of the nicest people we have met down here. Everywhere we saw him he made sure to say hello to us. Everyone here is very kind and made us feel at home and welcome. I would definitely recommend now Garden and we will forsure we coming back
"Excellente"
Me and my girlfriend vacationed for a week at this resort and we had a wonderful time. All of the staff was awesome and friendly especially the Fransisco at the bar in the lobby. I recommend staying at the Garden if you want peace and quiet. Wonderful time and will be back.

Enjoyed our stay at this resort. Service was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. We felt like the staff was really glad we were there. Cleanliness is a top priority with them. Other than the distance to the beach, there were no complaints. Shuttles around the clock or a 3-5 minute walk was all it took to get to another 4 minutes to beach.

Capers, Wilton, Adolfo, Luis, and Marlon were extremely helpful and made our stay 100x better! They were always willing to help us work on our Spanish and constantly asked for drink refills. They went out of their way to give us everything we needed!
"14 day vacation"
We stayed at this resort for 14 days and thoroughly enjoyed it We felt having researched the hotel and read all the reports that this hotel was superb Our room was excellent overlooking the lake maid service excellent room clean no mosquitoes or creepy crawlies Bar service throughout was excellent and drinks would be made to order if you didn't like the slush puppy type cocktails. We were not hassled by salespeople nor by beach sellers when we were on the beach or walking along it The staff throughout were exceptional, kind courteous and always charming A special mention for victor the barman at now garden who was exceptional and went way beyond his remit to be helpful Reception staff were excellent Hostesses at all restaurants were charming and on some occasions when a table wasn't available they give you a buzzer and we didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes or so You can take a golf cart which runs regularly between the hotels and the driver Amarurys deserves a special mention for his courtesy and in particular his assisting disabled persons with wheelchairs on numerous occasions The beach is great but go early if you want a beach straw umbrella There are plenty of sun beds and we never had a problem Entertainment is OK in particular the circus show was fantastic

Great people, comfortable room, and plenty activities. Recommended to visit the Dominican Republic. The entertainment was excellent; droopy, cream, Antonio, Pablo, Abraham, Francisco, superman, sexy chocolate, and Freddie.

This hotel and the people where unbelievable awesome. Not one single day where I didn't love the hotel and the people. Nice resort,awesome rooms,food was great, staff can't say enough about them . If you get a change go .
"Unlimited Vacation Club"
We enjoyed our stay in Punta Cana. Rooms were clean and the property was very well kept. Food was very good. Big Papi and the entire entertainment staff did a great job. Rooms could have used more lighting. We were did not think the beds were comfortable, but that could just be because of what we are used to at home. We were upgraded to a swim out room and we loved that. Garden is very quiet...you have to go next door for more activity. Paola did a great job in making sure everything was to our liking. Love Punta Cana and will return

This is the place to be! I would stay here again! The staff was sooo friendly! Especially big papi! You need to find him. The pool was excellent! Everything was perfect!!!! The food was good and the beverages were even better.

The resort is an excellent place to relax. Great and friendly staff. The food and facilities are good. Beautiful grounds and the beaches are better than most resorts I've stayed at. If you are choosing a vacation, this is a place that should Ben on your list. Big Papi loves his job and is very friendly. Staff like him make this a wonderful stay.

This was a great time. Great service, very friendly and great venue. Everyone was very helpful. When ever I needed. They responded quickly to my needs and excellent room service. They never let us down! Drinks was always on point. Highly recommend. Specially Big Papi was excellente.
