My wife and I stayed at Quality Inn last week. The room in the 4th floor had the mountain view in the back and was very clean, spacious, with 2 queen beds. The sink was outside the bath room, which is a feature I like. The room had a microwave, hairdryer and a fridge. Noteworthy was the breakfast in the neighboring building. Hot breakfast included sausage, eggs (scrambled and boiled), biscuits and gravy.

"Reasonable hotel for a reasonable price!"
Easy access off the freeway, plenty of restaurants and facilities in the area. The check in was painless, parking is well lit, room was as expected. Nice sized, nothing out of the ordinary (good or bad). Fridge, micro, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a great TV with umpteen cable channels. Here's a shocker, there was a guide to the TV stations rather than just a poke and hope remote. The bed was comfortable. They include breakfast, but it was a bit spartan for choices. No problem as we don't do breakfast and there's a Waffle House right down the street. I'd stay here again.
"Clean, convenient and economical."
This place was surprisingly inexpensive... $50 plus tax. It's an older place but is still being maintained well. No complaints. Friendly counter help and good breakfast. There are four other hotels at this exit on IH-10 but this was the cheapest with the exception of one across Hwy 63 which was so terribly dirty and trashed out that we got a refund and left. We found this Shuler Inn which was the same price but much much better.
"Excellent Travel"
Arrival is easy off the Interstate, the parking lot ok for dually and pickup, however if towing trailer will have to opt for around the corner or maybe the truck stop across the side road. The rooms are outside entrance and is two story, the room is very plush style, with flat screen TV, fridge, coffee pot. The bed is very comfortable, firm but not too much so, large amount of pillows. The air system was a newer digital style. The bathroom was nice clean and had plenty of hot water and towels. Upon entering the room you are treated with little towel animals made and sitting on the corner of the bed. There is a desk area with executive style chair to work at. The WIFI was had a good speed and connectivity. Many Thanks to the wonderful ladies working here with all the great help. A true delight checking in.

This is the place to be. $55 room that have a $100 feel. The beds are incredible!! Clean. Neat. Perfect location. Nearby restaurants. Beaches are close. Easy on an easy off the interstate. That's pretty much all I have to say. They won't let me submit this until I get to 200 characters. Great place to stay.
"Enjoyed our stay!"
This place is a diamond in the rough. We got an incredible price for a great room. Other than a few cosmetic issues (spot on wall missing paint, towel rack was loose) the room was clean and well maintained. We had a nice TV, microwave and refrigerator. It's not far from shopping and several restaurants nearby. My husband was thrilled with all the TV channels that they had. Front desk lady was helpful. We will definitely be back.

my husband and I stayed here . front staff was very nice and helpful . room was nice size and CLEAN. bed was pretty comfy.lots of places to eat near by. we really liked our room . bathroom was clean. price wasn't to bad. I would stay again. thanks Shular Inn.
"Friendly, Super Clean, Great Room, Very Accommodating"
We stayed here last year. When we weren't attending events, we wanted peace and quiet. This place was wonderful, close to so many stores we needed, a lot of really great local restaurants with 100% better food and this place was clean, updated, smelled great, not moldy like some motels. We got there a little later than expected and needed a first floor and so they upgraded and we got a hot tub room, which I would have gotten for my back if we had known. We have already made reservations for this year and made sure we get our hot tub room. So we will be back this October and believe it or not, I was blessed to get a whole week even reserving this early!

We checked in late. But place is nice and clean the staff are so friendly. The room had a cute dog made out of a towel. The pizza hut across the street also had great friendly people. Would most definitely come back.
"2 queens"
If you're tired of being crowded this is a great place. Two big queen clean beds. Nothing fancy but got a good nights sleep and was able to stretch out all by myself on the bed. Staff friendly and informative. Grits and shrimp and a big salad at Ruby Tuesdays was a great night thanks. Oh yeah the Motel price was right too only $49
"Ohio grandma"
Came from Ohio to visit family. I was by myself and did feel safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. For the price it was a bargain. Would stay there again!
"Friendly and Clean"
We found this little gem in a result to find a hotel (all hotels there were sold out) We were pleasantly pleased. The lady Evel who checked us in was super friendly and she set the tone for the stay. The room was clean and fresh smelling when we entered. We noticed a towel animal laying on the bed when we walked in. That is the first time I've ever seen that in a hotel. What a nice Surprise!!! We stay at several hotels a month and for the price, I can say that it was def worth the money of $55.00 a night. I've seen a lot worse for that price. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
"A pleasant surprise and a very good value."
A brief trip to repair a rental property turned into a 4 week ordeal spread out over two trips to the area. This is a hidden gem if you want a super clean room, friendly folks who look after your requests, and a pretty good breakfast. It is not a destination resort, but for us was a great find. We have stayed in several places on the Coast and this beats all of them, hands down. I traveled for years in business staying at 4 & 5 star facilities. The service at Schuler was on par. Thanks Tonya, Mrs Mary, and all the others.
"A Pleasant Surprise"
The Shular Inn was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very nicely decorated with several "upscale" touches ie granite countertops in the bathroom, nice large flat screen, comfortable beds with crisp linens, newly painted with rich colors. Breakfast was standard "complimentary" but eating area was clean, food fresh. Would definitely suggest this hotel for a short stay.
"Another GREAT Bang for the Buck!"
You can't beat the quality, for the price, of any other motel in the immediate area. We were traveling on business and booked a double room on-line for $47. With tax it came to $54. The staff was super friendly, the room was "eat off the floor" clean. New Serta Perfect Sleeper beds made for a restful night. Ruby Tuesday, Waffle House, Pizza Hut, and a Mexican resturant within walking distance. Reasonable gas prices next door and across the street. Will most certainly be staying here if we pass this way again.
"THE BEST!"
For the price, this place is ABSOLUTELY the best in the area. Very friendly and caring staff, super clean rooms, decent decor, hot hot water, good beds, fridge, microwave, coffee set-up and the breakfast was what you would elect from any continental offering. We felt safe and welcome.

I would and do recommend any and all of my friends and family or anyone else from out of town to come stay here. They have the best rates and cleanest I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure the guests are completely satisfied. It is close to the beach and several other events and attractions and there is also a wide variety of dining establishments close by. We are always pleased when we leave and can't wait to come back. They make feel like family and like you are right at home. I give it 10 out of 5 stars.
"Fabulous Location"
We recently stayed he over thanksgiving break and We were unsure where we were going to stay but upon arrival to pigeon forge & gatlinburg area we had choose this one. It was in a great location directly across the street from the Islands it was an easy walk. There were several attractions within walking distance. They did serve a breakfast it was OK. It wasn't the best I've had but it wasn't the worse. They had several options. The town was very beautiful, leaves changing and all the Christmas lights were up and to have arrived back home day before the fires broke out. I am grateful for our stay and my heart and prayers go out to the town as they experience this devastating lose and as they rebuild their city.
"Beautifully decorated at Christmas, wonderful location, friendly service"
When we arrived the staff at the front desk saw we had a four year old and asked if we would like to be moved to the main building close to the indoor pool. We booked through TripAdvisor and had been placed in the back building. We were glad to be closer to the indoor pool, one of the reasons we picked this property to begin with. It is within walking distance to the Island, and right across the street from the Lumberjack Dinner Theater. The room was clean and spacious, although had very low lighting. We would stay here again.

I booked a room through a Motel booking company. They did NOTHING I asked.. I'm handicapped, and they put me on the 5th floor! How convenient when your not able to walk far at all. When we checked in, we talked to the lady at the desk, and told her of our "problem".. She said all they had left was 5th floor, but they had elevators. She checked with the manager who put us in a Suite! We had a king size bed, FIREPLACE, and a "In Room Jacuzzi".. She only charged us a minimal amount more for the room. It was VERY NICE! Big Screen TV, as I said Fireplace, which we used, and the Jacuzzi, which we used both nights.. It was very nice. If your looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge, this should be it.. Ill stay there next time we go up..
