This is my favorite hotel in Branson always clean and the people are always great good breakfast. Location is great away from a lot of traffic and easy access to all shows. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Above all it is how well you are treated great people. I recommended it if you stay in Branson

The room was comfortable, my 8 yr old loved the indoor pool, and the staff were very nice.My son said he want's to stay there next time we go to Branson. The breakfast was more than I thought it would be.
"GREAT STAY ON A BUSY WEEKEND"
We stayed at the Quality Inn West on a very busy weekend being spring break and we knew that it would be crowded.We enjoyed a great time despite the crowd. This Inn is a good location on The Shepherd Of The Hills Expressway, right by the traffic signal to get on Hwy 76 easy.We stayed in an excellent location, room 205, which allowed parking on the east lot or the west lot, both have excess to the second floor without much walking from your car to your room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The tub/shower was easy to get into and plenty of water pressure and hot water. The pool and hot tub is located in a separate building as is the breakfast room, but both are located just a short walk across the parking lot. The check in and out in the main office was quick and the lobby is nicely accessible from the main entrance. They have several locations outside where you can just relax and enjoy the scenery. The rooms are nicely equipped with good lighting and another good convenience is that the bathroom has an exhaust fan which. is handy. The only thing that might be needed is a heat lamp to take off the chill when getting out of the tub. This inn has recently been renovated and is like new condition. All of the staff that I met was very friendly and helpful. Also, their rooms are available with a fridge and microwave.
"Clean room"
Super nice staff! General manager came and helped with the WiFi problem we had. Room was clean and very nice. But do not stay in room 128 as nice as it is it's next to where they store the cleaning stuff or laundry because the slamming door and noise is pretty bad. Plus lots of noise from rooms above. Breakfast was pretty good. Muffins, donuts, sausage was rubbery biscuits were good

Really enjoyed our time at this property! We received a 'Thank You' card during our stay here, never has that happened at another hotel we've stayed at. Breakfast was great, the rooms looked New and remodeled, staff was friendly. We will definitely be back this Fall.

We enjoyed all aspects of our at this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed through a holiday weekend and we were treated as we were the only people in the motel.

The service was very good from the moment we checked in until we had breakfast. Our room was very clean and we had plenty of room. We have stayed here previously and will stay here again on our next visit to this area.
"Good location for a clean hotel"
This hotel is very clean. It is priced mid-range. The breakfast is quite large; something for everyone. This is located on the west side of the city, and is handy to the 'strip' for all the theaters and restaurants. Would recommend it.
"Wonderful stay"
Stayed here for an anniversary weekend getaway over Labor Day. Great place. Room was very comfortable. Good selection at the breakfast. Pool and hot tub relaxing. Close to many activities. Go above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.
"outstanding treatment"
I told them it was out 55th anniversary, and they had our name on the Marquee and upgraded our room with no additional charge. Even though this is one of the older hotels it is very clean and comfortable and close to all attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furnished breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Branson, MO.
"Fantastic customer service"
The staff is always very friendly and helpful and focused on providing great service to their guests. On our last visit, The A/C in one of our rooms wasn't working. Maintenance came and changed it out in 100+ temperature. This is my favorite place to stay in Branson. Centrally located and in walking distance of several restaurants. Rooms recently remodeled and very comfortable, even the hide-a-bed. The usual hot breakfast menu is always good.
"Loved the place"
We stayed on the second floor and really liked that you could walk in at ground floor to get there. Room was very clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice too. Breakfast was great and all the staff was super nice! Would stay again!
"Enjoyed our stay, thank you"
What a wonderful stay! I took my family on a little vacation get-a-way to Branson and stayed at the Quality Inn. From the moment we made the reservation to the time we left, the staff was welcoming and warm. We had so much fun, the kids enjoyed Silver Dollar City and White Water but I think enjoyed the hotel's pool most of all. Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean and as I mentioned before the staff was welcoming and warm, what more could you ask for, we will be back! Thank you again.
"Neat hotel"
It was a nice hotel, just needs a larger breakfast room. Also, try to stay away from elevator as it squeaks loudly and sounds like a woman screaming. The guest service ladies were awesome and the hotel was very neat. Great location!
"Nice stay for nice price"
Nothing special but it's in a good location. Check in time was 3 but they weren't ready until 330. That's normally not a big deal but we had a toddler and infant that wanted out of the car so it was a small frustration. Rates are good especially with breakfast included. The pool is inside so it's really cold. Would stay again
"OUTSTANDING FACILITY"
My wife and I took (for the first time ever) all six of our children and their respective spouses and children on vacation together. Our children range in age from 33 down to 15. This hotel kept them all happy. The location is excellent for access to several routes around the Branson area. The rooms are nice, the staff is wonderful, the separate pool area is a great idea and very nice, the breakfast is very good....I really can't complain about anything concerning this hotel. Keep up the good work!
"Economical with excellent location"
Quality Inn West has an ideal location; just off the strip and with easy access to Shepherd of the Hills expressway. Shows and several food selections are close by. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Rooms are small and not recommended if all you plan to do is hand around the motel....but who visits Branson for that?
"Great central location for ALL things Branson"
Great value for a location that allowed equidistance location to most all things popular in Branson, MO. The room price was most reasonable and reception desk service was most exceptional. Motel personnel are PROUD of this property and show it in many ways. In easy, unobstructed walking distance (~5 min) to Red Lobster.
"Great hotel"
This is a great hotel just off the strip. It has a fantastic hot breakfast including biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, and sausage. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice, and is open until midnight. Very nice room. We had a king size bed. Very nice staff.
