"Amazing service"
I live in the Miami area and wanted to get away for a night, I shopped around and saw this hotel near a beach I like going to. I called to see the details and was answered by Leidy. I did have a lot of questions which she answered in a well mannered and timely way. Once I arrived at the hotel valet was very nice and the door man was very helpful in assisting me with my belongings. I was checked in by a nice woman named Melissa, she helped me get accommodated in room 335. I would like to thank very much Leidy and Melissa for there amazing people skills and great patience with me.
"First time in Florida and not the last!!"
A girlfriend and i travelled to Florida for the first time and the experience was amazing. We were taken care of by an awesome girl by the name of Nathalie at the front desk who more than accomodating by moving our intial booking from the 4th floor to the 11th floor where we got to see the beautiful oceanview and sunrise every morning. She also gave us a curtious call when we arrived at our room to make sure that everything was up to our liking. Staff was friendly, beach was our backyard, pool side drinks, warm sunny weather. What more can a a girl ask for. Definately am looking forward to my next stay.
"Getting Better for Sure."
I know people complaint about this place for smell, terrible service,attitude,etc. If this was true, why am I returning year after year for the last 3 years. This Condo Hotel is almost 50 years old and I would say it had some issues,but since then there has been a lot of improvements,the swimming pool area has a new floor,chairs,umbrellas and the pool bar is being renovated and it will be ready in December, and the service in the pool area is excellent,Ariel Lemus who never stops with his co-workers to make sure the place is clean and to keep the guests comfortable and Amanda who is one of the security agents helps people with a smile and keeps the place safe.As for the Hotel there has been room renovations,washrooms are kept very clean,the floors are washed often. Also,the concierge staff Roger,Carlos,Nathan,David,they do an excellent job helping the guests with directions,maps,Boarding passes,etc. I think most of the staff are working very hard to keep the guests happy.I wish that Mr.Boulanger would try and smile sometimes as well. Anyway,i was there the whole month of October and I have no complaints whatsoever and God willing I am returning next year and I know I will not be disappointed.
"Vacation extension"
We stayed at the hotel after returning from a cruise. We were able to check in early and all the staff was very accommodating. The beach area was great and there were numerous places within walking distance to eat.

First of all the front desk with Leidy was very nice and outstanding , also at the pool we had a wonderfull attention and service by Jesus Balcacer , very polite and very kind, Nicolas at the front door was especially he had a lot of patience with us and beyond of our exemptions. Thanks for the wonderful people that works in this Hotel.
"A Quick Lay Over"
We were just needing a place to stay for the night in Miami for a flight the next day. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Would have liked to spend another coupe nights
"Wonderful Stay and Service"
Was in the area for Friends and Family weekend at JWU. We were about 10 miles from the school which was great for getting back and forth to all the events we attended. The staff was wonderful beginning with the booking of our stay with Maria A. She help (2) working single moms get a excellent rate so we could be there for our children. When we checked in Delinreely at the front desk was fabulous in locating our reservation, as we did arrive a little late. There was a confusion with the rate, but she resolved it for us with a smile the whole time. At by the pool, Jesus was very helpful with the chairs and umbrellas. Other staff members we came in contact with was also friendly and accommodating, which is so rear this day and time. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised to find a full size refrigerator, cook top with pots, plates and cups. We had a city view which was nice, so the only thing that would have made it better was the ocean view. Will definitely stay again, and let friends and family know. I will hope that my next experience will be the same.

Nice hotel, great staff. I stay because was my friend weeding, i never stay in this hotel before but my stay was very pleasant, i will back soon. Hector at the front desk was very helpful. Because the wedding we have a few rooms and i left in one of those room my mini-iPad charger, he call the housekeeper supervisor and they founded.

A Nice place for family, condos are well equipped ...the staff are ''Courtois'' specially at the restaurant...Madame Rose is such a nice ambassador...starting our days with a smile. This is real "Art of Happiness"
"Lovely staff"
Family holiday. Having read previous reviews we were a little concerned about what to expect, however we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel although a little dated was good. We had a spacious room which was clean and well equipped and the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. All the staff were very attentive and we would really like to champion a wonderful intelligent lady on reception called Nathalie. We had a few problems with one of our cards on arrival and she could not have been more patient, helpful and considerate.

Love this place. We had a good time and the pool is excellent! Ariel is in charge of the pool area and it is stunning. The pool staff are friendly and helpful. Over Labor Day weekend there was a DJ at the pool and it was a big party!

Overall, I thought the customer service was above and beyond the usual, especially for Miami Beach. I especially liked the little touches, such as the coffee bar in the lobby. Recommend the hotel highly.

I've stayed at other Ramadas and this one is quite nice. I particularly enjoyed the pool and bar area and the bartender Maria is a great bartender and was helpful and gave great service. Would totally recommend this hotel.

We had a great time, the room was great the staff was very professional and nice. Everyone was on task. The gentleman that checked us in was very funny and made us feel welcomed. He answered all our questions and then some. Thank you we will revisit again and will recommend
"Peaceful holiday in Miami away from the crowd"
Ramada Marco Polo is an old and well known property on North Beach. It is quite far from South Beach area where all the action is. So, if you are looking for a property close to nightclubs and shopping areas, then this is not the place. On the other hand, if you are looking for a quiet holiday on the beach for couples and families, then this is a nice choice for the price. Its value for money. There is beach access from the hotel. In the month of June, beaches in Miami is full of sea weeds lining the shore, which was quite an irritant. This problem is with the entire stretch of beach both in North and South Miami - More in North Miami. The pool though small is good. For beach chairs with umbrellas, you need to pay extra as that is outsourced and they are laid out in the evenings on the beach. There is free wifi in the lobby. There is tea/coffee maker in the room, microwave and cups and plates. The buffet breakfast is ok. There is a small pizza joint in the lower ground floor of the hotel itself and you can have hot pizzas made to your choice. It is worth booking a beach/Ocean view room to enjoy the place. You can also book guided city tours from the Travel desk situated in the lobby. During weekdays, the hotel has low occupancy. But on weekends there are lot of people staying there. The bus stop for local transport is right in front of the hotel. It takes around 45 minutes to reach South Beach from the hotel.
"1st time in Miami"
In my opinion this hotel was very nice. The beach was very easily accessible, the pool was a good size and the kiddie pool was nice. I love how diverse the hotel was as well, nice seeing a lot of different cultured Hispanic people. It was a great experience. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful cleaned around us on our last day because we didn't get out the room before she arrived. The towel situation was weird but they did always bring us the towels whenever we called. To my bartender Jeff you're the man thank you for telling my sister & I about the hot spots. I would love to return to this hotel.
"Ocean front rooms at budget price"
I've stayed here twice. First time not facing ocean and the room was horrible...too many things I could say bad about it. This time I got an ocean facing room and everything was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and had great amenities including a large refrigerator. The staff was helpful and quick except for the front desk was was again, not helpful or polite. Housekeeping, maintenance, and bar staff was awesome. The room was cleaned well although I suggest having slippers. The patio chairs were comfy and the gym was great! Again, this is all at budget hotel rates. A great deal overall.
"First time in Miami, stayed at an amazing hotel!"
With it being my first time in Miami. The hotel was very beautiful. Everyone was very pleasant. If you ever go ask for either Hector or Nathalie! Hector was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area and provided great customer service. Nathalie as well gave great customer service. I will definitely be staying there again.

Recently visited the hotel and we had a great time the hotel was nice our room had a great ocean view all around an excellent stay I definately recommend. The pool was very nice and poolside restaurant had great food a bit high prices but it is Miami. Valets did a great job with the car and staff was very attentive.
