"Comfortable Stay"
We weren't at the hotel much during the day but we were pleased with the service and comfortable stay during our time there.

Spent weekend in Dells for a dance competition. Sufficient accommodations for this type of trip. Rooms were cleaned and updated. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff overly helpful and proficient. Pool and outdoor deck was perfect for a group get together.

This room had everything we look for when we are traveling. It was clean and in good repair with comfortable beds, excellent WiFi service and enough room to do morning exercises and yoga. The staff was friendly and very responsive. To top it off the price was great (off season Wisconsin Dells).

"Good value for the price"
My fear was that since this hotel was cheaper than other places in the dells it would be dingy and smelly. But they kept the place quite nice. great location, very close to Kalahari, Knuckleheads and subway and Panera. Overall a good deal.
"Nice whirlpool suite"
We stayed for 2 nights. The jacuzzi in the room was large and the room was clean. The matress was new but the firm style and has a latex base on the matress pad. Pillows were on the firm side too. I was glad I brought mine. We liked having a hotel located on this side of town. It was a decent hotel for the price.

The hotel has recently remodeled rooms. The pool was nice and clean, the water was well maintained. Breakfast was good. I found the place clean and the staff friendly. For the price point it was more than acceptable. I would stay again.
"Valentine overnight stay in Wisconsin Dells"
We enjoyed our one night there, very clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They let us check in early, we had reservations for a show and wanted to catch a dinner before. Only complaint, too many carbs for breakfast, would have like eggs and bacon or sausages. We like protein for breakfast, there was yogurt only one fruit, apples. You can get discounted water park tickets from them, Kalahari is right next door. Good location!

This is a great hotel if you just need to sleep. Very comfortable and friendly staff. If you are looking for a non water park - stay here! Close to shopping and food - cannot go wrong!
"Some of the best Wyndham service"
most of the Wyndham properties do not understand the Wyndham Rewards program as it applies to diamond member upgrades. This location responded exactly the way they should and the facility was very nice.
"Great value mid week in winter"
We were traveling and ran into bad weather so we stopped early for the night. There are a ton of hotels at this exit so in winter there's a lot of competition for a few guests. We got a great AAA rate of only $62. It was a steal for this room. It was a large, very nicely furnished space. It was quiet as well. The rate included breakfast, which was nothing to get excited about: mainly cold cereals, pastries, and Belgian waffles. However it saved a trip for coffee and we could be on our way. We didn't use it, but it also had a pool and exercise room. I'd definitely stay here again at that rate.

"clean/great front desk staff"
close to ski slopes and reastaurants, front deks clerk very helpful. sauna/pool/hot tub area clean. breakfast was fine, front desk did a LOT of work to make breakfast great
"Easy stay"
Some last minute planning for our trip to Cascade and happened to find an affordable room. Their front desk and guest services were really polite and easy to talk to. Their cleaning staff was also very generous and very polite.
"End of year getaway"
I wasn't sure what to expect upon arriving at this hotel but I was happy we chose it. We used our Wyndham Reward points to score a very low rate and it was worth it. We had a double queen oversized room, it was a huge room, with a sofa sleeper, chair with ottoman, a nice desk, fridge, micro and even 3 drawers so I could put our clothes away -- to some that might not be a plus but for me if I am staying more than 2 days at a hotel I like to put my stuff away. The hotel was clean, room was clean and smelled fresh, comfortable beds. Everything was in working condition. A plus is there is a continental breakfast included that runs from 6:30-10 -- huge plus!! Lots of room to sit. There was waffles (they had 4 waffle makers so you didn't have to wait), cereal, bagels, pastries, coffee, juice, donuts, yogurt -- the first morning we went down around 8:30-9 and almost everything was gone but I told the front desk and he replenished everything right away. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. We only used the hot tub -- area was clean. Would definitely stay again. It is right off exit 92, we were close to the movie theater, Cracker Barrel, fast food restaurants, outlet mall. The heater in the room didn't seem to blow much warm air -- we had it set to 72 most of the time.
"Great Stay"
I loved the fact that there was a pool, hot tub, and workout area. I loved free breakfast each morning of the stay, and I was very pleased with our room. Even though the phone in our room was broken the front desk wasn't far so it wasn't a big deal to walk there and ask for anything. they were accommodating.

My wife and I needed a hotel for the night. I got on trip advisor and saw the Ramada. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was super nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.
