We stayed here one night, two rooms, prior to a five day visit to Disney World and Universal Studios at a hotel closer to the resorts. Very nice person at check-in and check-out. Nice, clean room. Comfortable beds. Very pleased with the rooms. Don't let the low price scare you.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Fun in the Sun"
The hotel has undergone a few updates and is looking nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board & flat screen tv. The staff was friendly and the pool & hot tub were refreshing. I would recommend this hotel for a getaway.
"Clean room, great location and no pet or "resort" fee"
Kissimmee/Hwy 192 is loaded with inexpensive places to sleep after a long day at Disney or other nearby attractions. I like this Red Roof Inn because of the friendly service (Rona - checked me in on Saturday was a peach!), and there's no extra charge to bring my dog. For the $35-$45 paid you get a large, clean room, cold A/C, pool and working (upstairs) ice machine. The beds were new and comfortable. Old TV with HBO/ESPN/CNN (and not much more). The last time I stayed there was awful - they had just had a fire, but still kept half the motel open. This was just right (and great on the budget!) for a weekend trip to visit friends and family.
"It's not high class, but a clean, great night's rest!"
There has been a lot of upgrading done here. The pool area is small but clean. The room was immaculate- hardwood floors, clean bed no clen bathroom...all you need for a good night's sleep. Lots of restaurant opportunities. Really close to Disney World entrance and I-4. No free breakfast, but some really great coffee to tie you over until you hit Denny's or IHOP! Only bad thing, this is a pet-friendly hotel...there were some unhappy fur-babies that cried up until about midnight. Staff was excellent!
"Brendon was fantastic"
The room that we first got.107 smelled overly strong of cleaner covering smoke, and mildew. We reported this to the front desk to Brendon, He moved us to a suite. It took 3 trips to the office to get a key that worked, followed by Brendon bringing a key up and making sure that everything was satisfactory. We feel that Brendon went out of his way to a sure of our comfort and satisfaction, this is above and beyond duties, and going the extra step for Red Roof. We feel that this type of employee should be recognized and rewarded for his service. We hope that Red Roof Inn is the type of company that would value him and do so.

I'm a guest here and love it. Great service, easy check-in, clean room, comfortable bed and the pool is small but adequate. I only paid $36. The location is very convenient to everything.

"Great Value for our Money"
My wife & me stayed at this hotel for a night over the spring break ! Good location, opposite embassy suites, access to unlimited parking space , a decent swimming pool, smiling Spanish girls at the reception with a pleasant attitude! Our suites costed us $ 69 /- much better price than other hotels in the neighbourhood . The lifts could be kept cleaner . The hotel is pet friendly & serves good coffee ! Might have expected a good continental breakfast ! Will go back to Kissimmee & will stay at red roof for sure ! Value for our money ! No complaints !!!!
"Not bad!"
Okay, first off, come on. This is a cheaper alternative in a semi rundown city. It's not upper class. With that being said, don't expect bells and whistles and Disney worthy employees. Though, I must say, the employees during my stay were wonderful! My best friend and I are in our twenties, and decided on a 4 day trip to Disney. We were given a 2nd floor and, unfortunately, we were put next door to a handful of drunk men. They were crude and cat calling as we lugged our bags in, which made me super uncomfortable. I called the front desk and a super kind woman told me she would call them up. She did, and we ended up running into them again with them apologizing. The place was clean. And actually close to Disney. I know my way around and loved how easy it was to come back to the room midday and change clothes to park hop. We never ate the breakfast, but did grab coffee. All in all, wonderful and cheap alternative!
"A really great place to stay at a great price"
The motel is clean, staff is friendly, does not have a lot of amenities, but if you're paying $40 a night, you shouldn't expect a lot of amenities. TV works, shower is clean, bed sleeps well, I will be staying here again!

If you walk in or call,look for Brenda she is so very sweet and extremely helpful. By far one of the best red roofs ive stayed in! They also have two bedroom suites with either double bed or king size with 2 t.vs in both rooms and a pull out couch, and also very nice couches(they offer smoking and non-smoking). FREEE COFFEE 24 HRS!!!

Pet friendly,clean,good location,I will be back.Lovable and attentive staff.My puppy was Well Received.Me and my family we'll be back soon.Right near the old town, perfect place to have fun.Too many restaurants and shops.
"Would stay there again"
Nothing fancy, but would definately do it again. We stayed in a king suite and the extra space made it a great value for our group. We needed pet friendly accommodations and this worked great and it was convenient for the local attractions.
"A safe place to vacation"
We stayed in this hotel for two nights and enjoyed both of them. The front desk staff were kind and helpful as usual in Red Roof establishments. The room was cozy and contained all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was traveling distance from all tourist attractions in Orlando, and had lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay here if I am in Orlando again!

I have stayed at this red roof inn 5 times over the last 10 years. The customer service is A++++!!! Our rooms are always clean, bedding is fresh and new!! This hotel is tried and true for me, anytime I need a hotel in Kissimmee this is where I go!!! There is no pet fee, there is Always hot coffee, and the staff will go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as possible!!
