We have been here a week and the service has been very good, the room immaculate serviced each day and the food is excellent. The staff have been very attentive also the pool is very clean and a large size for swimming We will be returning here as it is close to the airport and shops and beach.

"Incredible hotel in a great location"
A leafy quiet Oasis in a central location, walking distance to Lippo Mall and Discovery Mall. A tranquil traditional architecture setting with a great lobby area. Large bar and restaurant area which offer a great Morning breakfast buffet. The dinner and Balinese dance evening advertised is worth checking out. The pool area is a central hub and has a wood fire oven pizza which cafe menu specialises in. My five year old Son was pretty pleased to have a daily pizza! The Spa in resort is a great calming experience and they provided a paid babysitting service for kids as there is no kids club. There were lovely traditional touches around the resort like a straw roofed pagoda building to do yoga in or used as a picnic shelter.It sits in front of a small Bali temple within the resort which staff use to pray their offerings. This area was at back part of resort where my room was located. The highlight was feeling of being secluded from the hustle bustle of Kuta but located near convenient sights like Waterbom Park, Kuta beach, Beachwalk Mall was a bonus.

We stayed here for around 4 days.. the hotel gave us a free upgrade from superior room to standard room. The room was good spacious. The staff was great. The pool is very good . Even the breakfast has a lot of variety.. more so for non vegetarian. Overall loved the stay. Will return here if coming back to kuta again.
