We have stayed at River Oaks for many years now. It's always wonderful, but this year was exceptional. Wonderful condos, great prices, fantastic staff! Just what I'm looking for. It's a bit off the beaten path, its a short drive to the Ocean about 10 minutes, but hey, to get away from hustle & bustle I'll drive vs walk to the beach! :)

    "Ive never been disappointed with any of the properties Ive stayed at. I recommend Beach Vacations."
    This is my second time with Beach Vacations. My visit was due to a family emergency and I was able to book this property a day before we left. They always seem to have availability and the accommodations are great. Not an ordinary hotel room by any means. There is always lots of room.
    "Wonderful"
    My time at the resort was wonderful. I only wish that there was an indoor pool for me and my family to swim in. The weather was too chill for outdoor swimming. Great location for shopping, eating and find the children something to keep them occupied.

    I was thoroughly impressed with the unit and the property. It was well kept and really pretty. I'm not a golfer but if I were I would have definitely have wanted to stay there every time I came to Myrtle Beach on vacation. I felt safe and secure during my stay there.

    close to mall and outlets. Convenient to beach and walmart. Located right off of hwy 501. Units are nice, clean and roomy. 3brms 3 baths. Alot of Parking space. Check in can be easy and quickly at times. Reservation request could be handle more to accommodate visitors. Each unit is decorated differently. Each unit is individuals owned. Would be nice for other owners to have comment book at unit.
    "My go-to place to stay at the beach"
    I always book with River Oaks when I want to stay at Myrtle Beach. I have never been disappointed....will continue to book with them. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, shows, shopping, and night life. I can always rely on my keys being ready even when I arrive late (which I often do).

    We have stayed at River Oaks for many years now. It's always wonderful, but this year was exceptional. Wonderful condos, great prices, fantastic staff! Just what I'm looking for. They offer specials throughout the year that get you free dinner or tickets to the different shows in Myrtle Beach. It's a bit off the beaten path, about a 10-15 minute drive to the Ocean, but hey, to say $100 a night, I'll drive vs walk to the beach! :)
    "Nice accomodations, conveniently located"
    We spent a weekend here and liked it a lot. Our condo was clean & bug free, which are the two most important factors to me when choosing where to stay. They are also conveniently located with easy access to any of the popular spots, and they aren't ridiculously overpriced like many other places. We would definitely stay here again.
    "World Am Golf Trip"
    Beach Vacations suggested and help choose a quiet and clean accomodations away from the beach and all the congestion so I could enjoy my 1st trip to the World Am Golf Tournament. The condo was centrally located near 501 and 31 and 17 so I had access to all of the Grand Strand. Beach vacations did an excellent job in choosing a condo that met all my needs.
    "Best Vacation Value in Myrtle Beach"
    This was a birthday trip for my wife, Peggy. We stayed in a two bedroom villa on the River Oaks golf course. The Waterway Village unit we stayed in was a gated community with an awesome view of the golf course in the rear and a lovely, enchanting lake surrounded by palm trees in the front. We were five minutes from the beach. Two minutes from the 501 Tanger outlet. Ten minutes from the Pirates Voyage attraction that we thoroughly enjoyed. We are all looking forward to our next trip to Myrtle Beach.
    "Excellent condo"
    We rented a two bedroom condo the week of 3/23 through 3/27. It was easy to check in using the outside late arrival box that had all the necessary information including directions to the condo, a contract to sign, and two room keys. Since we checked in late, we did have to go back to the condo office the next morning and have them run our credit card for our stay; that took about five minutes. The condo was very clean and inviting. The bathrooms and kitchen, in particular, were very clean. Checking out was easy as you just had to drop the keys in the outside key box before leaving the property. We've only been to Myrtle once so we can't compare this property to others in the area, but for the price, location, and surrounding amenities, we would certainly stay here again.
    "River Oaks"
    I love staying with River Oaks. Everyone is always nice and helpful. The rooms are so neat and clean and look exactly as they are pictured on the internet. The prices are as great! Each time I visit the River Oaks I make sure to pice the same room each time because I know how it looks. The Grand Coastal Mall is only like five minutes away from the area. All of the good steakhouses are in the came area as the mall. Wal-Mart and all the stores are in the area too.
    "Great Location for the price"
    My family book two condos for the weekend of July 19-July 22. It was 19 of us total. We stayed in the Fairways. Both condos had 3 bedrooms and two full baths. We used air mattresses to make up for the shortage. Great price for 3 night stay for such a large group. 12B: King in Master br, two twins in other bedrooms, living rm had pull out couch. Flat screen tv, at least 32 in all bedrooms and living room. The back patio is screen in and it was very quiet. The unit had a funny smell when we first walked in, but it was clean. We also had a problem with the shower head leaking. 30C: This condo was much larger than 12 B, more room in the kitchen and living rm area. Nice furniture, palm tree themed. Glass dining table, coffee tables. Full bed in master BR, two twins in other bedrooms. Large flat screen in living, but bedrooms had 19 inch flat screens. This did not bother me because we spend most of the time out of the condo. Screened in patio with extra seating outside. The condo was clean, with the exception of hair in the rug in the master bathroom. They do provide some amenities, dish washer soap, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags but if you run out you have to restock on your own. They provide made service after check out , if you want service while you stay it will cost extra. Very convenient location. Less than 10 min to beach, Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, mall, restaurants etc...as long as traffic is not backed up. My sister stays here every year and she loves it. I would definitely stay again, although I prefer to be right on the beach.

    "River Oaks - Great experience"
    This is the second year in a row we have stayed with River Oaks and both visits have been great. We were in MB for baseball tournaments so being on the beach was not a concern. The villas are spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool and with 10 other families staying in the same area we had a great time cooking out and lounging at the pool! You can get to anything or anywhere in MB from River Oaks within 10 to no more than 15 minutes. Again, will go back next year as a great place to stay! And, this time maybe get to take advantage of the great golf courses right around the villas!
    "Beautiful property"
    Beautiful condo's in the center of everything! We had a 3 bedroom condo backing up to the golf course; we are not golfers, but could sit on the balcony and watch them play. The property was very well kept, the staff friendly, and the pools were extremely clean! We were there to go to the convention center and it was only a few blocks away. Our condo was very clean and comfortable; plenty of room for 5 ladies travelling together, Off season prices were extremely good!
