I just returned from a four night stay at the brand new Royalton St Lucia. The rooms and property are absolutely gorgeous. The restaurants were very good (much better than other all-inclusives that I have been to). The servers were very pleasant and are still learning the ropes. Latoya was extremely helpful and friendly. She always made sure we were taken care of wherever we were.I can't wait to come back to this resort again in the future. St Lucia is such a gorgeous island with many activities. This resort is going to be a game changer for the families visiting the island.. Lots of options for a variety of travelers!

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Gorgeous resort and lovely people!"
We absolutely loved the resort. Even though it wasn't fully completed, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Really amazingly kind staff. Our 2 boys and us loved the staff. Resort was clean. St Lucia was beautiful to explore.
"One of a kind!"
My family just returned from the Royalton St.Lucia and we were extremely worried because of the few reviews posted prior to our vacation. WELL, there was nothing to worry about. Yes there were hiccups that were dealt with. Lets face it we have tiny issues in our own home. This resort has a lovely beach, although not big. Outstanding pools, oh so many pools. And the staff is one of a kind. You will not pass a staff member that will not say hello. The restaurants are clean and great food, but one annoying thing was italian restayrant was beyond slow but good food. The buffet is outstanding. A variety of fresh meats, fish, pasta, pizza and made/ grilled right in front of you. The bars and staff are a pleasure, cheers to Tasha! There is construction around the resort but we were not effected or heard anything. Some mud around but staff always around cleaning it. The rooms....oh my goodness. Fantastic and hightech and super clean. But they have to work on the techy part...lol. To sum it up, an outstanding vacation. There maybe some little things that come up but no where is perfect. I would go back in flash! Thanks for the fun...Wayne George, the Royalton is very lucky to have you!
"Vacation"
We went for my daughters 16th birthday we arrived 5 days after the resort opened. I would of rated it excellent if the construction was done. But still we had a great time. The resort is beautiful the workers are very very friendly and helpful. The food is very close to being excellent and will as the resort is completely finished. Wayne the manager at guest services was awesome you will not meet a nicer person he helped out alot. As well as Kay from guest services. Everyone at the front desk was awesome also. Dave and Latoya the restaurant managers were great. At the family swim up bar Tasha and Kezia are great bartenders and are funny also had a great time with them. The bar by the escalator Michelle and Jvonny also great bartenders and friendly. Everyone made my daughters 16th birthday awesome and unforgettable. I've been to quite few resorts and never developed a relationship like I did here with the resort workers and this was the first time I have received hugs and kisses from all that I mentioned. I will go back again to the Royalton. Also on the outside of the resort is very safe we went on excursions catamaran to sulphur Springs. Deep sea fishing and horseback riding. If you visit go to the Friday night street party and to Castries for shopping.i have feel in love with this island and people.

I just returned from a four night stay at the brand new Royalton St Lucia. The rooms and property are absolutely gorgeous. The resort had just officially opened a week prior, so there was a little construction going on, but it was never disruptive, nor did I really notice it. According to resort management, most of the construction will be done in the next couple of weeks. I was in a swim up room, which was very spacious and luxurious. The shower was the best part, along with the large tub. It was in building four, which was a great location. With the way the property is laid out, every thing is very close, so I wouldn't say any of the buildings would be a bad location. The restaurants were very good (much better than other all-inclusives that I have been to). The servers were very pleasant and are still learning the ropes. Latoya was extremely helpful and friendly. She always made sure we were taken care of wherever we were. For couples, I definitely recommend booking the Hideaway section, as the pool was gorgeous. They also have access to restaurants and bars that others don't. For those guests staying in Diamond Club, there is a dedicated pool and bar, which will be a nice added perk when the resort is at normal capacity. There is also a nice water play area for kids along with many chairs on the beach. I can't wait to come back to this resort again in the future. St Lucia is such a gorgeous island with many activities. This resort is going to be a game changer for the families visiting the island. It's also great for destination weddings. Lots of options for a variety of travelers!
"Top Notch Service and Food"
My wife and adult daughters booked and stayed at the new Royalton in St. Lucia as part of its "soft" opening. Although the resort wasn't completely finished, the staff worked very hard to accommodate us with respect to any hiccups we experienced that week. The accommodations were top notch and the food was excellent! The beach is on the smaller side versus other resorts we have visited in the past but the water was great to swim in. If you like to snorkel, I would suggest booking an excursion to another location. We will definitely book again and look forward to seeing and experiencing the resort once everything is completed! I would have rated a 5 other than the fact that the resort wasn't completely done.
