"A great holiday"
Stayed in one bedroom apartment. Plenty of space and serviced five days a week. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area pleasant - would have spent more time there, if the weather had been better - not their fault! Close to beach restaurants and shops. Already booked for next year - so that says it all!
"Revisted"
We have just retuned from our 3rd holiday staying at St George Apartments , this time we found a great improvement with the staff and receptionist very friendly and very helpful !!!! Yurena one of the receptionist was one of the most helpful person we have ever come across .
The pool Bar has been taken over by a New Couple the change is out standing with new menu and very good food !!! Very friendly and very clean !!! Over all it was a great Holiday .
"Saint George Apartments."
The Saint George Apartments are located in a quite situation and away from the noise of town. However, all amenities are within a few minutes walk, including shops and beeches.
The hotel reception/admin staff are particularly friendly and kindly allocated us our preferred room ahead of our holiday.
The rooms are basic, but kept clean and with frequent visits by house keeping staff.
Public areas including the pool and reception are quite and promote a relaxed atmosphere.
Free Wi-Fi is only provided in the foyer and pool areas. Connection is reliable but slightly slow.
We have stayed at these apartments for the past four years and would thoroughly recommend them.
"Excellent if simple place to stay"
We stayed here for the 2nd time the first two weeks in December.
We stopped in the room next door to where we stayed last year this is positioned at the side of the hotel fairly quiet and you can see the sea, just!
Lovely quiet place to stay! Yes up a steep-ish hill but centrally placed for both Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Los Vistas beach is fabulous and only a 5-10 minute walk away.
Yurena from reception was fabulous we try using as much Spanish as we can and she was only too happy to help us out with words and phrases in fact nothing was too much trouble for her and by the end of our stay she was more our friend than the receptionist!
Only used he pool area twice but it was very clean lots of sun beds and a pool side bar. Free wifi at the pool side bar and in the hotel reception which is fabulous for contacting home!
There is a new shopping plaza with a euro coffe shop opened just a short walk away at the back of the hotel that is worth a visit too.
We will return hopefully next December
"4th stay"
my wife and I have just returned from a stay at the St George all I can say is we love it staff very friendly rooms clean pool area good for the money we paid good value may not suit people with walking problems because of position but again we love it coming back in February , today we also have booked December 2015 that says it all reception staff very friendly especially YURENA
"Clean friendly would recommend"
Recently stayed in Saint George for a week great location close to the beach didn't have to fight for a sunbed very friendly would recommend this to family and friends.. was a quiet hotel only downfall was where they put us in the hotel it was right by a very noisey road. Stuggled to sleep with the noise. U have to check out early buy offer a luggage room and shower which was very useful.
"Fantastic"
Very pleased with our 5th floor refurbished apartment ! Fantastically completed and stunning sea views.
Excellent service at all times , staff always pleasant.
Only downside is busy road but an excellent location near to beach and shops and restaurants.
Would definitely recommend and return .
"Great location, clean and friendly."
I stayed at this hotel with a friend. It is in a great location in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, within easy walking distance of the beach and both resorts. The pool is clean and there are plenty of sun beds. Our apartment was on the fifth floor with views of the pool and the sea.
The apartment building is not white and has been re-painted a weird brown hue which I think was a little misguided but the apartment was clean and spacious, if a little dated.
Apartments are cleaned and towels and bedding are replaced regularly and the staff are helpful and friendly.
We went to some great restaurants in the area. Most notable was La Martina - an Argentinian restaurant with live Tango and the modern English restaurant in the Safari Centre.
Mount Teide and a boat trip to see the pilot whales were highlights of our trip. I would also recommend the Monkey Cocktail bar in the Oasis centre.
Great holiday!
"Good value for money"
First visit to Tenerife. 3 hour delay at Birmingham airport which resulted in us getting to the St George after midnight. The reception staff were waiting for us and were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room 422 was a bit difficult to find in the dark as the door to the apartment was in a side corridor however, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable with the balcony overlooking the pool.
We were there at the end of September so there was no problem getting a sun-bed by the pool, and there is a lovely beach less that 10 minutes away.
The apartments are situated on a busy road which could be a bit noisy at times. Although the the itinerary stated there was a restaurant on site we were told when we got there this had been closed for two years, however you can get food from the pool bar and there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by.
"Cant fault it!!!!"
Stayed here for the first time for 2 weeks in september. Spacious appartments decent pool/ sea view. Very friendly helpfull staff the whole place spottless. Will be going back next year!!!! Had a late flight home so moved to different room. 205 for the last day. This was even better than 216.

"enjoyable stay"
just back from a week in the st.georges and like others was a bit concerned with poor reviews so was pleasantly surprised to find all ok .the hill was no great concern to me and my wife and we are both old codgers in or sixties. stayed in room 121 and have got to say only noise was from hotel opposite the walk way beneath our balcony.room out of sun till late afternoon but was clean and all you get for self catering of this sort. would not hesitate to recommend to others and shall return.
"Great Aparthotel, facilities of a hotel and relaxed of an apartment"
Very clean rooms and friendly staff! Fantastic pool for some swimming after a long day roaming the island. About 200 meters from the beach down hill, also lots of restaurants along the coast on a nice promenade. Booked it through Sunweb as an apartment. Combo Hotel Facilities but sold as a apartment. Every day room got cleaned except on thursday and sunday. Fresh towels every other day.
"Great break away"
We stayed at st George the last week in august for 11 nights, and what can I say we had a fab time, the only thing I could fault that there wasn't any air con, but we hired a fan from reception, problem sorted.
The pool area was very clean, there were always plenty of sun beds, the weather was absolutely perfect. The pool bar was good for drinks and snacks, it did close a bit early for us, but the bars and resturants were only 5 mins walk away on the beach front, the beach was also very nice.
All in All we had a great time, if you want five star do go somewhere else.
"Fantastic 2 weeks!"
Just returned from the st George and was very impressed. Rooms were fairly sized and had everything you needed, the pool was amazing and always clean, lovely poolside bar and friendly staff, wifi was a bit dodgy at time but definitely worth the money. The hotel is close to everything, the strip is about a 10 min walk away lovely beach but annoying hill- would deffo come again
"dave and sandras review"
The Saint George had everything we required in a self catering apartment.
We stayed for 12 days with almost daily changes of linen and towels, the maid was brill coming back on more than one occasion to do our room.
The pool area was spotlessly clean with plenty of sun loungers,i don't think you can leave towels out which is a good policy, the bar staff are very helpful and hard working.
The place is close to everything, beach 200 metres away,3 good super markets very close by,mercadona being the best and cheapest.
Its a 10 minute walk to las Americas or cristianos or 3 to 5 euros in a taxi.
Overall had a great stay here and will certainly be returning.
thanks to all the staff.
"4 Days and no complaints for what we paid"
We arrived, met by a lovely and professional receptionist who explained in detail our room, the area (provided a map) and checked us in with no issues.
When we left, a different receptionist, still lovely and very professional offered us use of the luggage room, offered us a key to the complex so we could use the facility, and phoned us a taxi.
The room was basic but comfortable
The Pool was clean and inviting
The pool bar was convenient
The complex, all in all was very good.
Would i spend a fortnight there??? possibly!
The only issue is the hill leading from St Elmo beach to the complex..easy..turn right and go along the walkway to PLA instead..with an easier return walk.
The maid was polite, The Balcony was good, The beds are comfy, and our storage was ample.
All in all, it was a good base!
"Good value for money nice holiday"
Stayed here for 11 nights pool view. Would suit any family couples or groups wanting good value for money really clean hotel friendly staff couldn't fault the hotel at all. Free wifi in reception, pool bar open for snacks and drinks during the day. Situated on a slight hill short walk into Los cristianos/las Americas. Good self catering option reccomend the watermelon restraunt and the chill out bar for food.
"Great self catering hotel, great location"
Stayed at Saint George hotel for 8 days from 28th June with my boyfriend(mid 20's). Loved this hotel. Was very clean, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned almost every day with fresh towels and bedding provided. We had two balcony's with our apartment which was a nice surprise. The pool area was always clean and never had a problem getting a sunbed.
The hotel is in a great location, the supermarket is only a 5 min walk, the beach is also only i 5 min walk from the hotel down the hill. There is a slight hill coming back up to the hotel which may effect people with mobility issues. The local beach was the best of the ones in this area in my opinion. There are many restaurants looking over the beach. The best restaurants and bars were a 5 min walk towards playa de las americas. The road was called Av Las americas. It is about a mile strip, all lite up in lights (which looks very effective a night) of cocktail bars, mini golf restaurants etc.
You are able to book excursions at the hotel, we booked the joint trip to Siam Park & Loro Park with cost 68 euros pp. Both parks were amazing. The hotel do put a mark up of 10 euros per ticket i found out so maybe have a look around before you buy.
Overall i great stay and holiday, would definitely recommend.
"Excellent"
Stayed here with my partner and our young son for 2 weeks. These appartments were gorgeous and very spacious and the balcony was lovely over looking the pool and the view across the mountains and sea were lovely also. The rooms were cleaned daily and also fresh bedding and towels were left, we were on the 3rd floor, nice front balcony also overlooking the main street. The pool area was lovely and the pool was big. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
"top location, we will return"
my husband and I stayed for a week May 2014. Apartments are large, clean, with good facilities. We had an apartment located on the pool level, and had a patio area with table and chairs. The pool was a good size, and no problems getting sunbeds, though it was only May. Good bar on site, friendly staff. Close to bars, restaurants, beaches. The complex is locked when reception is closed, so fairly secure. We were very happy here, and wish to return, though I think we would avoid high season, as it will be very busy, and it got a bit wearing constantly being stopped by people trying to get you into their bar/restaurants. Dont let that put you off, Los Cristianos has something for everyone, but on a lower key than Playa de las Americas.
The only hitch was on our arrival, our plane was 30 mins late, so arrived at hotel late to find the reception closed (closed between 2pm-4pm), and we couldn't get into hotel. Luckily, a couple staying there realised our plight, and let us in. We sat at the bar with our cases to wait with a cool beer, so not so bad really. I blame Thomson for that mess up, as they could have informed hotel of late arrival.
Overall, good value for money, very relaxing holiday.
