We rented a suite with one room and two beds, the suite was big, with a balcony looking at the canal. The kitchen was well equipped, big closets and guest bathroom, big living room, we invited friends to the suite and they were very comfortable. The pool is great, it also has a volleyball court in the sand. The location is a little far from ocean drive and there is no parking, you have to pay valet, the price was comparable of what you pay in other hotels, but the valet brings the car very fast which is nice. To eat out you have to drive. The gym is very old, I hope they improve that. Staff is great

"Great!!"
We originally booked through a travel agent for Deauville Beach Resort however they were overbooked due to unexpected convention. We were directed to Sea Coast as they are the sister hotel. Staff was great and very welcoming with the responsibility of taking on 30 guests in one day from the previous hotel. The parking was 25 a day which was cheaper than prev hotel and Sea Coast provided Valet. Room was great and great view. This was a nice upgrade and I will come back. My 30th bday was great!
"AMAZING"
I was pretty apprehensive at first because of the other reviews, but it completely blew my expectations. The room was super clean, very modern and new decoration/furniture, very spacious, the kitchen was new as well and the beds were SO comfortable. definitely booking this place again. only reason they did not get the 5 stars was because the wifi did not work the last two days, but besides that I was absolutely in love with our apartment.
"Fantastic beautiful apartment with view"
We stayed here as two couples on a friends trip (first one to Miami) and the apartment was modern, beautifully decorated and the view of the creek was stunning. We had the best week here and felt really at home. There is a gym, direct beach access, pool and cafe! All you need for a perfect trip.
"Loads of space, wonderful sea-view"
We chose this place because of its large suites (we're a family of 5) at a reasonable price. For our money we got 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a lounge area, a suit-case room (!) and a balcony with a truly amazing sea-view. It was all very clean and there was a shop onsite for snacks and essentials. We also got access to a decent pool, towels, sun-loungers and a nice stretch of beach. What we did not get here was responsive service. If you are a high-maintenance traveller in terms of service, this may not be the place for you. That said, we all enjoyed our stay here and would certainly revisit this accommodation again.
"Very good hotel in Miami"
Super spacious rooms ! Nice furniture ! Great service ! We always stays at this hotel when we come to Miami. The lobby is a little old fashion but the most important part is the room which has full kitchen nice views and brand new furniture. We recommend this hotel to big families or long stays in Miami
"Great Bachelorette"
I am wondering if the other reviews on here are for the same place? I stayed here last weekend with 7 of my girlfriends for my best friend's bachelorette party. We had a condo with 4 beds and slept 8 people. The room condo was clean, nicely decorated, had most everything we needed as far as utilities and appliances and not to mention - a great view from the balcony. We went to the pool on the first day we were there and enjoyed our relaxation time and dipped in the pool for a bit. The second day we went to the beach which is just steps away from the building and overall a beautiful area. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I really have no complaints about this place and would recommend it to anoyone and come back in a heartbeat!
"Great family getaway"
A plus for our 1 bedroom oceanfront view suite was that it connected to a studio. Great for privacy for roomies. Valet service was prompt. The grounds reflect the price. A family oriented resort. It helps if you do not mind having children cavorting around. That said, the spacious suite coupled with a fantastic 15th floor view was worth the price!
"Awesome Location, Family Friendly"
Perfect for a family vacation. This hotel is conveniently located on Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach, just half a mile away from the famous Fountainbleu and a 10 minute drive to South Beach (as advertised). The front of the hotel offers a "Millionaire's Row" view and the back, beach and pool. Francis and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.The building looks very modern inside. The apartment was clean and we hardly spent time inside so for the price, no complaints! Oh, the apartment is super cold inside (even with AC turned off, which was weird)! For some, that may be heaven but I don't like the cold so I turned the heat on.
"Great Value for Money, Excellent Beachfront location, Friendly Staff"
All amenities present for a great family holiday (clean swimming pool, tennis court, lovely beach). Centrally located along Collins Ave. Excellent Valet parking Service for just $15 per day. Helpfull and flexibel (English speaking) staff. Well equipmed Minimarket. Clean suites including daily cleaning service. Great value for money during high season!
"Cool Place, With It's Own Feel"
I enjoyed my stay here, has a market on the first floor. Has a chilled pool side with the beach right near the pool. The rooms are in good shape, the walk throughs and hallways seem kind of old but. The apartments are in good condition, good spot to rent out on Collins Ave. Right near South Beach, very cool place. You have everything you want here with the market. Feels like you never left home, very comfortable. Will visit this location again, no complaints here.
"Comfortable beach side."
We stayed at the 2 bedroom contemporary suite. It was modern and clean. Balcony was lovely and you could watch the moon light on the ocean from there.Beds were comfortable and every thing worked ok. The staff were very helpful and every thing we wanted was provided within minutes. There were lots of space and lawn chairs around the swimming pool and lots of beach towels available. The beach is nice and we loved walking on the beach that never ends. There are busses and taxis that can take you to south beach. We walked about 45 minutes to Lincoln Mall.

For $117 + 15.00 parking fee. Down the street from amazing restaurants, bars and the Fountain Blue, close to South Beach but far enough to avoid the crowd and traffic. Hotel has been updated, very clean, got a suite for two but it can fit 6 adults comfortably. large kitchen, two bath, amazing view, very nice staff. Recommend it 100% (and I travel a lot)

Very good service, especially Francys the receptionist who always was very concerned about the care and troubleshooting of all guests. Boys valet parking, are very professional and quick service delivery vehicles Rooms are very confortable with an excellent view, overall in the sunset Excellent location close to everything,
"Sea Coast Suites at Miami Beach"
We were here in Miami for my parents 60th anniversary and we had a amazing time. The accommodations were fantastic and the booking of our suite was painless. Rob M. was excellent with his customer service. He was so very accommodating with our wishes and our room was just renovated, ocean front room and the view was incredible. Thanks to our family friend Maria M. for her referral to Rob. Had a fabulous time and the location of the suites were perfect. Can't wait to come back.
"Heavenly Views"
We arrived in town a 2 days early of our scheduled cruise leaving Miami. We stayed at Seacoast Suites. The two bedroom suite was clean and adequate, albeit a little dated and in need of upgrading and the pictures were a little misleading. We loved that we were able to cook some of our own meals with it's kitchen. What was the most enjoyable was the fact that the view from our suite was beautiful and being able to walk right onto the beach a plus. The balcony face the beach and the place was very close to everything we wanted to see. The little store on the property was a very convenient amenity and very well stocked with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. I also want to mention that the cost for parking our car was a little bit pricey but the valet gentlemen were friendly. Overall, if you want a comfortable, clean place to stay without all the frills, this is the place for you.
"Incredible front desk staff, great skyline views, clean, large-quiet rooms, near private beach."
The staff at the front desk were among the most accommodating people I've ever met. Our reservation had been botched by the rental agent, not the hotel staff. The management at the hotel spent 1/2 an hour to accommodate our need for a two bedroom suite. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to them for making sure we not only had a room, but the two BR suite we needed. The location is perfect for couples or families. The beach is quiet, almost private. The pool area was not crowded. While we had at 1st hoped for a beach views, the balcony view of the Miami skyline, especially at sunset & at night was amazing. Bus lines run right out front if you don't want to drive. If you have a car, parking (valet) is $15/day. Southbeach shops/restaurants are about a 20 minute drive with traffic but I'd suggest heading up to 69-71st st blocks on Collins Ave for some great ethnic restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit dated but is well kept. The rooms were clean, beds were fine and the rooms were quiet - even at night. We would definitely consider staying here again.
"Good for families"
After reading all the reviews, I was really hesitant to come here for a month with my infant son. However, I came few days before check in to see the property. The receptionist was very friendly, showed me a room that we would occupy and explained what is included and not. My experience has been awesome. Yes, the rooms are a bit outdated, but the price is good and location is great-calm and rather quiet.
"Room with a view"
We stayed 5 nights here in a one bedroom suite, it was huge. We had a huge lounge with dinning facilities an extremely well equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with ensuite and two walk in closets plus an additional 1/2 bathroom, we would call a cloakroom. With views across the swimming pools and patio area which had plenty of loungers out to the beach and sea. It was glorious. There was a well stocked shop on site plus beauty therapies and a 24hour gym. It's on 5101 and Collins so a bus or cab ride away from the Art Deco region and no little restaurants near by. However it was in a very pretty part of town with the Intracoastal waterway on the other side of Collins, a great place to stop and stare at luxury boats and pretty Spanish villas built on the waters edge. It was a lucky find, all members if staff were friendly and helpful.
"Perfect for Us"
I just came back and I had none of the other problems that people described. The staff was very friendly and our rooms were very clean. Nothing was broken or old or rusty. The bedspreads were kinda ugly, but they were clean and in good shape. There carpet was brand new as were all the kitchen appliances. Our balcony was wonderful and it had absolutely everything we needed. The rooms are huge and have wonderful natural light. There is a pool, tiki bar, convenience mart and it is right on the beach. What else could you ask for? It is not decorated like the Ritz, but it was well kept and perfect for us!
