We booked this based on the reviews from Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk, Barbara was very helpful. They had everything you would need for a great stay. We enjoyed the simple yet delicious breakfast. The pool area was very inviting even if the weather to enjoy it wasn't! We were very pleased again!!! Thank you Seasons Florida Resort!!

    We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Best mid priced resort for your money."
    This is a 4 star resort @ a 2 star price. When you arrive you'll be greeted with a smile & friendly service. The owner, his wife & staff interact as family to make your stay relaxed. You'll find the rooms recently remodeled & very clean on three levels with elevator. The cleaning staff takes pride in room cleanliness. Enjoy 40" flat screens with HBO & ESPN channels. Rooms also have very comfortable beds, a microwave, fridge & coffee maker. Bathroom areas are well supplied daily with clean towels & toiletries. You'll enjoy the full tub with plenty of hot water. The front rooms face the pool area which is clean & well maintained for both adults and children, including deck chairs & loungers. Enjoy morning coffee, juice, cereal's, toast, danish & yogurt in the inside or outside breakfast area. You'll enjoy your stay, & say hello to Peter, Kate, Rosa, Patricia, & the rest of the staff.

    Cost and benefit of this hotel is very good, the breakfast is reasonable , as it has no fruit and cold , just milk, cereal, croassant , sweet bread, juice machine . It is relatively close to the parks by car.

We meet the owner who gave us his card for future use. Little did we know we would use it when our flight home was cancelled a few day later. We called and got the last room and the same price!     Our stay here was excellent. The rooms are great, clean, and new. The staff was warm and welcoming. Disney was very close by, as well as all of the other places we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price!

    I booked at this hotel because of the positive reviews and I was not let down. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Better yet, Capones dinner show is located on the property. I will stay here the next time in Orlando.

    Very nice for a budget motel. I think the term "resort" is a bit reaching but it is a nice clean place to stay. I did not use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I were to come to the area again, I would stay here.

    As advertised, for the money, excellent !! Very clean , next door to Capone's, lots of nearby restaurants etc. I've noticed some seem to think that motels in this price range,( $70/100) should offer more. If you expect the Hilton you should stay at the Hilton. This is an excellent place for the budget minded.

    This is a great hotel with great prices. We received friendly service from the front desk, and the rooms were nice and clean! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip. The location of this hotel is also very convenient. It is only a short drive from a many Orlando attractions.

    For an economical, average independent motel, it is a fine. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. New TV; small fridge. The continental breakfast limited to toast, cereal, small Danish, yogurt, coffee and juice. Staff was friendly. Overall, as a inexpensive motel and for a couple days, it was fine...you get what you pay for. We have no complaints.

    Finally an independent hotel operator has got it right. Rooms have been completely renovated. Comfortable beds, small fridge+microwave, large flatscreen tv. Plenty of parking, good location, fast-stable-free wifi.

    We decided to stay in Kissimmee for a night at the last moment and located this hotel on Expedia with a reasonable rate. Lots of hotels state their rooms are "new renovated" but our room was basically brand new. Everything we needed was available and the room was spotless. The Wifi was strong. Morning breakfast was minimal but it provided a start for the day. What stood out was how friendly the staff were. All were pleasant, happy, and eager to serve!

    I enjoyed my stay, nice, clean room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, perfect for someone on the go, orange juice & danish. It was the best location, since I had to go to Orlando, St. Cloud, & Tampa. I had to get used to all the traffic, the hotel is on a major road through Kissimmee. The staff was helpful. The only thing they forgot was to wake me up 1 of my 3 mornings there. Big pool on the premises.

    We travel to Orlando each year for a conference and usually stay 5-7 days. I looked at lots of hotels before deciding to book with Seasons Florida Resort due to the consistency of good reviews and affordability. The owner and his staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was as nice as any of the high priced hotels I've stayed in when on business trips in the area of cleanliness, comfort and space. Also, has a nice color pallet that is pleasing to the eye. The bed was so comfortable that I realized I needed a new mattress for my own bed! Great location as well.

    This place was a great find. There's a reason it has such great reviews. There are a lot of nasty hotels in the area and this one is about the same price but light years above the others. Super clean. Awesome friendly staff and owner. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

    I decided to stay here after reading good reviews and the great price. We arrived a bit early, and I wasn't going to ask for an early check in, but our room was ready! We were greeted by the amazing and kind Rosa. She welcomed us with a smile and pleasant conversation. Our room was on the 2nd floor, but there was an elevator (I had read a review about someone complaining about hauling their bags up the stairs, why?) Our room was clean and spacious. We had complimentary coffee machine and coffee (which we didn't use), a small fridge (which we put to good use) and a microwave. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn't use it. The breakfast was simple but it worked for us. Cereals, toasts, yogurt, bananas, danishes, juices, coffee. Everything was good for a quick start to the day. This hotel is located very close to the parks (15 minutes to Disney and about 25 minutes to Universal). Close to places to eat and shop. It was very easy to get to.
