This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-120 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:
Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to an up to 120 minute resort preview at Spinnaker`s Hilton Head Resort.
Age
Married or Cohabitating couples - must be age between ages f 28-72
Income
Minimum $55,000 USD Annual Combined Income for Married and Cohabitating Couples.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees are eligible if combined annual is a minimum $45,000 USD and meet all other qualifications.
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit or debit card and government issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
Countries
Reservation holder must be a US or Canadian citizen.
Additional Terms
Spinnaker Owners are not eligible and must not have toured a Spinnaker resort in last 12 months.
Your only other financial responsibility besides the package price will be your standard hotel taxes/resort fees which normally run $5-$9 per night depending on the season you are traveling in.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
There is a 3 day right to cancel. After 3 days the package is non-refundable.
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
