This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.
Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold the $50 per night resort security deposit plus all state and tourism taxes due upon check-in.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview at Westgate Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at Westgate Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples only - both must be age 28 - 68.

Income
Married/Cohabitating Couple minimum $60,000 USD Annual Income.
Must not be in the process of bankruptcy.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card that has the name of the business and their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No at home businesses; Uber/Lift driver, dog walker, artist, Avon representative, and the like.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental income property, 401K earnings, annuities, CDs, home equity funds, insurance, inheritances, mutual funds, royalties, savings accounts, Stocks, or tips.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for Married or Cohabitating couples.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 12 months living together and bring government-issued IDS with matching addresses.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
This promotion is for US Citizens only, except residents from the following states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Iowa, Washington and residents of US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Can not live in Las Vegas - Clark County OR within a 60-mile radius.

Resort Fee
There is $33.99 per night resort fee for use of all the resort amenities.

Additional Terms
Cannot be a travel agent, timeshare agent, Current or Past Westgate Owner, or Current or Past member of a Westgate VOA,or a parent or child of an owner, employee or relative of an employee.
You are not eligible if you toured any Westgate Resort location within the last 12months, or have participated in a Westgate discounted promotional offer requiring a tour more than twice in a lifetime.
Cannot have consecutive promotional packages.

Cannot be attending or participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion. Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
