Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Debit or Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card OR debit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to an up to 120 minute resort preview at Festiva`s Orlando Resort.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples - must be age 23 or older.
Legally single women must be 23 years of age or older.

No Income requirement - Must not be a full time student.
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit or debit card and government issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples and legally single women.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
Countries
Reservation holder must be a US or Canadian citizen, United Kingdom, New Zealand or Australia.
Additional Terms
Not allowed to book Festiva/Peppertree/Equivest Owners.
Reservation holder must or spouse / significant other must not have toured a Sandcastle or Festiva Resort in the past 13 months, be a current or previous owner of Festiva Resorts.
Your only other financial responsibility besides the package price will be your standard hotel taxes which normally run $10-$15 per night depending on the season you are traveling in.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.
In the unlikely event Resort Vacations International is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Resort Vacations International reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

You have a 7 day right to cancel this purchase. After this period this sale is FINAL & NON REFUNDABLE. If traveling within 7 days there is 48 hour right to cancel. This vacation package however can be transferred to a 3rd party of your choosing if they meet the above requirements
