This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:
Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview at Vacation Village is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at Vacation Village in last 6 months or if you Vacation Village Voyagers member.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.
Age
Married or Cohabitating couples only - One person must be at least the age of 25.
Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, if Retired at least one person must be still working/employed.
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples MUST bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for US or Latin American married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
Reservation holder must be a US, Canadian, Mexico, Caribbean or Latin American resident, except countries of Argentina & Venezuela.
Residents of the state of California, and Florida counties of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk. and Seminole are not eligible for this promotion.
Additional Terms
Customer will pay $18 per night Resort fee at check-in for use all resort amenities/housekeeping, WiFi and shuttle to the parks.
Ineligible if a Vacation Village Voyages member. employee or relative of an employee and may not have attended a Presentation in Orlando in the last 5 months. Cannot have toured a Vacation Village property more than twice.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
