Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED.

GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD are accepted (No Company Cards American Express or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to an up to 90-minute vacation ownership presentation at area designated by Summer Bay Resorts.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.
Age
Married or Cohabitating (US/Canada/Latin America) couples - must be age 25-70.
Legally single women: must be 30 - 70 years of age, single women from the State of Florida are not eligible.
Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
If both partners are 55-70 and retired, then minimum household annual income is $40,000.
No person may be in bankruptcy or mortgage modifications.
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
Offer is valid married, cohabitating couples or legally single women, except legally single women from the State of Florida are not eligible.

Countries
Reservation holder must be a Canadian resident, US resident, or Latin American resident. Residents from State of Florida counties of Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, or Polk counties are NOT eligible.
No Persons will be accepted from Venezuela, Argentina, and Colombia.
Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.
Additional Terms
Customer will pay depending on season $5-$9 per night Resort fee at check-in for use all resort amenities/housekeeping.
Must not have toured any Summer Bay Resort property within the past 12 months.
Maximum lifetime limit of 2 tours allowed at Summer Bay.
Must not be scheduled for any other tour or used with any other Orlando promotion

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
