This package promotion includes room accommodations, $50 dining voucher and water park passes only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-120 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is NOT ACCEPTED. THE MAJOR CREDIT CARD CANNOT BE A PREPAID CREDIT CARD. IT MUST BE TIED TO A LINE OF CREDIT.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation Major Credit Card VISA or MASTERCARD are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards) Or Debit Card or Pre Paids.
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder.
Customer must have a valid credit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in.
Expired credit cards or pre paid debit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90-120 minute resort preview is required.
If Married or Cohabitating, both partners must arrive and tour together.
Participants that have attended a sales presentation in any SVR/GCR/CAPITAL location in the past 15 months or that have participated in an SVR discounted promotional offer, requiring a tour, more than twice are not eligible.
Participants must not have any bankruptcy, liens, foreclosure, judgements discharged within the last 3 years.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples must be 25 or older.
Legally Single Women must be 25 or older.

Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income for Married, Cohabitating couples and Legally Single Women.
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income if Retired.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
No person may be in Bankruptcy or have any Liens.
Must be a Homeowner.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples and legally single women.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation.

Countries
Participants must be a US resident or Canadian citizens with passport.
Residents that live within a 60-mile radius from Polynesian Water Park Resort are not eligible.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Resort Fees
Your only other financial responsibility will be $14.37 per night resort fee and depending on season $10-$15 per night state/local hotel taxes. Resort fee includes parking and waterpark passes, and towels for length of your stay.

Additional Terms
This offer is not valid to current or past (Surrey Vacation Resorts) SVR or Grand Crowne members.
Participants cannot be traveling in or staying in an RV.
No Pets are allowed with the promotional offer.
If traveling with children 3-14 years old, guests must be willing to place those children in SVR licensed child care facility during the 90-Minute Presentation.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
