Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

No Prepaid Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards, Debit Cards, or Diners Club.
There will be a $350 hold placed on the customers credit card at check-in as a security deposit and released once the resort preview is completed.
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to an up to 90-minute vacation ownership presentation at area designated by Inn at Calypso Cay.
All guests must attend the presentation.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.
Age
Married/Cohabitating Couples - U.S., CANADA RESIDENTS - AGE 28-72 - one must be at least 28 years of age and no one older than 72 years.
Married/Cohabitating Couples - LATIN AMERICAN, U.K., CARIBBEAN ISLAND RESIDENTS - AGE 35-72 one must be at least 35 and no one older than 72 years.
Income
No Income Requirement
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, Retirees accepted if meet all other qualifications.
Must not be a full-time student.
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk. A passport is required for all NON-US Residents.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
Reservation holder must be a US, Canadian, Latin American, U.K., or Caribbean Island resident - Except NO Persons will be accepted from Florida, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil or Cuba.
Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.
Additional Terms
This offer is not available to any prospect who has attended to a presentation with Florida Resort Xchange/Eccentry Holidays and/or Ascendant Holidays in the past 12 months.

Your only other financial responsibility besides the package price is a $16.95 per night Resort Fee paid at the resort.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

You have a 7 day right to cancel this purchase. After this period, this sale is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. If traveling within 7 days, there is 48 hour right to cancel. This vacation package, however, can be transferred to a 3rd party of your choosing if they meet the above requirements.
