This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:
Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to a 90 minute vacation ownership presentation.
All guests must attend the presentation.
Age
Married or Cohabitating couples - only one must be at least age 25 or older.
Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples - Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees accepted if receive a minimum $50,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications.
Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand English.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and a valid drivers license.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (valid driver`s license with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation.
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA/Canada meet all other qualifications.
Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.
Additional Terms
Reservation holder or spouse / significant other must not have toured a Coral Resort property within the past 12 months, or be a current or previous owner at a Coral Resort property.
Your only other financial responsibility besides the package price will be the hotel resort fee of $22.00 per night paid at check-in.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
In the unlikely event Resort Vacations International is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Resort Vacations International reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. You have 12 months to use your vacation package.
