Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.
Customer must have a valid credit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview at Westgate Williamsburg is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at Westgate Williamsburg.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples only - both must be age 28 - 68.

Income
Minimum $60,000 USD Annual Income. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees are not eligible.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Reservation holder to be eligible must be a US, Canada, Mexico, All Caribbean Islands, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Tahiti, Philippines, Peru, and England.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Additional Terms
For this first-time visitor promotion customer cannot be a Travel Agent, Real Estate Agent, Westgate owner, employee or relative of an employee, Westgate VOA owners, Travel Club owners, Vacation Club owners, Individuals with children in diapers, or RV / Campground guests.
Persons who have toured any Westgate Resort location within the last six months or have participated in a Westgate discounted promotional offer requiring a tour more than twice in a lifetime.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Your vacation package is now being pre-purchased from the participating resort in your name in order to provide you with this special 77% OFF first-time visitor promotional price! You have a 7 day right to cancel this purchase. After this period, this sale is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. If traveling within 7 days there is 48 hour right to cancel. This vacation package, however, can be transferred to a 3rd party of your choosing if they meet the above requirements.

Resort Fees
Customer will pay depending on season $5-$9 per night Resort fee at check-in for use all resort amenities/housekeeping.
