Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-120 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90-120 minute vacation ownership presentation at Omni Vacation Club the day after arrival to Mexico is required. No tours should be scheduled at the day of the presentation, for any activity you want to realize during your stay, you can reserve tours only with Caracol Travel located at the lobby
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at the Omni Vacation Club.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 30 and 65
Cohabitating Couples Both must between the ages 30-65. Must be cohabitating for at least 3 years.

Income
Married & Cohabitating - Minimum $80,000 USD Annual Income
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retired couples qualify only if they are legal residents from USA or Canada (except French Canadian) between 33 and 60 years old.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
Both participants must present a government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk and a major credit card
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Cohabitating couples must bring government-issued IDS with matching addresses.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
Cohabitating couples must bring government-issued IDS with matching addresses. All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA/Canada/Mexico/UK/Latin America except Argentina, Belize, Venezuela, Costa Rica. Quebec, Canada residents do not qualify. Valid government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Resort Fees
There will be a $29.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.

Additional Terms
Both participants MUST physically sign and present the terms & conditions at check-in.
The participants may not have attended another Omni presentation in the past or be a current Omni member through any Omni resort company.
When traveling to Mexico the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Cancun Bay Resort or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in Mexico.
ALL Clergy, Travel agents, airline and/or hospitality employees, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
Honeymooners are excluded from this package.
Traveler must not purchase or accept any local tours from any other travel agency or vendor than Caracol Travel Agency nor attend any other promotion or presentation of any other resort on Cancun or Riviera Maya during the total length of their stay, Traveler must not give any deposit to vendors at the airport to obtain discounted tours or services Failure of Travelers to comply with any of these requirements will result in Traveler being charged published hotel rack rate by the hotel for the length of their stay at the point of check-in, It shall remain the sole responsibility of Marketer to inform Traveler of such requirements
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 16 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 16 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a 2-night charge of $199 per night. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
