Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The Resort will honor only up to TWO promotional packages per qualified friends, acquaintances (NOT Family) or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Scheduling an additional promotional package with any other company is not permitted.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation two (2) valid Major Credit Cards belonging to the qualified guest. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover are accepted (Debit Cards, Check Cards and Banking Cards are NOT VALID).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120 minute vacation ownership presentation.
Time and place will be established by you & the Travel Butler during your pre-arrival call.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married & Cohabitating couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 30 and 65.

Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples - Minimum $65,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees accepted if receive a minimum $65,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications.

Language
Both qualified participants must be able to read, speak and understand fluent English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
During your registration to the hotel and upon arriving to the sales presentation you must present your confirmation letter plus two (2) valid credit cards belonging to the qualified guest (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover - Debit Cards, Check Cards and Banking Cards are NOT VALID) and Picture ID of both spouses (with same last-name or same address).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples only.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Puerto Rico that meet all other qualifications.
Mexican residents of the Yucatan Peninsula are NOT eligible.
Valid government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Welcome Call
We understand all the terms and conditions and confirm that we will receive a verification call from the resort and that all the information provided above was given by us and not by another.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Resort Fees
There will be a $22.50 per night Resort Fee. The resort fee will be paid during the Verification Call from the Travel Butler representative. This fee is not refundable once reservation is confirmed.

Additional Terms
This is a ONE TIME promotion and is not available for clients that have enjoyed any similar promotion purchased through any travel agency or Travel Smart Referral Program, members or their direct relatives, travel agents, airline, hotel employees, or any travel industry employees. This policy includes employees retired from the above-mentioned industries.
The participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun or this promotion will be voided.
Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited and will void the terms and conditions obligating you to pay the rack rate to the hotel prior to check-out. This applies to family or friends traveling at the same time.
This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays. Participants are not allowed to buy another vacation package with this or other agency similar for use in the adjacent travel dates (before, during and after their stay with us).
Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth above and/or fail to attend and complete our scheduled sales presentation participants agree to pay a charge equal to the current rack rate of the resort prior to checking out of the hotel.
This charge is over and above the amount paid to the agency for this special promotion.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
