Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion, and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation 2 Major Credit Card from different banks VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview the day after arrival to Mexico is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended the presentation at the Blue Paradise Resort & Marina.
Participants can not have attended a resort presentation in last 24 months.

Age
Married Couples: At least one of the qualified participants must be in the age range of 35 to 65 years old (Either spouse may meet the age requirement).
Cohabitating couples must BOTH be 35 to 65.
Single women must be between 35 to 65 years. Cannot travel with a man.

Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples and Legally Single Women - Minimum $60,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
To CHECK-IN MUST possess a valid US, CANADIAN PASSPORT, OR LATIN AMERICAN PASSPORT and at least two Major Credit Cards from different banks. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is NOT accepted for qualification purposes but can be used for the purchase of the package and for use at the resort.

Marital Status
Qualified participants must be married or cohabitating and traveling together. Also, both must attend the sales presentation together.
Married Couples: married at least 1 year and Must show Marriage Certificate.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 3 years living together and provide upon UVC verification call proof such government-issued ID with matching addresses or Driver`s Licenses with matching addresses.
A legally single female that is a citizen of the USA or Canada, or Latin America who meets all qualifications on her is eligible for the promotional offer.
Single men can NOT qualify.
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
This promotion is for US Citizens & Canadian Citizens, and Latin American citizens only. Quebec, Canada residents do not qualify. Also citizens of Brazil, Peru, Argentina, and Venezuela are not eligible.

Welcome Call
You will receive a VIP Welcome Call at least one week prior to your arrival to coordinate transportation pick up. Please make sure you have your most current flight information available.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Resort Fees
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid AUTOMATICALLY PRIOR to arrival after the final confirmation number from the resort.

Additional Terms
At the moment of check-in to the hotel, the front desk will require a security deposit on your credit card for the amount of $1,000 which will be cancelled and returned back to customer at the moment when the customer checks out of the hotel and complied with all Terms and Conditions detailed on this document by completing the resort preview.
This vacation package offer can NOT be combined with any other vacation offers. Participants cannot stay in any other Hotel immediately before or after their stay at Blue Paradise Resort & Marina.
Participants cannot have friends or relatives staying in another resort in Cancun during their stay.
Current employees of travel related industries such as: Travel Agencies, Timeshare exchanges, Airlines, Hotel and Resort Employees, Call Center and Car Rental employees are NOT eligible for this vacation package offer.
First night in Mexico MUST be at the Blue Paradise or package will be voided.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 20 business days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 20 business days of your scheduled arrival will incur a $250 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
