Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customers Must bring confirmation letter printed with them to the Presentation along with a valid Major Credit Cards belonging to the qualified guest. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover are accepted (Debit Cards, Check Cards and Banking Cards are NOT VALID).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120 minute vacation ownership presentation.
Time and place will be established by you & the Travel Butler during your pre-arrival call.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating

Age
Married & Cohabitating couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 30 and 68. Maximum age of both may not exceed 68 years.

Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples - Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees accepted if receive a minimum $50,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
Both participants must present a government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk and a major credit card.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Cohabitating couples must bring government issue IDS with matching addresses.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for citizens or permanent residents of USA or Canada.

Resort Fees
There will be a $29.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.

Additional Terms
This is a ONE TIME promotion and is not available for clients that have enjoyed any similar promotion purchased through any travel agency or Mexico Destination Club, members or their direct relatives, travel agents, airline, hotel employees, or any travel industry employees. This policy includes employees retired from the above-mentioned industries.
When traveling to Mexico the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Hotel Xcaret or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in Mexico.
Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited and will void the terms and conditions obligating you to pay the rack rate to the hotel prior to check-out. This applies to family or friends traveling at the same time.
This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays. Participants are not allowed to buy another vacation package with this or other agency similar for use in the adjacent travel dates (before, during and after their stay with us).
Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth above and/or fail to attend and complete our scheduled sales presentation participants agree to pay a charge equal to the current rack rate of the resort prior to checking out of the hotel.
This charge is over and above the amount paid to the agency for this special promotion.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You may make a ONE TIME change to your reservation without penalty if the requested change is received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any additional change 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a $250 change fee. Any requested change made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will be a penalty of the total cost of the package. You have 12 months to use your vacation package certificate. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
