This was our first stay at Bearskin. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. room was king suite and very nice and clean. balcony over river. small hotel with home feel. convenient to all of Gatlinburg and state park. we walked everywhere. covered parking for car. always coffee and hot cocoa in lobby with Keurig machine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay inside Gatlinburg. we will most certainly be going back. loved the fireplace in room also!

Great facility with an awesome staff. Stayed for a weekend getaway in a room that over looked the river, with a king size bed, fire place, walk in shower and jacuzzi. Looking forward to future trips and staying at this wonderful hotel.

This Lodge was absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed here the 3rd weekend in February and the room was cozy, clean and laid out just right. We had a a balcony that allowed us to sit out and hear the river, we had a fireplace in our room and the bed slept awesome. To top it off, this lodge is at a perfect location with walking distance to everything. We will be back next time we?re in Gatlinburg.

A Great hotel close to the main street and shopping in Gatlinburg. The room was large and spacious with fridge and microwave , a small sofa and table , large TV .best feature was the fireplace gave a nice ambience to the room .There was also small balcony . We had a room with 2 queen beds and were very comfortable .Would stay stay here again
