We went to the Fives right before Christmas. The food and service was excellent. The rooms were immaculate. The view off our balconies was trees and felt private. We saw lots of wildlife. They have a pet pig named Pepe that we pet every day. I highly recommend this place. My husband and 2 children went and we had a great time. Josue was our favorite server. He was awesome! The nightly entertainment was fun. I just wished our vacation lasted longer.

"An amazing get away!!!"
We loved Julian- he was so fun and made each day special. He loved exercising in the pool with him. He gave great advice on what to do, and places to see. The hotel was clean and everyone was super friendly!

What a wonderful experience! My partner and I had such a wonderful time. The staff are so kind and warm. Especially the waiter Fernando Armenta! He is the best! And our room mini bar re-stocker Elias who always knew what we needed. He made something simple like having enough water and coffee easy. Honestly the nicest person. Of course we will never forget the kind and effective Carlos at the adult pool. The food is unbelievable. The Italian gnocchi and ravioli is the best I’ve ever had (and I’m Italian!!). The sushi was delectable (and I lived in Vancouver- huge Asian population) and it was melting in my mouth. Everything incredible. The steak at the French restaurant and the Thai food incredible!! Our New Years lobster was delicious!!! Extremely safe protocols for Covid 19 impeccable cleaning though some staff wore their masks below their noses, especially the Italian restaurant chef. I was shocked! But about 90% were impeccable with that (including the staff I mentioned). The rooms got very humid though but anytime we had an issue there was always kind people to help us. The animals are cute (monkeys and local animals were a treat!) Beach was a bit rocky but very long to walk on. The adult pool was a dream come true as it was warm water. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you EVERYONE at the FIVES ??
"Amazing experience!"
Our family just got back from here about two weeks ago, We went with a large group of people, and the staff was so helpful in getting all of our rooms together in the same villa. I can not rave enough about how much we enjoyed our time here. Bernando at Flavours was one of our favorite people there, he was so friendly and made sure to remember our names the entire 8 days we were there. He would always great us in the morning with out favorite drinks and was never far away when we needed him. We also had so much fun at the pool doing water aerobics with Gustavo and Julian, We are already planning our next trip back, even the children had a blast at the kids club, the pool and in the jungle. and the food was AMAZING. 10/10
"Awesome experience"
Me and my wife just left from this resort. We had an exceptional time. Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Food was very good (not perfect but quite good) and the room was fantastic. Even have a som to help with wine selections. No complaints to speak of, would go back with zero hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at The Fives this month! Our days started with an excellent breakfast with wonderful service provided by Isidoro, Santiago and Alejandro at Flavours. Then we enjoyed the beach and pools. Great service and conversations at those locations provided by Pedro and Bernab'e. We had so much fun there! And we had Great lunches at the Taco Stand! A big Thank You to Ceasar- our very kind, knowledgeable and super generous Butler! Our evenings were spent dining at excellent restaurants with exceptional food and services. Later we enjoyed the entertainment, craft markets, and time at The Gin Bar. We also had a wonderful morning Spa. Excellent service and beautiful facility. The housekeeping was very nice. We always found treats in our room and everything restocked. We are so grateful for the excellent service and kindness the whole staff at The Fives gave us during our stay
