5 Star Service - Shout out to Ed and the rest of the front desk for excellent customer service. They were genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable about the resort and surrounding areas. Although check in is at 4 we were encouraged to arrive earlier and enjoy the amenities if our room was not ready. You just cant beat a slope side ski resort. We then enjoyed a great dinner & cocktails at the Diamond Club. Nothing better after a day in the outdoors than a massage at the spa & hot tub – definitely recommend!

    "5 Star service"
    Shout out to Ed and the rest of the front desk for excellent customer service!.Whether on the phone or in person they were genuinely friendly and very knowledable about the resort and surrounding areas. Although check in is at 4 we were encouraged to arrive earlier and enjoy the amenities if our suite was not ready. We loved the unlimited (included in our package) gondola ride to the spectacular mountain top, gorgeous foliage this time of year. We then enjoyed a cocktail in the pub/restuarant. We looked over the dinner menu ($25 credit included in our stay) but dined elsewhere simply because it was highly recommended to us by friends. Pool was obviously closed for the season but people were enjoying the hot tub. Our suite was very clean, spacious with a fully equiped kitchen. The mountain views from the balcony and the private bedroom were stunningly beautiful. Also had 2 murphy beds, 2 televisions, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a jetted tub, total relaxation! We did not try the spa, (another $50 credit with our stay) but the voucher for buy 1, get 1 breakfast was delicious. Hot and cold stations around the restuarant. Garage parking was also a plus.Check out literally took 60 seconds with the fun front crew! We'll be back.

    "A great location and good rooms."
    We stayed here over the labour day weekend of 2019. Met by the very friendly Ed at front desk we were able to park and get to our room with the minimum of fuss. The room (studio) had two fold down beds, and a good kitchen with all we needed. The views on the mountain were terrific and the room was cool, quiet and comfy. In fact despite two weddings going on we never heard a thing because of the intelligent design of the room keeping you away from the corridor of noise. Would certainly stay here again. Only negative was the Black Diamond pub, we tried to have a meal but after waiting for close to 20 minutes we left as they were unable to accomodate us.

    Right on the Kancamagus the place is beautiful. Lots to do on property including zip lining, a rock wall, a maze and hiking or taking the gondola up to the mountain top. Overall stay was great with a ice bar and restaurant on premises.

    Great accommodations, amenities, and food all in a beautiful setting. If you want to relax, connect with nature, and have the choice of adventure or luxury (or a little of both), stay here. The Mountain Club is family-friendly but also great for a couple's getaway or a group get together (all ages).

    Been staying at this location often over the past 5 years. Find it to be clear, comfortable, close to everything and a "wonderful" staff. Especially "Olga". She goes above and beyond to make sure that your a "Happy Camper.
