My family and I just returned from our Disney vacation and would highly recommend a stay at this resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of things to do at the resort. Game room for the kids and a bar for the adults. Small lazy river to relax. We stayed in one of the townhouses and it was very clean and in a gated community. Grocery store right around the corner so you don't have to eat out the whole time you are on vacation. Only about 20 minutes from Disney parks and a very easy drive to get there. Restaurant on site and they do deliver although we were there on off season so not available but not a very long drive anyways. Pizza and fries are both very good! :) highly recommend a stay for adults or a family. Will likely stay again if we ever go near there again.

"It was a wonderful home away from home"
This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Orlando. Disney World and Universal were both within 15 minutes and house itself was perfect for our needs as a family of seven. We are so glad we happened to find this haven. It couldn't have been a better experience for our family. Clean. Great Location. Fantastic amenities and a grocery story within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
"Relaxing stay"
Our stay was most enjoyable. The resort is quite lovely, and the accommodations were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The unit was just a short walk to the pool and even though it was March, the days were nice and warm and swimming was in order. The resort itself is about 20 minutes from Disney, so completely doable for a drive with a price that was more than reasonable. We would definitely go back to this location again.
"Everything was wonderful"
Sylvia was awesome. She was available when we needed to call her. The resort is amazing. Her house is beautiful. We are so glad we chose her house. If we make it to Florida again we will definitely choose her house again. We had some down time and were able to relax on the sofa and watch a movie. Even the beds were comfy! Thanks again Sylvia for allowing us to stay in your home.

Good location,Family friendly, the kids loved the resort pool etc and house was just perfect. Great place to stay and relax after hectic day at the Parks. Shopping eating etc all just a couple of minutes away The resort staff were all very friendly and helpful and a big thank you to house owner Sylvia who made everything so easy by replying promptly and providing all the information to make the trip as smooth as possible. Looking forward to returning soon again.
"Great Location"
The location is great. The Disney theme parks are approximately a 20 minute drive and 40 minutes to Legoland. The pool at the resort is clean and fun for all ages. The condo is nice but needs some TLC.

It was very nice, the townhouse was comfortable and the people in the resort was very kindly. It is a good option to stay one week or more and enjoy Orlando.

Regal Palms Resort and Spa was an excellent base for our Orlando holiday. The villa was a good size and perfect for 8 of us. Good location for all the parks. Had an excellent holiday and would definitely use this resort and villa again. Excellent value for money.
"Awesome"
I will start by saying Silvia is amazing to deal with from start to finish she went above and beyond for us. I will rent with her from now on. We had a few issues she worked with us.. Date change due to new grand baby, family emergency and us having to leave out in the middle of night. Amazing!!! The resort itself is amazing. We had a few minor problems there and they worked them out promptly.

We had a great trip. The stay in the town house was wonderful.It Was wonderful that there were supermarket near by and different restaurants. We all enjoyed th he lazy river in the pool area.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The townhouse was well maintained and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We cooked almost all of our meals and did our laundry saving us money. Having a television in each room was awesome with everyone wanting to watch different programs. We really enjoyed the pool and lazy river and my grand kids made several friends. Very family friendly resort. The owner Sylvia was very helpful in directions and things to do close by. She made this booking easy. There was a mix up when we checked in and we were placed in the wrong townhouse, although the fault was my own. The paperwork I received clearly explained where i would be staying. But it turned out to be a blessing because I was able to see the each townhouse is different. Ours was much nicer. It was clear that the owner takes pride in her home. Thank you Sylvia for a great family vacation, providing my grand family memories that we will cherish forever.

We recently stayed for a week at this rental and would highly recommend to everyone. When we arrived it was very clean and it had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the Pool and supermarket was a close drive. The condo has four bedrooms with a tv in each room. Great place to stay as a family! Close to both Disney and Disney Springs. Great value and very clean. Will definitely rent again!
"Excellent!"
My husband, myself and our 3 children aged 15, 12 and 10 spent 5 nights in this house December 2015. The house was perfect for our family. 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were en-suite. All 4 bedrooms have their own tv. Total number of adults that can be comfortably accomodated: 7. 8 if there are at least two couples :-). Working wifi, bathtubs, dishwasher, washer and drier, parking space for two cars. Nice communal pool area. The resort is a registered vendor of amusement park tickets. Very handy. About 35 min driving time to Sea World, 40 min to Universal. Car necessary. Owner responds promptly e-mail, and has tips and hints. Would deffinatly book again if returning to Orlando.

The house was very clean and confortable and Sylvia was very helpful! Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our vacation and hopefully we'll get back soon.
"Location Value = perfect family vacation"
We had an outstanding time. This location is perfect. We ventured out to citrus county to swim with Manatees and Clearwater for the pristine white beaches. We also partook in downtown Disney, Magic Kingdom ans outlet shopping. The resort was an amazing home base and had everything we needed. The amenities were incredible.
"Great Value"
Just returned from 10 days at Regal palms and was very happy with our stay. This villa is quite big, you could easily fit 2 families with plenty of room. Sylvia provided excellent directions to her villa which made it easy to find considering we arrived late at night. Place was very clean, new bedding was great, kids loved the pool, overall great property. You will need a car and sat nav if you stay here, a easy 20 min drive to the Disney parks along well sign posted hwys, Wal-Mart and local supermarket is close by. Overall we were very happy with our stay, we moved to Floridays for our 2nd week but wished we stayed at Regal for our whole stay. Our new hotel was closer to the parks but way more traffic lights and sitting in traffic.

We had a wonderfull time clean pleasent place to stay we felt very welcome when we walked in to our house, places at the table we made beds neatly done , I cant wait to go back again I wish disney it self was so expensive, the kids and I had a wonderful time in the pool and water slide, thanks for making it affordable, sylvia you were great you gave us good advise for doing other things that were family friendly
"Wonderful 4BR unit for big family gathering..."
We used 448 Miramar during late September 2013 for my parents (in their 70s), my spouse and I, as well as my 2 teenage boys. The four bedroom layout was *perfect* for our group, allowing everyone to have their own private space, while also providing for gathering space in the family room and dining area. The location is very convenient to I-4 and Universal is only about 25 minutes drive. Disney's even closer. The pool, water slide and lazy river are fantastic. This was a great off-season deal for my family and we'd definitely go back.
"A really magical holiday!"
I wanted to write to you to tell you what a wonderful holiday it was and to thank you for your holiday home. It was a truly magical holiday and the villa was just perfect, it was large and spacious and the complex it was on was great - we loved the pool and it was very handy having the publix supermarket so close. We were a bit unsure which was our wheelie bin but we used one and the neighbours very kindly put it out on collection day. The air conditioning was essential and appreciated as was the laundry machines and ice maker in the freezer! Since we've returned we've told many friends of our great holiday and many are interested to know where we stayed so I've passed your details on if that's OK! I hope we can return and enjoy another great holiday in the near future..
"Great base with great facilities"
We have just returned from a stay at the Regal Palms Resort and Spa, 417 La Mirage and would definately recommend it. There were 4 of us staying in the Vila but it would sleep a lot more comfortably. My dad liked the privacy of the downstairs suite which gave us all the upstairs to ourselves. The villa is decorated lovely and is very airy with the air conditioning a real help in the humid weather. All the facilities made for a very easy and relaxed break. A great fridge freezer to keep the cans cool, dishwasher to save on the hard work. The washer and dryer also came in very handy after the days at the water parks. There is loads of storage space in each bedroom and 3 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms was very useful for shower time! The spa and pool facilities were spot on, we chose the resort mainly due to my daughter 10 being an only child and thought if we were in a self contained villa / pool she would feel a little adult swamped. It worked out ideal having the pool area as she was never out of the lazy river or off the slide and she had some company of her own age when she wanted it. Mind we loved the jacuzzi so warm and relaxing after a long day round the theme parks! We have already decided to return again in 2 years and will be coming back to here. Totally recommended, thanks Sylvia for a great place to stay!
