An amazing resort to stay at, everyone is great at what they do and as a first time all inclusive customer out of the country they made me feel at home. A special shout-out to server Francisco Veluzquez for being the best of the best server on the resort. He is friendly and cares for his customers needs, and also a great person that puts his commitment into his work and is very good at his job. 10/10 recommend
"Amazing Customer Service!!"
This truly was a DREAM vacation! From the time we arrived to the moment we left the staff was exceptional! Our waiter, Arturo, was second to none! We would come in for breakfast every morning, and he would greet us with a smile and a cappuccino! Eric, Bernice and the rest of the entertainment staff was fantastic and greeted us everyday by name. We felt like we were surrounded by family and friends. I can't wait to come back to this resort! Thank you!
"Amazing Entertainment Team"
Our family returned today from a 7 night stay and we were so sad to leave. They truly treat you like royalty everywhere at this resort. The Entertainment Team here (Berenice, Dania, Irene, Erik, etc.) really are the best of the best. They truly built relationships with our kids and our daughter was crying when she had to say goodbye to Berenice for the last time. Berenice and her staff did everything possible to make our trip memorable and are the main reason we will come back. Our kids are 6 & 4 so this was the first time we left them in the Explorers Kids club. They had a BLAST with Karla and Andrea. We felt comfortable leaving them and knew they were in excellent hands. Shout out to Carlos in the preferred lounge! He was so great, made awesome cocktails and fun fruit animals for our kids. Jose in the sports bar is great too— he always created the best drinks for our kids!! Fernanda at the rooftop pool will always make sure you’re relaxing with a full drink. Even the two guys who would restock our fridge in the evening — so friendly and fun! Dinners were amazing and we had excellent service at every single restaurant. Especially with Gabriel at Japanese. I feel bad that I don’t recall other servers names but they all deserve recognition. Even Maria, the hostess, who was so sweet! The covid testing we needed to return back to the US was simple and efficient. The social media manager working the testing check-in knew our kids were nervous and afterwards caught up with us to give them a sucker. Little things like that mean a lot. The amazing employees make this resort fantastic. They will go above and beyond to ensure you are having the best vacation possible!

You willve treated like family at this resort from the moment you walk onto the property until you checkout. We just finished our 3rd visit in just a 10 month period and planing on returning in a few months. The staff is so friendly and there to fulfilling every need that you may uave and with those wonderful smiles! Hats off to our family there, Daniel, Carlos, Krystal, Antonio, Sebastián, Lidiaand UVC rep Mikal Our bar tenders Kenny, Hector, Carlos and wait staff Jesus, Erica an all the wait staff of UVC. Our room house keeping was spot on and always so prompt as was the room service! It you like Italian....go for the lasagna at the Italian restaurant Portifino...hibachi is a must for the show....Blue Water Grill steak house is know for its amazing rooftop views for lunch and at night! Just can't say enough and if you are a golfer, it's right next door or if you would prefer a day at the spa....1st in class for sure. Enjoy your stay!
"Unforgettable Experience"
Two weeks ago, I went with my family to Vista Puerto Cancun Resort, Mexico, and I had one of the best experiences in staying in a hotel. The resort is lovely and beautiful, the food is fantastic, the service is excellent, the rooms are gorgeous and have the best view, and the hotel follows all the health protocols, so we felt very safe and had a great and fun time. The thing that was the best about being in the hotel was being on the resort's rooftop that has the best view in Cancun, and also the service is excellent, the people are very friendly and attentive. They have the best attitude, and they are always available to help you. The best vacation experience!
"Great resort and amazing entertainment"
I visited Vista Puerto Cancun Resort on May 4th-12th. It was an amazing experience. The amenities were great. Food was ok. The real reason I will return is the passion of their employees. Specifically,Jonathan Fransico was the most amazing host and always encouraged us to get in and have some fun. Jonathan was always attentive to our needs as guests and made sure we had a great time. Jonathan helped me learned some basic spanish, gave me tips to play better volleyball, and I had never played cornhole before. Jonathan was always smiling and making sure my friends and I were happy. I will definitely return to Vista Puerto Cancun Resort and will be telling others about my amazing time there all Thanks to the amazing spirit and work if Jonathan. Thanks for having us Dream Natura. It was really a treat. Thank you so much Jonathan Fransico for making the visit so amazing!

Beautiful property with an excellent staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe. I would highly recommend considering this resort for your next trip. "Friendly Employees and Amazing Service"
This was a great destination for a friends trip. Everyone was super friendly and polite and the service was amazing. The resort is just a short drive from the airport. The rooms are super clean and stocked full of drinks and water. The entertainment was super fun, including the beach and water volleyball, slides, zip line, soccer, and evening events. The drinks were especially delightful and when we asked Alejandro for a surprise drink, he knew just what we wanted and it tasted wonderful every time. We enjoyed Nicole our outdoor waitress who always came and checked on us. We loved how enthusiastic the entertainment employees were. We especially wanted to thank Benny, Edgar, Jonathan, Daniela, and Ivan for a wonderful time. They all remembered our names and made sure we were having a fun time. They are all so friendly and wonderful people. The food there was great with the variety of options. The waiters and waitress did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. There is a lot of seaweed on this side, but the resort worked 24/7 to clean it up to make sure it was beautiful and clean for us. Due to covid precautions, there were some restaurants that were not open certain times and it was tricky to figure out what was open when. Covid testing was really easy and having a shuttle to and from the airport was a nice touch.
"Beautiful resort, amazing staff"
While the beauty of this resort gives an amazing first impression, the staff is what makes that impression last. From the moment you arrive, you encounter friendly staff at every turn. Check in was smooth. We got to the resort a little early, but one of our rooms was ready so we we didn’t have to wait. Unfortunately I don’t remember names, but the pool staff was top notch. My father got sun burnt the second day of our trip and wasn’t able to go on an excursion with the rest of us. A staff member noticed him and remembered that he had been with us the day before. He mentioned my husband by name and brought cool towels with aloe for my father’s legs. He and another staff member set up his lounge chairs and umbrella and took care of him all day. We tipped almost every time someone waited on us, but it wasn’t much. They were very appreciative and attentive every time we were there. The food was good. Our favorites were Portofino, Bluewater Grill, and Cocoa Cafe. Drinks are good too. Some seem watered down, but all tasted good. We even asked for some that they didn’t know, and they were more than willing to look at the drink recipe and make it. Staff members work very hard to make the beach usable, but the seaweed is just too much to get over some days. We were able to get in the ocean one day during our 6 day trip. The sand and activities areas are always neat and clean though. Our favorite part of the resort was the lobby where you could always enjoy a coffee or drink while soaking up the constant breeze and sounds of the fountains. This was our first time to Mexico, and if we ever come back, we will certainly be staying here again.

We had a fabulous vacation at Vista Puerto Cancun Resort with our family. Part of what made our trip so great was our fabulous waiter we had every morning for breakfast at the World Cafe, Gabriel Ocana Castillo. He was so friendly and greeted us with a big smile every morning. He was very attentive and got us anything we needed. He was very personable and we enjoyed getting to know him. Vista Puerto Cancun Resort is very lucky to have such a great employee!
