We spent Christmas weekend here and had a great experience. We enjoyed the water park and all the different amenities. We had a great time. Bookvip.com took care of everything!
We spent our 5th anniversary at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. We celebrated 2 of our kid's birthdays and even renewed our wedding vows at the resort! The villa was so clean and neat and we just loved it!
It doesn't matter what the weather is like outside because of the indoor pool and water park! Bookvip was awesome, very easy and a great experience!
The mountain scenery was beautiful. The resort has an indoor water park with many activities and its located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

"Lovely, Amazing and Beautiful!"
I recently stayed at the Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort for 3 nights and added another night at the end so 4 nights. My fiance works for Westgate in Florida so we got a really good rate and stayed at the highest room in the resort and had the most amazing view. I loved the weather as well. All the nights were around 40 degrees F and the days were around 70 degrees F with not a lo of sun which was lovely getting a break from everyday Florida sun.
The downtown Gatlinburg was also a great area to walk around and shop. I took the trolley from our Westgate resort to the Ripleys Aquarium and walked the rest of the way. I would highly recommend taking a trip here. Some previous people who have stayed may not have liked the lack of up to date televisions or things in the room but starting at the top of the resort Westgate did remodel the rooms which we were lucky enough to stay in.

The weather was the only problem we had what so ever! The resturaunt service and food was everything I'd remembered. The food by the pool is also much better than anticipated. The pizza delivery was right on time, as we were ready to enjoy a nice movie. The staff was great, but I did walk up the hill a few times, as shuttles drove right on by? Never had that problem before and I hope we don't in the future. Even though the weather outside was horribly windy and cold, the indoor pool was a great experience, as the water was at just the right temperature! Each owner stay in a beauttifull and peacefull cabin and the view on top of the mountain is magnificient
