It accommodates up to 4 people

    Nice hotel. Upgraded to a family suite that has jacuzzi tub, kitchen & balcony with Disney fireworks view. Sofa bed was bad...needs to b replaced. Shower was huge! Washer & Dryer are very small, but are convenient!!!! Would recommend . Pools are heated and lovely!!!!!
    "Relaxing Resort in the Midst of Kissimmee"
    We have stayed here many times, the most recent being January 2017 and we are consistently pleased. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help customers out. The rooms are always beautiful. Lovely hot tub in room for soaking after a long day at the park, large shower, beautiful lanai's off of every room, and comfortable beds. Every room has a great view as this property has three pools and three hot tubs! Each pool is a little different depending on what you are looking for. There is a larger family pool, a smaller family pool with a kids section, and a longer pool perfect for lap swimming. The pool chairs are comfortable and there is plenty of shade for when the sun gets to be too much. After a long day at the parks this hotel is a pleasure to come back too, and it's also great to hang out at all day by the pool! Hotel is located within a short distance of restaurants and all four Disney parks. Easy access to I4 to get to downtown Orlando and the Universal parks. Great parking, well lit, and very safe.

    Every year we travel to Westgate towers weather we are here for a week or two weeks we are always treated awesome buy one special lady, Debbie the assistant front desk manager , she always goes out of her way to accommodate anything we need ! Thank you!

    One week stay. Lovely resort with one great amenity - housekeeper came in every day to make bed, remove trash & replace towels. Weather not suitable for pool. The unit was exceptional. Location was great for the theme parks and also many restaurants.
    "Westgate Towers Girls Weekend"
    My sister and I stayed at the Westgate Towers this past weekend and had a marvelous stay! Sara Sanchez at the Front Desk did her level best to get us a renovated room. A completely renovated room was not available so we took a partially renovated one on the third floor. We were very worried based on reviews from this site but our fears were unfounded. The furniture was slightly dated but the room was spotless and quite comfortable with the added bonus of daily maid service you normally don't find in a timeshare style resort. We had a studio with kitchenette which had a coffeemaker, toaster and small fridge. Perfect for light breakfast and late night snacks! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. You can use all the amenities at the nearby Westgate Villas and Town Center Resort. The location of the resort is excellent, near Disney, I-4, US 27 and the 429. I would definitely stay here again!

    The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Derah Carillo assisted us in moving from the Westgate Lakes to the Towers to be closer to our family staying there. Shout out to Sara Sanchez and Yovanscka Goss for their help. The resort was very clean, well maintained and close to the Parks..

    "getaway" from Feb.10th to Feb15th". First Miquel happily took our luggage to our update unit an the first floor with a double wide screened in lanai. Thank you, Patricia Feliz (front desk supervisor) for recognizing some limitations of 2 senior travelers). Thank you housekeeping for checking on us everyday and attending to EVERY request. Everything runs smoothly, here. Gabby called for reservations for my friends B/D dinner at Longhorn and shuttle service was always efficient. I can't wait to stay her again ."FEELS LIKE HOME"

    Everything is kept very clean. The staff on site were always very helpful and friendly. Special thank you to the manager, Debrah Carrillo who went out of her way for us. Also special thanks to Mike Jordan who helped us with our Disney World park visit concerns. These are very patient, kind and caring people. We will not forget our experience on this vacation.
    "Getting Away from it all."
    We have owned a Time Share here for the last 13 years. Getting away in January from the North East Winters is truly a delight, especially at Westgate. TimeShare's are expensive, although we look at it as our Home away from Home. No dirty motels to deal with. The rooms are enormous. The bathrooms are first class. Westgate does things right. Any place here is Clean, and well maintained. We do pay for that, yet, I do not feel it is money well spent, they provide whatever you want quickly. Towels, a phone call and you have towels. At Westgate for the most part, you do not need a car once you get there. Want to go to Disney, Shuttle. Want to go to another Pool, Shuttle. Wi Fi there, I can work from my laptop. I like the Towers because they are quiet. Some of the other places are busier. The people you meet at Westgate are always Nice, and friendly. Has anyone mentioned their cookies? I get the best night sleep here that I get in years.

    Our stay at Westgate Towers was very positive. Location is ideal as parks are in the vicinity (5 min avg.) Room was what we expected and the services were very efficient. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely polite. Shining star ASHLEY ! He's so sincere and handles the t/s owners with great fluency

    Loved this resort! Visited Orlando for Thanksgiving and stayed here for the first time (1 bd villa). Loved the room. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from our room or pool every night! They freshened the room everyday and the kids loved the spa tub! Also enjoyed their waterpark. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Orlando next time. Thank you!!!
    "Very good resort"
    We booked a two-room suite through a vacation package we purchased through our banks travel agent. For being a little older property, we were surprised at how well it is kept up and how clean it was. The rooms were very large and easily fit our family of six, with plenty of room to spare. The location is great for a week of activities around Orlando. The best part of this place is the friendly staff. Never met a single staff person that didn't have a great attitude and friendly smile. Would definitely consider this place again.

    Please understand timeshares and how they work before looking into staying there. While is was as expected for us, some folks would like daily housekeeping, room service, etc. If you have kids, this is great as you can wash clothes and cook in the unit.

    This place was the most welcoming hotel experience I've ever had. My trip started off on a rough note, and they couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. I will be staying here next time I'm in Orlando. The room was so cute and clean, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. And the price was great too!!

    excellent service, good attitude, nice people. Quick check in, overall not much hassle, makes things a lot smother. Everything you need is convient and close If you can manage to get a hold of mackenzy gronail he is the man.
    "EXTREMELY CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR DISNEY ACCESS"
    This resort has been around for a little while. What I like the best is that it is located only a mile or 2 from the entrance to all of the Disney World Parks. The resort seems to be slightly dated but appears to be well managed. Pools are sprinkled throughout the complex which makes the pretty close to all units.

    resort is great rooms are spacious. You don't have to leave resort to have a good time. Waterpark was great for young and old alike. I like to mention Ana Gomez at check in desk that was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed and Allan Vargas of the bell staff was also informative to my questions.

    The staff was very friendly and our room worked out fine. Loved having a screened in balcony with a great view of the evening fireworks. Super convenient location for all the attractions - Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Very close to airport.
