I had the opportunity to stay at WGVV for the second time and we love it! It is a perfect place for big families like mine (family of 6) to stay and have a great vacation. We had a 2 BR, 3 BA, beautiful kitchen, living room and balcony. Washer and dryer was also provided. My room had a huge Jacuzzi, and door that lead us to the balcony, with a view to one of the villa's most beautiful pool. Strongly recommend!

    We have a family of 6 and trying to find something affordable is very difficult these days. I went online and found a website called Bookvip.com and found a deal that I thought was too good to be true. But I have to say that everything that was said on the website was absolutely true!
    My Grammy brings me to the bestest places. There's rowboats here, there's ducks here. You can come too.

    Oh my god I loved the vacation. Loved the pools, the bike riding at the resort. We had a living room with a full kitchen, flat screen tv's. I would recommend this resort to anybody that wants to go to Orlando.

    "Unbelievable. Amazing, Fabulous, Surprising Vacation"
    I had never heard about Westgate, nor saw commercials before! I arrived home from work on Friday, February 13, after a long week of issues and I was looking forward to my 4 day weekend. I told my 12 year old, we are going to Disney, pick a place! She went onto the Internet and said Mom you have to see this place, look at the pictures it's as big as New York City!! I called up and spoke to the friendliest man ever and he talked to me about what I wanted in a vacation and gave me such a wonderful price! He told me that he appreciated that I was a teacher and had such kind things to say. I definitely wanted to leave right away. 3 hours later and a 20 minute stand online getting to know the nicest guests anywhere and we entered a PALACE! Everything about our stay was heaven from the beautiful room, the comfort, the game room, buffet, proximity to Disney and the Theatre. All of it free as a guest!! I was in "heaven!" Thank you for a relaxing happy experience! Xo

Our daughters enjoyed every moment at the villa, there so many activities all day every day. Safe place for kids to go out to the playground or to the movie theater. Courteous and friendly staff to assist you in everything you need. WGVV is closed to Disney and all other parks in Orlando, and about 45 mins. from Kennedy Space Center. Strongly recommended this place.
    "I loved my entire experience."
    From the moment I got to the gate. To the moment I had to leave. It was non-stop fully supported top-notch service. Me and my fiancee loved it. They looked like luxury houses we were amazed and they upgraded us at no charge! Don't stay there for only one day there's too much to do.
    "Spacious unit in a quiet corner"
    We booked through Interval International. Our check in was fast the Saturday evening we arrived. We were surprised that our unit was actually outside of the main gates, yet still had electronic gated security. The unit was a 2 BR, 2 BA and was very spacious for our family of 4. We've stayed in several Westgate properties in this area, and this one was probably our favorite although the style was similar to others with big leather couches, comfortable beds, etc.. We had plenty of room to spread out. There weren't a lot of people around which was nice. The pool was right outside our screened in porch, and there was plenty of parking. The place was fully stocked - we seem to run the dishwasher a lot and never had to do our usual request for more detergent. The kids love the game room here, although I'm not a big fan of game rooms. They blew through $20 in probably 10 minutes. If I recall correctly games run from 50 cents to $2 but most are on the higher end. The pool near us was clean, but did not have any exciting features. There was a hot tub there too but that was about it. The website had mentioned a resort fee, but when we checked in they said they do not charge that, so I'm not sure what other information is incorrect. We are not owners here and didn't go to the sales pitch so my husband understood that meant we were not allowed to use certain amenities (ex. Disney theater). I'm sure they would take our money to go, but we were too busy to do that anyway.
    "Some people are never happy!!!"
    We stayed at this resort for a well needed family vacation! We were going to Universal for four days but were going to be in Orlando for 7 days! First of all at the reception desk the staff were amazing, getting us booked in very quickly. As with most resorts we were directed to time share sales but we didnt mind. We had an amazing experience at the resort, and were welcomed and treated very well by ALL the staff!! The time share presentation was sooo informative and we were offered such an unbelievable deal that we could not turn it down! We look forward to our next visit, especially since they are also adding an amazing water park! Anyone who has negative reviews about this resort needs their head examined. The pools, mini golf, peddle boats and other activities were all extras that werent expected by us, but nice to have on the resort for the days that we werent at Universal. Good Job Westgate Vacation Villas!!!
    "Westgate Town Center"
    I actually own a week here. love this place, immaculate, responsive staff, home away from home, have laundry facilities in condo, you dont even need to go offsite of this resort, they have everything here, restaurant, mini golf, actifvities for adults and kids, sports stuff, pools, jacuzzis, pool bars, you can literally stay onsite and be perfectly happy. on the flip side it is close to disney, and universal. We go once a year, and its wonderful.
    "Once again, great place to stay"
    How nice to be greeted by friendly, helpful staff who accommodated our wishes. Shermiga E and Jeff were both wonderful, starting our vacation off nicely! Spacious room with a porch overlooking the pool - great place for breakfasts & evening cocktail. Unit equipped with every thing that you need (except the food & drinks), unlike some other resorts where you have to buy extra cleaning supplies to get through the week. Wonderful location to get to all the activities in the Kissimmee & Orlando areas - plus a lot of good restaurants. As golfers, we like the variety of courses available within a half an hour drive. So much to do both on the resort & in the area, seven days went too quickly.

    Am an owner at another Westgate property and booked this one for my in laws. Beautiful property, great facilities and if you are going with a family of four, there IS NOT greater value. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities when you are with kids is the best.

    This is the place to stay when in Florida. Great staff that does what it takes to make your visit special. We will stay again. So when planning your vacation, consider Westgate. You will not be disappointed.
    "Awesome place!"
    As a last minute plan we booked here and I'm so glad we did. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The cost was inexpensive and the resort had so much to do that was included in the cost of the stay! Also free shuttle to the amusement parks was an added bonus! Very much recommend and am planning on going back.

    We stayed at Westgate for 3weeks. Our stay was fabulous!! The grounds were well manicured and spotless. Our room was good sized and well equipped. There were many activities to participate in. The resort allows pets which is a plus in our case.
    "5* Stay"
    Situated off the highway 192 in Kissimee, our hotel had 16 pools, 4 restaurants and a host of recreational activities. As one of our group was an owner all equipment hire was free and discounted food and drinks. The tennis courts where well looked after and everything as it should be, nothing too much trouble and a return journey will be on the cards in 2015

    Great time at Westgate town center rooms were great food at drafts restaurant was good the service was fantastic the staff made you feel at home a special shout out to bartenders Chris Mike Claudia Malcolm who made us very happy for a great week. We have been on many time share vacations but this place is the best

    To think that we could have missed this fantastic spot at only $50 a night had we not made a stop at the Florida tourist centre is scary. Amazing location, friendly staff, gorgeous suite, can't think of anything bad about Westgate. However, I think they could be more inclusive with their timeshare program. Great stay overall.
    "Two week vacation"
    Our check in was friendly, grace rodrequiz was very professional. We were here during the Super Bowl. They had a party and the food spread was wonderful! My husband and I both have back problems and Nelson went out of his way to make us happy by moving tall chairs and a table into the banquet center for us. The wait staff in the restaurant, drafts, were outstanding also. Mike, Chris and Claudia introduced themselves to the clientele and called them all by name. It was wonderful. Room service checked in with us twice a week and brought us what ever we needed. Wonderful place to stay.
    "Great resort with activities for kids and sports enthusiasts ad well."
    Lots of great activities for kids. Mini put was easy but fun with dinosaurs on the edge of the courses. Paddle boats and ping pong were fun. Tennis courts, basketball courts and volleyball (fine, grained silky sand) courts are fantastic. Did not use the fitness center but my husband watched hockey at the sportsbar where they also had karaoke. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was prompt and friendly. Could see Disney fireworks from certain rooms. Disney theater was small but very comfortable. Watermark coming soon (under construction). Express checkout was the fastest checkout we have ever experienced in our lives (leave the key at the gated entrance and drive away:) Would have liked to have free wifi in room not just at the welcome center/ reception area. Big resort, a bit confusing at first to maneuver around it.
    "Perfect Vacation"
    The resort is a treasure and the accommodations where more than anyone could want for. It is evident a lot of thought was put into what one would need during their stay. The supplies were plentiful, safety was never a concern, The common areas are well kept and the surroundings are beautiful. I would recommend it.
    "Great stay - we recommend it"
    We received more than what we expected. All was clean, there were more than enough towels, we felt at home. We were however lucky that the neighbours were not having any parties as one could follow a phone conversion of the neighbour if one wanted to or not. This could be an issue if the neighbours are not of the quiet sort. The Location was perfect to us as it was close to the Epcot and the Animal Kingdom. We were however surprised of the size of the Resort and we understand something else when mentioning Villa. We reserved a 'Deluxe One-Bedroom Villa' but what we received was a 'Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment' in a large building with multiple floors and many Apartments on a floor. It didn't bother us a we only slept here and didn't spend the days in the Resort. The check-in and check-out were quick and without any Problems. We didn't make use of any other services as we spent the days in the Disney parks. We will and already did recommend the Resort to friends travelling to the Orlando area soon.

    This resort deserves the highest ratings in every category. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. The condominium unit was spacious and well supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful. Without hesitation, I would recommend it to anyone.
