Very clean and very comfortable ...Stayed on the way into Florida from Woodbridge Ontario Canada spent the evening in and around Wingate . Friendly staff and very clean room. Very nice restfull sleep and well enough breakfast for the drive into St Petes Beach on the Gulf.This hotel provides plenty of parking and comfort.Id highly recommend Wingate and looking forward to the next visit.The family was happy to be here since there was plenty to eat outside Wingate not to mention Tanger Outlets across the street.We were a good 15min from the Atlantic Ocean and worth the warm swim before dark.Enjoy your stay here you won't regret it.

Hotel is well taken care of and the staff is very nice and friendly. Good location if traveling North or South on I-95.

This is an excellent property. The service was excellent. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. St. Augustine is a short drive, where you will be faced with very high parking fees. A hot breakfast is included with the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is right off 95 with restaurants and shopping all around. Easy access in and out. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Great breakfast area. Quiet. Has nice pool and exercise room
"Convenient location"
Everything seems clean and tidy. Location is just perfect which is right next to I95 freeway. One slightly complaint is the front desk personnel. That person always hides in the backroom. I feel more welcome if I walk in the lobby and see an employee at the front desk.

Fabulous hotel within walking distance to Flagler College. The staff was very friendly, especially Dillon, who makes you feel like a VIP! Rooms are large and clean. Free, easy parking. Outdoor pool overlooking the marsh. Anne, Mallory, and McKenna
"Overnight stay, excellent place!"
We were traveling down to the Keys and didn't realize that it was spring break so Miami was pretty well booked unless we wanted to pay over $400/night! As we headed towards the keys we found the Wingate Inn and were very happy that we did! We apparently got the last room at a great price. The location was great, my husband and the kids ran out and got snacks just across the way. The beds very fairly comfortable although it did take us a bit to figure out the heat/ac. Breakfast was an added surprise, although the cleanliness of the area was a little lacking (but then again, it was spring break and Daytona time!) I would definitely recommend this hotel and the chain as well!
"Vacation overnight stay"
We were traveling to Daytona and needed a place to stay overnight. The Rooms were clean the beds are very comforable. Breakfast was very good. I will be staying there again
"Perfect location for exploring St Augustine to Palm Coast!"
We traveled to Florida for 4 days to look at properties and the Wingate was a perfect home base for us Super easy access to I95 and a quick 25 minute drive to Palm Coast. The provided breakfast was perfect for our needs. The hotel was very clean and the service was perfect!
"A Win with Wyndham"
Right location, right off the Interstate. Advertised a free breakfast and reasonable rates, compared with other lodgings in St. Augustine; so we gave it a try. Yay! Clean, comfortable, good reception desk service, and a pleasant enough breakfast buffet. Very reasonable rate, even without the AARP discount.

Stopped off after our cruise to reduce travel time home. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.
"Pleasantly surprised"
On a way to Keywest, Fl we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel: it started with a gorgeous hostess, continued with relaxing dip in the hotel's Jacuzzi and pool and ended with an excellent quality of sleep - just what you need after a long day of driving. I immediately singed up for the Wyndham Rewards and will be looking forward to another hotel like that. Thanks!
"Spur of the Moment"
We had reservations at a 5 star rated hotel and when we go there it was not as we had expected, so we cancelled. Now we were stuck so we just drove around looking for a place, found the Wingate Inn just off of SR 16 and they had openings, checked out the room it seemed clean, sort of run of the mill but we were not able to be too picky. We took it. The rate was less than we had expected for a Holiday weekend so that made it more appealing. The room was clean, and the amenities were fine, the pool is an outside only pool but we never had time to use it. Found the location to be perfect for our trip, and the room was quiet. Breakfast is OK typical for a hotel, hot eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, pastry some fruit. The place always seemed clean and the staff was very nice. We were just doing tourist things on that coast and the location was great. Would stay here again if we ever visit.

Good clean room, close to I95, restaurants, shopping, etc. Picked it for these reasons! Breakfast was not really the best part, just so-so! Grabbed a banana and coffee and off we go! Front desk was fine! Would return because of location!
"Wyndham in St. Augustine, Fl."
I spent two nights at the St. Augustine Wyndham. One night was in Dec. & the second was in April 2017. In April there was a young man named Dillon P'erez at the front desk. He was the most gracious and helpful person I have ever encountered at a hotel. You must be proud to have an employee as good as him. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back!
"Nice and quiet"
Nice, clean, and quiet rooms, at least the one we stayed at. It was comfortable for a family of 4 including a toddler and a baby. Beds were comfortable and we had a restful night. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options including hot items such as eggs and make-your-own waffles.

Convenient to the Interstate. Convenient to the down town area of St. Augustine. Very nice accommodations.
