Excellent staff. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated on the fourth and fifth floors. Great hotel for business and families. Beds are very comfortable and nice linens. Great location to shopping, dining, entertainment and amusement parks. If you like to party late night, this is a hotel with a free shuttle until 11 PMxis always at the doors if needed. Food was very good. The buffet was clean and fresh. Highly recommended.

"Friends Wedding"
I stayed at your hotel for a friends wedding, Sweeny wedding to be exact. Great price great location. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. I ate at the mini Starbucks in the lobby every morning great food great price.

Great room, great services, and the next time we come to downtown Orlando, we will stay at this hotel. They were warm and inviting. We came to attend a Orlando Magic game and it is very close to the Amway Center.

This hotel is close to everything, east and west of Orlando. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Our check in was seamless and the room was was clean and even had a decent view. We were not going to Disney World but it's not that a long of a drive to there and or Sea World.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a few special requests and they were all met with much kindness and with no problem. All of the staff went out of their way to greet us with a smile. We will definitely choose DoubleTree again. We were very pleased.
"Location was PERFECT for our vacation"
We had a lovely stay at the Doubletree Orlando Downtown. The location was perfect for what we needed. We didn't do the typical tourist "stuff" on International Dr. But we went to all the nightlife and restaurants downtown, so this hotel was a perfect location for us. The hotel room was very clean, the hotel staff was very helpful. We liked the fact that the hotel had plenty of safe parking (an additional charge) and we also liked the bar area, we spend every evening there having a few drinks before going out. We also ate at the restaurant that was onsite.. it was delicious! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a downtown location!

WONDERFUL, super clean rooms. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The bar and restaurant are reasonable, and service is great. The coffee shop is a nice treat...!!! This hotel is in a perfect location for access to all attractions in the area, and nice restaurants are nearby.
"Wonderful Staff"
Staff was great and very professional. We were able to check in early which was a great help. The room was clean as was the bathroom. However the rooms are very worn. The rooms need to be updated. Everything needs to be replaced. On the bright side this hotel is located close to everything downtown.

I have stayed at many Doubetree hotels during business travel. I was very pleased with the friendliness of all the staff, the fabulous food at the restaurant, which a wide variety of choices - not just bar food (I had the salmon) and the overall accomodations. Would definitely recommend.
"Very Hospitable"
My wife and I decided to make a last second weekend in Orlando and chose the DoubleTree for it's proximity to the Amway Center (NCAA basketball tournament) and because we've had great luck at Hilton properties in the past. The staff was very friendly, greeted us warmly and even managed to get us a room upgrade (very surprising since the Louisville team and supporters were staying at this hotel). Our room was on the 7th floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was larger than we expected. The shower was awesome with some of the best water pressure I've ever had in an upper-floor facility. The pool was on the 4th floor along with a workout room. My only annoyance (and it's trivial) is that they don't tell you it's 20.00/day to park... Overall, this was a great experience, with the staff getting extremely high marks. If you're looking for a room in downtown Orlando, we wholeheartedly recommend the DoubleTree off Ivanhoe Blvd.
"Medical needs"
We normally stay at the Orlando Hubbard House which is set up for families of loved ones who are hospitalized. Unfortunately, they were filled. Double-tree agreed to let us stay at a very reduced rate and provided us with a mini-fridge and microwave which were important to my husbands dietary needs. He had cancer surgery on our 3rd day and I was suppose to check out the next day. Orlando was hosting the college basketball play-offs, an Arnold Palmer Golf tournament and it was spring break...there was no room at any of the inns! Erica in reservations went above and beyond to help and I did find a place to stay. I certainly hope Doubletree knows how lucky they are to have her as an employee!
"Weekend Getaway"
This hotel was very clean and the employees were over friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, prices are great and the location great. This is a cheap taxi ride to downtown and all the bars and clubs and approximately 20 mins from the orlando shopping area.
"Happy"
I would stay at this hotel again. My son and I stayed her for a couple of nights, because we had to take a tour to a college he will be attending. To me it was a central location...not far from attractions, restaurants, and the nightlife. I recommend this hotel.
"Doubletreee by Hilton in Orlando, Florida"
This hotel has clean up to date rooms. The breakfast was a full breakfast that tasted excellent. The attendants are helpful. Plenty of parking in the garage $17 a day. My overall experience I would rate as excellent. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.
"Enjoyable"
This hotel has a gorgeous lobby. You will find that the hotel is located about 5 minutes away from Downtown. Fine for either walking or driving. As the DoubleTree by Hilton promise goes, you do get your cookie upon checkin! The hotel also has a shuttle bus going to Downtown and around the place too. The room was clean, and tidy. The bed was super comfortable! They were dated in terms of age and dcor, though to the hotels credit it is not new. It kept in a clean fashion, the hallways and communal areas are also clean. The breakfast buffet here in the restaurant was fantastic. The best one I've ever been to for a Hilton hotel and any hotel for that fact. I would recommend you staying at this hotel if you are looking for an option in Orlando, Florida!
"Usually B & B folks!"
We were in Orlando area to visit kids and granddaughter for a few days and were unable to get accommodations in a B & B close enough to their home to be convenient. Booked into this hotel and were surprised to find that a chain hotel isn't so bad! Staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a nice coffee bar with home-made breakfast items available at a reasonable price. The little fitness room was clean and well-maintained, and the man in the gift shop loaned me a magazine because the shop doesn't sell them. The valet parking attendants were the best- always cheerful, polite, friendly, and helpful. Front desk folks were always available and helpful as well. The room (king non-smoking) was clean, comfortable, and large. While we always prefer the "homey" feel of a B&B, we would return to this hotel if none were available.
"Mock Trial Team Review"
Our high school Mock Trial Team (14 teens and 6 adults) enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree immensely! Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Lobby had ample space and setting for the teams to mingle. Caf in lobby had excellent and affordable food.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a block of rooms for a wedding party. The staff, from front desk, to concierge, to foodservice, to housekeeping, to engineering were all exceptionally helpful. Polite and accommodating from check-in through check-out. Highly recommend this property.

I stay at this hotel once a month. Great atmosphere, employees are great. Always look forward to the peace of mind during my stay after a long hectic business day. Also can never leave without getting my kids a couple of those wonderful cookies.
"Nice, comfortable hotel"
Flight canceled out of Orlando so I needed a hotel that would accommodate me earlier than regular check in time (it was about 10am). A fan of the Hilton brand & never actually seeing "downtown" Orlando, I decided to give the Doubletree a call. I asked if they would allow me to check in VERY early & they agreed. I had an easy check in, was given a lovely, comfortable & quiet room, and proceeded to catch up on much needed rest. Everyone on staff was friendly & breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only negative is that I stayed on a Sunday & downtown Orlando is really dead on the weekends. Most restaurants were closed. There is a restaurant in the lobby, a bar & a Starbucks. Outdoor pool looked really nice too. Shuttle service provided by hotel only goes 3 miles & taxi service took a while, but again it was a Sunday. 30 minutes from the airport.
"Great Staff, Great Amenities, and Comfortable."
I always review negative feedback on a hotel, which helps provide a choice for our stay. And this proved to be the best choice. The staff were very lovely, they helped us street by street to finding the hotel after our GPS put us in a complete different location. All of the staff were very kind and professional.But the stay was comfortable, and lovely. Great location as well. Very close to the highway and away from the bad areas. And we requested a high level because it was our honeymoon, and we were on the 13th level with the King's Corner. They have 15 levels. Thank you.
"DoubleTree Downtown Orlando"
Hotel was clean and accomo's were great. The Parking was outrageously over priced! They should include it or give guests a 5 or 8$ rate. Come on its downtown Orlando not NEW YORK CITY! Location is great and close to a lot of nice clubs/restaurants. The Party crowds on the weekend did make it a bit challenging to sleep in Sat or Sunday. Good cookies and lounge was nice. Very helpful staff and all of them had heard the complaint about the parking at least 20 times! Perhaps they will change that and really make it a great stay. A minor change in this area would make a big difference.
"Clean and Courteous"
My husband and I finally got a chance to get a weekend away and this was such a nice place to stay. The cookies are incredible, the staff was extremely helpful with directions to local restaurants and attractions and the rooms were impeccably clean. We will definitely be staying here again.
