I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the world both for business and personal travel. This hotel was outstanding in every way. It is convenient to the Orlando airport, Disney and all of the other parks. The staff was unobtrusive, efficient and helpful. My room was quiet and the bed was comfy.

"Enjoy my stayed"
I enjoy my stay there. It was quite. The lobby was clean. The hotel was clean, professional and attentive to my needs. I wish the business center was more private. Front desk staff were amazing. Thank you for a quiet stay at The Double Tree. oh the cookies were amazing.

my trip was excellent from time there everyone was nice and very helpful. the rooms were clean. the water was hot.the food was good and warm. the conference rooms was setup nicely. the weather was not great so didn't get to use the pool.

A colleague and I stayed there for one night on business and it was a wonderful comfortable stay. The staff is extremely personable, and had me laughing from the moment I walked in through the door. We had just had a two day drive to Orlando, and they were a breathe of fresh air. The room was clean and comfortable. I would reccomend anyone to stay here.

I was looking for a hotel in this area for a seminar, worked with Ms. Woods and her staff they were very professional and went out of their way anytime I needed anything. Rooms were all clean and the front desk staff were one of the best I have worked with. Looking forward to next years seminar no need to look as long as this hotel keeps the professional staff they have
"Great Meeting and staff"
We just held a meeting here with many needs from shipping in over 80 boxes & extensive electrical. The staff was very accommodating at every turn and very friendly and knowledgeable. Sleeping room was clean and comfortable. Catering food was delicious and a good value. Restaurant a little slow but food was very good. We will definitely go back to this location. Easy to get to and free shuttle from the airport.

Staying at Double Tree hotel by Hilton was a refreshing experience. The hotel rooms are specious and comfortable. The staff members are going out of their way to accommodate any need. We were pampered and taken very good care of. Our working hours were fun, and our free time at the hotel was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

"So thankful!"
The front desk was very nice and welcomed us. My room was clean and comfortable. I had left my watch in the room and I forgot about it until I was on the airplane. Needless to say, I wasn't sure if I'll get it back. I left a message to lost and found. I called as soon as I could and was told they had it! Thanks to a friend, I got my watch today!!! I would like to thank the front desk Uli I'm not sure of her name and also the housekeeping for doing an outstanding job. I want to thank all the hotel staff for your excellent service!!!

everything was perfect. Front desk was very helpful we used your transportation service they were very good. Location to local restaurants walking distance was nice overall everything went very well my wife enjoyed the work out room and the pool. It was nice to get out of the snow here in Michigan for a view days

Great start to our holiday. One night before a cruise. Check in was 'painless'. The room was big itch 2 beds and was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. We would stay here again.

Beautiful lobby. All personnel friendly and helpful. Restaurant service, food preparations and presentations exceeded our expectations. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Among the other meals, my breakfast omelet was perfectly prepared! Best airport hotel we've ever had.

The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful at supplying information about the airport shuttle service. We also ate at the bar and the service was excellent.

Arrived after a 10 hour flight. Quick check-in which was great. We all got given a cookie. We had dinner in the bar in the hotel, and the food and service was lovely. Rooms were big and clean, perfect for the 1 night that we stayed.

Company conference held in hotel for 2 1/2 days. The staff was amazing - very friendly and extremely helpful. We had most of our meals in the hotel and the catering staff did an outstanding job not to mention the food was very good. Highly recommend for business or personal - they know how to take care of their guests.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Service was good at the front desk, restaurant and conference facilities. Service was good beginning of my stay, my pick up at the airport was prompt and courteous. The same was true for the trip back to the airport.
"Quick stay - no complaints"
I booked my room and checked in after midnight. I was out of there by 5 in the morning. The girl at the desk welcomed me as an HHonors member and was very friendly. Especially considering the time of night, she was very bubbly and pleasant. She got my keys for me, got me my cookie, and I was off the bed. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite and a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay again!
"Excellent stop over"
Stopped over one night before picking up cruise ship following day. Thought this was going to be another dowdy, tour operator contract stay - so wrong - its an excellent hotel. Rooms large and very clean with balconies facing inwards to hotel atrium. Bed so comfy I wanted to ship it home! Can't fault the place. We were served the best clam chowder this side of Boston! Staff very efficient and professional. Would thoroughly recommend for airport stop over.
