We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"beautiful resort"
Overall great experience and even better service! i enjoyed my stay. Very nice rooms and they offer 2 restaurants. The managers went above and beyond to help me and the staff was always friendly. You don't usually see that at many places.
"Above and Beyond Customer Service"
Some friends and I stayed at Westgate on 1/10 to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had expected an oven in the room, so we brought in pizzas to cook. When we discovered there wasn't an oven, Zach at the front desk was so helpful in finding us a place to cook our pizza. He called The Draft, the onsite sports grill and bar, to ask if they would cook our pizzas in their oven. They willingly agreed. When we arrived at The Draft, Casey was so happy to help us. She took our pizzas and made sure they were cooked. She brought us waters while we waited, and she treated us really well. These two employees went above and beyond any customer service I have seen at anywhere. We could not believe the caliber of service they provided. Thanks Zach and Casey for making our stay great.
"Customer Service is five star!"
Westgate's location is on par with the finest properties in Canyons Resort Village. But what really sets it apart is the impeccable customer service. My initial phone call inquiry with Lauren was handled expertly and with such a pleasant attitude. Anything she couldn't directly answer was handled by another member of the staff. Nancy the concierge handled all my ground transportation. As a long-time Park City resident, she knows the skinny on good restaurants, movie theaters, etc. Kevin in Guest Services was quick to resolve to the many questions one can have on a family ski vacation. He's is a can-do, no BS kind of guy. The Skier Services perk is awesome. Just step into your warm boots and meet your skis at the gondola. Sweeeet. Thanks Josh for making that happen. All around, Westgate has all the creature comforts and amenities, but it always comes down to the people. Westgate gets it.
"Great Location and excellent service"
First time at this location at the Canyons, we have visited before and stayed at the Sun Dial. The place is well located right at the base of the mountain and indeed is ski in and ski out. The storage service of your equipment is a most do as they also have it ready for you next to the Gondola. The locker room service is also really nice as you can literally come in flip flaps before your day and after leave your wet boots and they will dry them and place them inside your locker. The resort has very good free shuttle service to park city, their staff is very friendly and always ready to help. After your day in the mountain you can relax in their Hot Spa, or steam rooms, Sauna or do some laps in the pool, we did it every day and there is always plenty towels which is always the case with this type of resorts. We had an Studio which was more than fine for the 3 of us. We did breakfast and lunch every day in the kitchenette and then dine out in the city. It takes a while to get used to the layout of the place and the first few days you may get lost, as the place is big. Every one was very pleasant and friendly; we even shipped out our equipment from the resort via UPS to what they were helpful and without additional charges outside the shipping charges of course. The place is just 10 minutes away from Park city, great place
"Honeymoon-Just the Way I Pictured it!"
My wife and I recently visited Westgate's Park City location in November for our honeymoon. We were fortunate to have gotten married in Park City's "off-season" for skiing, otherwise we couldn't have afforded it. We also saved a lot of money by renting through "iTrip", which set us up with a room for an absolute steal. We stayed in the 1 bedroom Royal Penthouse, and it exceeded our expectations! In room hot tub, luxurious shower with a steamer, easy to use fireplace, high ceilings, comfortable bed, balcony, and a very nice kitchen.
"great service"
Check-in was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We got there earlier than we thought and our room was ready for us. Marcus was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the resort and the surrounding area. The resort was immaculate, and the recent renovations are first class. The shuttle seemed always to be available to us without any wait, it was like our personal limo!
"Just Keeps Getting Better"
I brought my family here last year for the holidays, and we had such a fantastic time, that the kids wanted to go back again. After many ski vacations to California and Colorado, my family has decided that Utah is the place to go. We had never stayed at a Westgate property before last year, but we all fell in love with the people and the services they offered. Everyone we ran into was so helpful, thankfully, since the layout can be slightly confusing for the first few days. Larry from maintenance was a hoot as he showed us to the new Marketplace location. Just about every employee we met was so helpful and nice. Since we were staying for a ski vacation, we took full advantage of the skier services the Westgate offers. The guys at Aloha rentals were friendly and helped us get set up quickly. The best part was how easy everyone made the rest of the week! Kyle from skier services met us in aloha and showed us down to the registration desk. Along the way, he explained where our room was, the easiest route back, and what to do in the morning when we were ready to go skiing. His instructions were so helpful, since every ski valet type service we've used in the past has been different. The remainder of our week went so smoothly, and they even returned our skis to aloha when we asked, so that we would not have to carry them around. My family has had such a great experience overall at this resort, mostly due to the incredible employees who represent the property. I recommend anyone who wants to relax and feel spoiled to stay here next time they're in park city
"Great Dining Experience at Edge Steakhouse"
Have dined with my spouse now twice and both times we experienced Great Service from our server Chris, he was very helpful and friendly too. both times we were greeted by Gordon who took my wife's coat to hang. Also the Resort GM and the Edge GM both visited our table each time, two great individuals. My wife and I look forward to dine there for a third time this month. The engineers make great escorts around this great property
"Best experience from start to finish"
I stayed at Westgate Park City Resort and Spa this Christmas Holiday and it was the most magical Christmas I have ever had. The level of service and amenities are endless. From the moment we checked, we were greet by a manager of the resort Brian Waltrip. He was so friendly and really engaged with each group that were checking in. While we were checking in, to the left was a beautiful bar that looked like it was from the 1920s. They were serving free apple cider, egg not, tons of amazing hors d'oeuvre, and live music. When I asked the person at the front desk what was going on, they simply told me, "we do an event from 4pm to 6pm for our resort guest." It was very fun and festive for the holidays. On Christmas morning, there was a cute and thoughtful mini stocking hanging in front of our hotel door knob. It was a photo of my girlfriend and that was taken with Santa during our check in process. It made us feel like we were at home. The guest service department was so amazing. Juan was a driver that dropped us off and picked us up all around the Park City area. It was so easy and we didn't have to drive anywhere. That was one outstanding amenities the hotel has to offer its guest. Juan was so insightful on the city (place to go, shop and eat). You could tell he really enjoyed his job. He always had a great attitude and a smile every single time we saw him. Another great amenity the hotel has is the ski in ski out service. I rented my skies from Aloha. They dropped my gear off at Westgate's skier services. The next morning, I called down to skier services to tell them I was planning on skiing in a hour and sure enough my skies and polls were waiting for me right in the front of the lift! I didn't have to carry them from my hotel room to the ski left (which is super far). It was really nice to have that service. It was like a car valet but for your skies. Make sure to take advantage of the Westgate Market place. Its like a mini market that has everything from eggs, milk, coffee (starbucks), alcohol (fine wine, scotch, tequila, vodka and etc.), tooth brush, food to buy if you want to stay in and more. Great amenity to have so you don't have to leave the property! Staying at this resort was the most amazing experience I have had while on vacation. Thank you Westgate for making this Christmas super special and relaxing!
"Westgate just feels like home!!!!"
Stayed with friends and had a great time. Got spoiled by the skier services department always taking our skis to and from the lifts. Sean was so nice driving us all over town and suggested some great restaurants in town, even had Marcus lock in our reservations with us still in the van. Kevin and his staff really made us feel like this was our home for the week. Can't wait for our next trip to Park City and Westgate.
"Dec. 19 - 27, 2013, Parents with adult child"
Staff was extremely helpful, cheerful and sincere. Very convenient location with free and efficient shuttle everywhere. Skier Services eliminated the bother of moving ski equipment around every day. It was a quiet place. This place bends over backwards to spoil you.
"Guest Services"
Finishing a week at the Westgate in Park City with my family and reflecting on how wonderful the week has been. Kevin and Marcus from guest services have helped us with everything including shuttles, ski rentals, and recommendations to the best restaurants around. They both helped with reservations, as well as any small issues that came up. According to my family, they have both been here for a long time and are the irreplaceable. Can't wait until next winter to come back to PC!
"Great location - Excellent service"
We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom condo unit through an exchange with Interval International. The unit had been recently upgraded with new furniture and kitchen cabinets - unfortunately, the cabinets were incredibly cheaply made with a thin plastic-like coating over soft chip-board. The result was that the edges of several cabinets were peeling and flaking off - unsightly and hardly up to standards for an otherwise beautiful ski condo. Again, this was a Westgate time-share unit, not a unit individually owned so this criticism may not be applicable to all other units. The shared facilities are top notch with a terrific indoor-outdoor heated pool, a well-equipped exercise facility, a cozy sports bar, a nice steak house restaurant and comfortable locker room for ski boots. There is a game room for kids and teens as well as other activities. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The ski valet service is wonderful in taking your skis the short distance to the gondola. The Westgate is located right at the primary base for The Canyons ski area and served by community bus with service to nearby Park City. The Canyons resort is quiet and better suited for family and for adults that want a quiet vacation - the entertainment and apres ski action are notably abscent. For people who want a lively, high-energy location, lodging in downtown Park City would be a better pick.
"We are excited to share this with everyone we know."
We did not know what to expect when we arrived so we were surprised with our room and every thing that went with it. We stayed in the BIson/Moose section and were there for relaxation. We loved the jetted tub and the steam shower. We loved having a washer and dryer in the room and the fireplace was awesome. We used the kitchen and the dishes and didn't need to go out for hardly anything but when we discovered that we hadn't brought everything we needed we were happy to know that the marketplace was so nicely furnished with things we could use. We are excited to take our children back and have a vacation that everyone will enjoy. We love the idea of the shuttle. We slept well and we are excited to use more of the facility when we return.
"Great Dining Experience at Edge Steakhouse"
Have dined with my spouse now twice and both times we experienced Great Service from our server Chris, he was very helpful and friendly too. both times we were greeted by Gordon who took my wife's coat to hang. "Gus = Outstanding Customer Service!"
My wife and I stood here during our anniversary and I chose this resort after reading many reviews. I don't really write reviews for places I had stayed but I just had to, so here goes: From the moment my wife and I drove in, the bellman/valet Gus greeted us with a very warm welcome and asked where we were from. Our first impression were "wow we've never felt so welcome'd before checking in." Checking in went by smoothly as there were not too many guests' in the lobby. We were staying in the Bison/Moose lodge (which are really beautiful rooms.) When we got our keys and map we couldn't figure out where to park. We drove around 2 or 3 times until we spoke to Gus to clarify the directions. Sure enough we go inside the garage trying to find where to park and there's Gus flagging us down. He went out of his way to make sure we were not lost and even offered to help with our bags. Every time we stopped by the lobby he greeted us by our name and was interested about hearing how our stay was going. We've never felt so special before in a hotel/resort. Gus is a really professional gentleman with outstanding customer service! Our room was quite spacious, clean and very cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a steam option. We received newspapers everyday and everything was in working order. The location of this resort is a little tricky to find but very close to Main st. The pictures of this resort did not disappoint! The on-site restaurants were very delicious! One of our favorite amenities in the resort was the adults only pool. It was very quite as there were no kids and also there were only a few people in there so we got to spend some very much needed quality time. The whole time we were there the staff was so friendly and nice! On our way to some of the areas in the resort we got lost and one of the housekeepers would escort us! This resort is really special and one of our favorites! This will be our first of many stays here! We can not wait to take our family here to enjoy the experience of a true vacation!
"Great Ammenities"
I am a local, meaning I live in Park City, UT area. The Serenity Spa, Yoga studio, Draft's pub & Market all are enjoyable to use and staffed by great people. Paricularly I say Thank You! to Trudee Sanbonmastsu. I have been Pracitcing Yoga there since Aug 15 2013. Trudee is the most attentive Instructor I have found in Park City. She is able to guide Myself and other people who have injuries to recover through practicing yoga poses that best for their individual bodies. I greatly believe I would not have the recovery I have today physically if I practiced yoga anywhere else in Park City. The mix of styles give my a well rounded practice that keeps me wanting to practice more and fo it at Yoga Kula Project in WestGate Resort Park City Utah. Westgate Resort is of great service to Park City because of the yoga studio and other amenities being availible to locals.
"Great resort"
Great resort. Very helpful staff. Shuttle service was great too!! (Jamie Etheridge was very informative). I would definitely come back in the future. The rooms are great for a family. There is a sliding door that separates the rooms so kids can watch their own TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Great food on site too and marketplace. Free shuttle to city park too.
"Best stay & anniversary so far!!"
My best vacation so far! Reviewed November 12, 2013 Were spending 6 days 7 nights at the WestGate Park City, Utah Resort and Spa and we are having the best stay and a great time during our stay. This is my wifes and my anniversary and first trip to Park City, Utah so I really cannot compare this hotel to others in Park City. However, I stayed at many hotels in USA, China, Egypt, Brazil, Trinidad, and several other locations. Many of the places we stay are AAA Diamond rated, and this one is the best in hotel/resort category so far. This trip was a total surprise to my wife and when we arrived at the valet, Gus asked us where we flew in from and then immediately greeted us by name; which was almost clairvoyant. My wifes first impression was OH MY GOD!!! And shes favorably expressed her gratitude to me for planning this trip every since. From there we met a bald version of George Clooney working at the front desk. The extremely handsome Justin greeted us with the warmest and most inviting personality weve encountered at any of our other hotel stays. We were surprised with a luxury room in their newly renovated Elk Lodge. One thing I appreciate as a financial analyst is that WiFi is complimentary unlike many hotel and resort chains that charge a daily fee. My wife went over to talk with Marcus at the guest services desk. I dont know if its Park City or simply the staff at the Westgate, but my wife told me that Marcus made her feel so Super welcome and was so extremely nice, helpful and insisted that she go get some of the delicious cookies they were offering. And that further increased her pleasure with her anniversary surprise. Meanwhile, I was outside talking with valet getting the luggage. I was lucky enough to meet Jamie. Jamie by far is the coolest and nicest bellman and shuttle driver Ive met in a long time. I never once had to ask him to do anything! He just instinctively knew what to do, how to carry on a friendly conversation, making suggestions along the way. I was a little hesitant initially about navigating my way around this huge resort, but Jamie gave The Best instructions on how to get to everything and even hinted at some highlights on the resort that would make our anniversary extra-special. He didnt just drop our bags to the room and expect a tip either - like Ive experienced on other vacations. Jamie took the time and care to walk through the entire suite with us pointing out everything from the jetted tub, steam shower, view of the mountains, a little history about the resort and Park City, all the way to him checking every single lamp and light to make sure no light bulbs were out. I really, really appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism. OUR ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL!! Spacious layout, full kitchen, majestic view, steam shower, double bathroom sink (which cuts down on my wife and I bumping into each other getting ready). The 2 TVs in our room are Huge! Theyre flat panel and I can see everything as I cook breakfast in the kitchen. If they were internet-ready, smart TVs that would be an added bonus. As we made our way back to the lobby we stopped to talk to the cute, brown haired young lady working at the guest services with the most chipper and fun personality thus far. Brandi totally hooked us up! She gave us discount cards, made us laugh, told us about the on-site marketplace and just assured my wife and me that we werent going to want for anything during our stay. My favorite part about meeting Brandy was that she explained to us that The Westgate actually has a state liquor store on their property and that they dont upcharge their prices. This will be extremely convenient since Ill be popping a bottle of the bubbly on our anniversary night ;) Last night we took time to meet with the trip and tour advisor Nancy. Nancy is a beautiful, tall California style blonde from Atlanta!! (Yeah so shes totally a snow queen with Southern charm). She asked us what we wanted to do and see, and took the time to actually go through several options with their respective pros and cons for a couple like us looking to get our adventure and romance in. She even waited late after she got off work to give us an itinerary for the next morning. From there Quinn, the really smart environmental science major, drove us in the Westgates complimentary shuttle to the movie theater where we watched Sandra Bullock in Gravity 3D. We came back and got to the Westgates on property sports bar Drafts right at last call and missed being able to get a drink, but well probably go back later this week. Im looking forward to dining at the Westgates on property steak house Edge. Its reviews has it as the best steak house in all of Utah, so well see how that experience goes. Everything is just majestic so far making this our best anniversary. Thank you Westgate Park City! We appreciate your service, smiles and kindness.
"Weekend of Awesomeness!"
Everything at this Resort was Awesome! We enjoyed our stay very much. The Rooms were clean. Amenities top notch. Valet and staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish we had more than a weekend to explore all of the services offered here.
"Visiting Family"
Westgate staff excellent. Chief Engineer showed me around a mini tour of the resort! Edge Steakhouse was awesome along with Juan our server. Brain was a delight to talk with at our table side, the best service in town. My room was nicely decorated, love the slippers a and robe, a great touch. I had a wonderful experience at the spa, Michelle and her staff went over the top!! I can't wait to return to visit again..........Thank you
"Concierge made our vacation!"
We came to Park City because of the wonderful press it receives. But we did not know what to do there during the off season. We talked with the concierge, Nancy, who showed us how to plan our week. She knew all about Westgate's offerings and Park City's outdoor adventures. Ballooning was the highlight of our trip. The rest of the staff was equally helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our trip so successful.
"Friendly staff/great service"
I along with my boyfriend were on a week and half vacation here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good also. There were a few times we didn't make it out till after 1400 and housekeeping would come back accordingly. As a birthday gift from my boyfriend, I got to relax at their spa. I received an exceptional body polish, mini facial and massage from Kaitlin. Her knowledge base regarding sports massage shown through as she worked out cramping/tight muscle knots I earned from crossfit. To complete my spa package, I had a fun, conversational and relaxing mani/pedi by Dawn. These ladies were the bomb. The layout of the hotel is confusing, but doable. Trouble with the living room TV staying locked on one channel was an inconvenience. However, staff promptly arrived to take care of the situation.
"Great Staff and Fitness Room"
Starting with the front desk personnel, all the staff we encountered were cheerful and friendly. This resort is so large, we were easily lost in the first few days. When we could not find the fitness room, a maintenance person took the time to lead us through several hallways. The fitness room is the best I have seen at any resort with its size and variety of machines. It was a very pleasant surprise. Also, the WiFi is sufficiently fast to stream a graduation ceremony in June. This resort was our base to visit Salt Lake City.
"Great Service!"
I love the way you are treated here! Felt welcomed from the moment we got there. I have stayed at other places before where I could not see how after spending my money on a trip I would have to deal with someones bad day But this place treated me like I was a guest in there home. I loved it and would recommend it to all my family and friends I had a great time.
"Jamie Ethridge at Guest Services is the BEST !"
This place is great. We were greeted by Jamie who assisted us. When he delivered all our luggage, he went thru the condo to insure everything was in order and showed us all the amenities of the condo. He was very informative. Unfortunately I didn't get to see him again during our visit. I hope Jamie is available to you to help you and your family when you arrive.
"Guest Services"
I cant tell you how helpful the guest service department was. I truly enjoyed Marcus and his since of humor was delightful. He was so helpful and scheduled my spa appointment and made dinner reservations. He also scheduled the shuttle so it would take us to main street and pick us up. Marcus is truly an asset to your hotel. I look forward to coming back next year.
"Thank you Westgate"
My girlfriend and I just stayed at week at the resort. We are from the north east and this was our first time seeing the western United States. This resort left an awesome first impression. The staff was beyond helpful. Justin at front desk, Brandy at the VIP desk, Fransisco, everyone always greeted us with a big smile. The resort itself is HUGE. It did take us a while to figure how to navigate through this maze of a resort. We stayed in the "Elk" building and I would recommend this building as it is closest to all the amenities. They do have everything on property that one would need. Two restaurants, a spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools, jacuzzis, arcade, a convenience store, and even complementary shuttle service for around Park City. The food at Edge steakhouse was very good. Great friendly staff. Even though we visited during the "off season" there was always plenty to do in the area. My girlfriend and I had a very romantic vacation. I do recommend this resort I would certainly love to come back in the future.
