Encantada Resort Orlando

This is the fourth time I stayed in this fantastic resort. Everything worked perfectly. The first day we had a problem with the Internet that was immediately solved. All the equipment in the kitchen worked with no problem. Everything very well cleaned. Once again from the reservation to the checkout everything worked smoothly. I had all the attention necessary from Anil and his staff. I surely recommend this resort as the main purpose is to have fun and relax in our vacation and have no problems at the place we are staying. Thanks once again!

Stayed in a two bed townhouse (3004 Secret Lake Drive). It was lovely and had everything you needed including towels for the jacuzzi. There are shower rooms attached to each bedroom but there isn't a bath in either. There are lots of restaurants nearby on the 192 but you definitely could not stay here without the use of a car.. Kitchen towels and dish soap were supplied as well as miniture toiletries in the shower rooms. The staff are extremely helpful, and Diane on reception went out of her way to help me. Wifi is is free in reception. I highly recommend Encantada, and I look forward to staying here on my next visit to Orlando

We returned from a 2 1/2 week stay on 18th December 2012 and had not visited the Encantada Resort previously so were not sure what to expect. Our two bed townhouse looked EXACTLY like the brochure pictures, it was spotlessly clean and benefitted from lots of features like the hot tub in our private covered garden, huge plasma tv, surround sound cinema system, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. Everything looked fresh and new including the bathrooms (I find very often that even when the rest of the house is nice and modern. One of the best things about this resort however is its location, we were about 5 mins from Disney maingate - fantastic when you want to pop back home for a few hours with young children before going back to the parks for the evening sessions refreshed!

Wow. Firstly, I dont ever write reviews, but this place deserves one. We stayed at 3094 Yellow Lantana Lane, in a 2 bedroom townhouse with hot-tub. Very classy accommodation with more than enough amenities, and lots of little complimentary bits and pieces. Large bed (equivilant of at least a UK Super-King). VERY clean (I was convinced it was brand new!) and spacious. WiFi was FAB. $15 for a week (we stayed for 8 days and they gave me the 8th day free) and really fast, no matter where you are in the home. Easy to connect to, took seconds. Lovely clubhouse. Printed out online tickets for Busch Gardens in the reception area where there are 4 public computers which are always on and connected to the internet. Staff - FANTASTIC! We arrived the evening before Thanksgiving. Staff can't do enough for you. Whole resort was clean and tidy. Check-in took 5 minutes. Check-out 2 seconds! Front doors are all key codes so you dont have to worry about keys. 5 minutes from a Target & Publix and a gas station next door. Very close to Disney, and to I4 for other parks (if you want to head to Tampa I would recommend the toll road 429 - it saves 10 minutes + of driving/fuel and cost 75 cents - meets up with the I4). I could rave on about this place all day, most definitely worth every penny and then some! image

Encantada resort in orlando was an extremley wonderful experience, everything is nearby yet very private and peaceful, staff are very friendly, the pools are fabulous surounded by greenery and a lake with a fountain.We as family enjoyed it very much (kids 9 and 11) everything is in radius of 15 to 30 min drive, especially Disney world. The complex is privately gated and security 24 hours. we have made a point to return next year , kids just loved being ferried around in the golfcarts.we just didn't get enough time to experience the full facilities. We would definitely recomend it. Great choice.......

Stayed at Encantada for a week at the beginning of Dec 2011 and I have nothing but praise for the accomodation, staff, location and facilities!!!!! 10 minutes from all the Disney parks and 20 minutes from Sea World! fantastic!!!! The 2 bed town house we stayed in was immaculately clean and very well equiped, the TV was like sitting in front of a cinema screen! (pity we were too tired after a hard day at the parks to enjoy it!) The jaccuzzi was a most welcome luxury to relax in at the end of a busy and hectic day! The pool and lake areas were spotless clean and very well kept, although we didn't have much chance to use them! Our only regret is that we didn't have nore time to spend at the resort! Will definately return and would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you Encantada! :-)

We stayed from December 10 - 14 and had an excellent stay in a four bedroom villa. It had a king, queen and twins in the other two. All of the beds were super comfortable. I rent vacation homes several times a year, both for work and for our family vacations and this place was very nice and comfortable. Check-in was super simple with only an address and key code to get in - could not get any easier. The location is incredible for visiting the parks, especially Disney.! Everything you could need for groceries, drugstore, coffee (Starbucks in nearby Target) is within a short drive as well. We did not even make it to the clubhouse until the last day and was disappointed we did not go earlier. There is a fantastic pool and jacuzzi with comfortable seating everywhere to lounge, get some sun or get out of the sun while still enjoying the outdoors. I would stay here again any time and would encourage everyone to do the same!

We stayed in a large new-build, two-bed town-house. The property felt like we were the first to stay there. Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the main bedroom having a walk-in wardrobe, and a large screen TV. Downstairs was a large living area with a full modern kitchen including a kettle which is unusual for american properties. There was a 3 piece suite, and a large flat screen TV with surround sound and blu-ray player. patio doors led to a large patio with a hot-tub and table and chairs. The resort is still subject to building work on the far side but that didn't affect us. The club room has excellent facilities and the two pools are quite large with plenty of sun-beds around the pool area which overlooks a large lake. There is a small gym for the energetic. Staff were fantastic, being super friendly and helpful. A car is essential to stay here as apart from a petrol station, a McDonald's and a Hoolihan's restaurant about 500 yards away, ther is nothing else around. I would highly recommend this resort.

I have been introduced to Encantada from a friend of mine 3 years ago. And, after that, I have been at Encantada 3 times. Once, in a 3bedroom house and twice into a 4bedroom house. Its amazing. Its a well organized community (with good view), with security, very close to Disney (about 5 minutes by car), with amenities such as a clubhouse, internet and fitness (!!) and, the most important for me: the houses are very confortable, very clean and everything works perfectly. Stay at Encantada is the much better than stay in a hotel. Cheaper and better!! Ill be in Orlando next January and guess what: I have already booked a townhouse at Encantada.

A wonderful place to base yourself for the full Disney/Universal experience. A secure (gated) resort complex literally seconds from the freeway that takes you straight into the parks. None of the Universal/Disney parks were more than a 20 minute drive away. A great Wal-mart super centre just a couple of miles in the opposite direction too. The complex is new, the rooms give you that freshly renovated feel. The pools and hot spas were wonderful as was the private hottub we had on right outside on our patio. The kids were safe, with no risk of mosquito bites outside with the covered hottub area. The units were fantastically services with huge washing machine and tumble drier, a typically large US range cooker and fridge. one room has a ensuite as well as flat screen tv and downstairs the kids loved the massive TV and surround system. there is nothing quite like the Wiggles in Stereo sound! :)

I can only recommend this resort - We just got back from staying at 3178 Yellow Lantana Lane at La Encantada Resort, and can't say enough nice things about the place. I appreciated all the help and communication from the owner, Jose. we stayed 5 adults in a 3 bedroom with full kitchen, dinning room and private pool. We stayed for 7 days and loved every minute - the place has everything needed for a great vacation and the rate is very reasonable!... We loved the private patio pool !! The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. So much better than staying in a hotel, and had everything you could need. The condo is in a great location for shopping and attractions. It's quite close to Disney/Universal/Sea World, we even made a full day trips to Tampa, Miami and Daytona. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the clubhouse had all you could expect in regards to gym, play zone, internet cafe (we also had Internet access in the house), bar and a lovely pool area. It was close to Disney, and about 20 minutes from Universal. Clean, well stocked. You have washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, blender, coffee maker etc. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, splash pool which was bigger than it seemed in the photos. Patio swing, comfortable mattress in master. Very clean! You can use the resort pools and hot tubs but we just stayed in our own pool it was more than adequate to cool off in. Air con works great! Lots of restaurants and grocery stores available close to condo. TVs in living room and every bedroom, free wifi, phone to use. Would 100% Stay here again. Condo owner Jeff VERY nice and accommodating. Would recommend this condo in Encantada for anyone.

The Encantada Resort is a great place to stay while visiting Orlando. We stayed in a 3 Bedroom/3 BA resort. When we arrived everything was immaculately cleaned and all the details were really paid attention to. This is a much better experience than staying in a hotel as far as I'm concerned. We had our own enclosed mini pool right out the back sliding glass door and there is a great community pool as well. The place is very conveniently located near Disney so if your heading there, this is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. You won't regret staying here at all. In fact, you may regret not staying her.

This resort is perfect for any one with a family or just wanting a priviate villia. Each unit has its own pool. The resort is close to every thing and has a fantastic club house. They even have a gal that coordinates activities for the kids. The club house is open late so if you want to take a dip in one of the bigger pools or hot tubs; or just chill after a day at the parks Will definitly go back again.

We stayed here for our family holiday and loved it. The house was very well equipped and even had beach towels!! (I had brought our own from the UK). The boys loved the games room and the swimming pools. It is a bit of a drive to Universal from here - sometimes it took us 40 minutes but Disney is close by for those wanting to visit there. It was really quiet at night which is always good for a nights sleep when you have been in the parks all day. Very clean and lovely to have a washing machine so all the "favourite" clothes were worn more than once. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Orlando. The location is excellent. It is right off 192 while has many many restaurants and shops. It was a 20 minute drive to SeaWorld and about 15 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. The property itself has two nice pool areas and each condo unit has a small pool attached in the back with a sunscreen. One of the two Jacuzzi pools did not work but we were able to use the other without a problem. The property had many families and some older kids seemed to wander around in the evenings but we never had any issues with noise or other guests. The three bedroom condo offers a lot of room for the price and was well under the price of many hotels in the area. We would stay here again if we visited the area.

This is the best resort in Orlando. Very good service and close to Diesney. The apartments are very well equipped and it is very clean in the entire resort. All the apartment has a pool and there is a large clubhouse with large swimming pool, with plenty of activities for children.This is a dream destination for families. Short distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

There were 3 couples and 1 child in our party. A hotel stay would have meant $500 a night, at least! We got this 4Br/3Ba townhome in an ultra-quiet area with it's own 5' deep pool screened-in for around $160/night. Dishes, towels and linens provided. Full-size washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Easy reservations and check-in online. (villa4fun dot com) 1 BR downstairs and 1 BR upstairs had large beds, 2 BR upstairs had 2 twin beds. During the day, the place was sooo quiet because people that go there leave for the theme parks. At night, you may hear people enjoying their own pools, but most go to the large community pool/jaccuzzis/game room/gym. I was shocked at the size of the private pool-very spacious 3'-5' deep. I bought a $5 pool float at Super Target (about 2 miles away). The water was warm without paying for the heating ($100). The resort is near the Publix grocery store across from the target, so you can save by not eating at restaurants at every meal! (Try the Publix cheesesteak (eat this one quickly!) or ultimate (splurge for the double meat!) subs-1000 times better than subway's "all bread" sub!) Gas station (7-11) and McDonald's at resort entrance so easy fill-up (for you and your car) when leaving the resort. (1/2 mile?) The drive to the Disney theme parks was around 10-15 minutes due to traffic lights. This is a long distance to Universal. (Would guess around 30 minute drive.) Tips: -upon entering for the first time, each car needs a parking pass, so stop at security guard station to pick it up, even if you have the gate code to drive on in. -when you get to your room, you will have a paper that needs to be signed and returned to the clubhouse and they will need the credit card that was used to make the reservation. they give you 24 hours to return it. -stop at the grocery store on the way to the resort to stock the fridge. -if you're traveling west on 192 to get to the resort, it might be easy to miss without a GPS, so here's the easy way to know that you should turn: stay in the left hand lane until it merges over, then take the very next left turn in (7-11/McDonald's on left) Go all the way to the end of the road into the resort and straight in. It will say Encantada. The reason I specify this is there is another resort on the left before the end of the road. There are lots of hills in this resort, so if you have a skateboarder in the group, they will love it!

I stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with family. This was owned by a friend so we stayed there as his guests. Overall the size of the Villa was great and comfortably slept 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children under 9. The Villa had an outdoor pool which was fantastic and the Clubhouse had Free Internet access and 2 very good sized outdoor pools. The clubhouse also had a Gym,and Games room. Note also it had an ATM in reception. Very handy for cash but will charge for withdrawals so be prepared! 15 minutes by car to Disneyland resort and about 30 min to Universal studios and all the shopping malls and outlets. 1st Class and would highly recommend this resort. We would all return to the same Villa again.

I had a seminar/retreat and decided to try something new, so I booked a couple of units at Encantada. I have to admit that this was the best decision I have made. The homes are outfitted in a way that they feel comfortable and personable for intimate gatherings while having all of the amenities of a corporate resort. The rooms are elegant and spacious, the grounds clean and well kept and the pool area by the lakeside is just beautiful. They have a gorgeous clubhouse and excellent service. It was wonderful to allow my clients the feeling of a relaxing retreat while being able to get down to business. I thoroughly enjoyed it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location as well as the helpful and friendly staff

After reading other reviews we decided to give this resort a try when recently booking a vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost, convenience, overall gem of a find! We walked into what seemed to be a relatively new well kept condo with it's own private pool/patio. It's quite close to Disney/Universal/Sea World, we even made a day trip to Tampa. Has a full Kitchen/ Laundry Room to help keep expenses down. Very quiet restful resort and will definitely return. The staff is both courteous and helpful when necessary!

We have three young children, and they loved the patio pool to play in. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. So much better than staying in a hotel, and had everything you could need. My fiancee and I stayed on Yellow Lantana in a 3 bedroom in late October 2010 after extensive research into vacation rentals in Orlando. We delt directly with the owner who was very nice and willing to answer all our questions. The place was very nice and was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and spacious. Greatly appreciated the fact that they provide cutlery and dishes, pots and pans. The master suite had a attached bathroom with a large shower with glass doors. Major plus since I hate shower curtains! The bed was very large and comfy (easily accommodated me and my 6'2" hunny). It was a major advantage having the washer and dryer in the townhouse since we were there for 5 days. The pool was also large enough for us to swim in unlike a hot tub. We only had one issue with the pool heat not being on but spoke to the front office who spoke to the owner. After that it was corrected before we got back that evening. As far as construction we experienced none and we felt very secure and safe our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again and have already recommend this place to friends and coworkers.

This was our first time renting a house on holidays. We come to Florida often and we will never go back to staying in a hotel. Karl has everything you could ask for from snacks and drinks for when you first arrive, an extensive guide book with everything you could possibly want to do on holidays and most importantly a clean, comfortable place to call home! The kids ( 3 and 5 year olds ) loved the pools both at the house and the clubhouse. The clubhouse staff were welcoming and friendly . My kids spent a morning doing crafts with one of the employees there! It is wonderful after spending a day at the parks to come back to a quite and comfortable house where everyone has their own space to relax! My youngest son always asks when we are going to go back to our new house in Florida and I hope soon!!!

Dear Karl, I would like to thank you for letting my family and I enjoy a WONDERFUL week long stay at you home at Encantada Resort. Your home, Encantada Retreat was better than we imagined! It is a beautiful place and we all loved the pool! The welcome pack was also a wonderful surprise! It was great after traveling to be able to have drinks and snacks right away. We will definitely be back again, soon hopefully, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We have told all of our family and friends! Thanks again from a VERY satisfied customer!

WE LOVED IT!!! My family of 6 stayed in this townhouse for nearly two weeks (11 yrs old, 10, 7 and 18 months). We arrived early and were able to check right in. The house was exactly as described. The pool was just the right size for our four children- who enjoyed hours and hours of fun in it when we were not out at the parks or enjoying the town. The pool area was clean and the maintenance people regularly checked to make sure it was working properly. When we were looking for bigger pools- we simply walked across the street to the two large pools and the two hot tubs at the club house. The location of the house was ideal- the club house was across the street and allowed us to come and go easliy. The community was full and yet it was still very peaceful. Management arranged for a crib and a hi chair for our son to be delivered.

The house is extremely comfortable. There are flat screen tv's in each of the three bedrooms and in the living room. The three bathrooms (2 1/2) made life extremely easy for all of us. There is a lovely dining room set and very comfortable couches in the living room. Because we chose to stay in a house, we were able to cook our meals and do laundry daily. This saved us so much money!

 We had no issues with bugs inside the house as can be a problem in warm climates. In fact we NEVER experienced an unwelcome guest (bug :) )The house was absolutely perfect for us and we are planning on returning next year. Weve stayed in rental communities before and will not hesitate to return to this home in the future. We've already suggested it to friends and family members. We were very sad to leave and had wished we had booked an extra week. We found Karl to be extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay and are very grateful for finding a homeowner that took pride in his investment and was interested in helping us enjoy our stay.

 The proximity to the parks and shopping is fabulous. Disney is extremely close. This made it easy to spend part of the day at the park, come home and swim, and then return in the evening. The price was unbeatable. We would have spent thousands more staying in hotel or at Disney Resorts. As a result, we were able to afford more fun in Orlando. Money well spent. Memories that will last forever. My children are already asking when we will return.

I was just checking the availability of 3180 Yellow Lantana Lane for 2011 and must say I was amazed to see such a ridiculous review written by the above person! We arrived after a long drive from Canada to find a welcome basket waiting with juice, milk, etc. waiting in the refrigerator. The unit was painted a lovely yellow, the furniture was new, clean and very comfortable, the floor was spotless, the pool was clean and bubbling away, just inviting you to have a swim, and it was cleaned every Thursday without fail. The kitchen was clean and had more equipment than you would ever expect to see in a rental accommodation. There was also a television set in practically every room except the bathrooms. The only problem was the photos showed a table and 4 chairs in the pool area and there was no table and 2 chairs. I e-mailed the owner and the next thing the management was delivering, assembling and setting up a new table and 4 new chairs. I will be booking this unit again in 2011, and would urge anyone interested to please give this unit your consideration. The other big bonus is that it is just minutes away from Disney and there are several very good restaurants in the immediate area.

I can't find a single thing bad to say about Encantada! Loved every minute of my stay here! We spent a lot of time around the pool area which was lovely and clean. The poolside entertainment was great and there was always something for the kids to do.

WOW!!! I have just returned home with my wife and 10 year old son from the Encantada resort after staying 2 weeks over Christmas to visit the Disney parks and can honestly say its one of the best places I have ever stayed at. It's location could not have been better situated approx 15 mins from the parks and is great for local restaurants with a wide choice for everyone. The house itself was immaculate !!!! Like a show home. Very well presented large kitchen , lounge area massive TV 2 big bedrooms both en suite large patio area with hot tub which was great to relax in at the end of a day round the Disney parks. Communal pool area was excellent with 2 pools and jacuzzi and even golf buggy pick up to take you there and back to your house. We went with another family our friends who also loved this place and the kids had a great time. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be back at sometime in the future couldn't fault it!!! Holiday great! Place fantastic! Disney AMAZING!!!!

We stayed on Bay Lilly Loop in a two story town home just a short walk around the lake to the lovely Encantada Resort clubhouse where we enjoyed the two huge pools, Saturday bar-b-ques and wine and cheese in the bar. This beautiful sun drenched oasis includes a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator, full size stove and oven and dishwasher, separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum, down stairs powder room, and open concept dining and living room with view of the paved and completely screened pool area. There is a private 4' deep splash pool, for little ones to enjoy or for a quick and private refreshing dip. Encantada's beautiful walking/jogging path and lake we enjoyed daily as was the nicely outfitted gym and work out equipment which was always available. Upstairs featured 3 full size bedrooms with a queen size bed in the Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and flat panel TV. The other two bedrooms were exquisitely appointed, one being a twin bedroom, the other a full size bed and each with its own flat panel TV complete with built in DVD player. The large shared upstairs bath was perfect for my children allowing me the privacy and relaxation of my own master bath. Thank you to our gracious hosts Anil, Meena and the fine office and maintenance staff (thank you Miro!) We've recommended Encantada through www.NowRentMe.com numerous times and whenever we travel to the area, we always stay at Encantada Resort - our friends who take us up on the reservations also have a wonderful time and find it an awesome value and a fabulous option to hotels, especially for families or groups. Access to nearby attractions is quick and easy and all the necessities are only about a mile away. The best place with the greatest value in all of Kissimmee & Orlando! Of course, we will be back!

We chose to rent a townhome vs a hotel for space reasons as well as financial reasons. We paid approximately $1000/8 nights for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, nicely furnished townhome with a hot tub & washer/dryer in our unit. Diane was awesome at check in, as we did have a small hiccup but she took care of it right away! Love her, awesome job Diane! Thank you! Being that I have 3 kids, I did cook & clean & do laundry. Disney/sea world alone cost us about 2k so we tried to save money where we could. I only had to call front desk once and they were excellent. Other than that, there is a Publix & Super Target less than 5 mins away for all your needs! Only about 12 miles from Disney Parks, about 20 mins from Sea World. Good location. Great house. Great vacation!

I already lost the number of times I stayed in Encantada Resort. I usually stayed in a hotel in International Drive, but after trying once to stay in a house at the Encantada, six years ago, I dont want to stay in a hotel room. You have much more space to stay with your Family. We always make the reservation through E Management. They are a very serious company and are always ready to help us. This time we needed more towels and we were promptly attended. I definitely recommend this resort. Thanks Anil!

Stayed at encantada resort. Not easy to find at first especially at night but once here worth the wait. Stayed in a 3 bed townhouse with own pool which was very nice. The property at first wasn't as clean as we would have expected from CLC but once pointed out was soon rectified. There is a nice kitchen with everything you ended with large lounge area. The master bedroom has ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms are very comfortable. The complex has 2 pools and a jacuzzi with the main pool absolutely lovely to cool off in but not too cold. I would recommend and certainly would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed in a two bedroom town house. It was very modern with large tv downstairs and tv in bedrooms with a full range of channels.The kitchen and laundry area are great and the beds enormous and comfortable. It is located in a very quiet area of kissimmee but so long as you have a car its very close to shops and restaurants and is a straight road down to old town (about 7 miles) which I would highly reccomend for the saturday night classic car cruise. The Bonefish Grill is a lovely fresh fish restaurant about 1 mile from encantada which I would highly recomend.

We stayed on yellow lantana drive. If ever staying again in Orlando area, we would definitely come back here. Last year we stayed on International Drive but this was the much better choice for us. The 2 bed house with jacuzzi was spotless, spacious and well kitted out. We got free wifi in the house and the jacuzzi was heated. There was a good supply of towels, and everything to keep u going for the essentials for a day or so (toiletries/wash powder/tes/coffee) we went and bought some loo rolls and dishwasher tablets but the cleaners replaced it all after a few days anyway! Great kitchen, TV/surround sound. Safe in bedroom. If you want good nightlife, forget it as the clubhouse closes at 9pm and nothing else here, but if like us you want a great place to stay that is accessible to everywhere and nice and quiet , don't look anywhere else. The pool area is a good size, and clean with loungers and chairs. We have had most days with the entire pool to ourselves for the afternoon! What else can I say but fabulous.

I stayed here with my husband and our 4 year daughter for two weeks this June. I had already stayed here in May with my friend for a shopping trip. We just love it here. We have been down to the pool several times & its really good. The kids pool goes up to 4' 9" and during our stay was never really packed. The kids club is held around the pool area and on the day our daughter went she painted a ladybird on resin, decorated a flowerpot and made a foam PIC frame! There was plenty of kids there of varying ages. Beside the kids pool is a jacuzzi and there is another one beside the main pool. There is never a shortage of sunbeds. The kids club runs most days for about 1-2 hours in the afternoon. They have a family movie night once a week and adult movie night once a week also. For the grown ups they have walks and pool activities in the mornings. I would recommend if you do go to stop off at Target on the 192 (about 2 miles from resort) to stock up on groceries. There is a publix across from target but target has a better selection. Good restaurants o the 192 are Houlihans {at the end of the road), olive gardens, outback steakhouse, Bahama breeze, IHOP for breakfast etc etc!,! You are about 15-20 mins from most things, location is great! We are dying to go back! Also legoland is a good choice if you have younger kids, our daughter is 4 & she was able to go on 90% of rides there. I don't know what else I can say about the resort only that I am currently pricing it for next year!
